My name is rashi and i have ordered cashew from paytm which was about to be deIivered by ecom service but i have not received my order ( scorist cashews 500g) from paytm with ecom awb no.[protected] but it is showing delivered both on ecom and paytm.. courier boy called me by landline no.[protected] on Sunday to deliver the product but as i was not available he told me to deliver on Monday. I dont have courier boy no. so i am unable to contact...

I had ordered 2 items on paytmall and 10 days have passed it's still there in india one hub. I keep on checking the status of my order on their website and everyday it's showing that it is still there in india one hub. The awb number of the 2 items are[protected].[protected]. I had never experienced this problem with ecom express before but i don't know what's going on now. Plz help...

I am from kerala. I have purchased a laptop from amazon. It is returned to the origin for unknown reasons. The item was kept at bangalore for more than 5 days. Then the update showed rto lock. Then send to walayar hub again. Now it is being returned. The reasin for return is unknown. Amazon says that they havent asked to return it. Dera ecom your service is terrible. No speed in delivery. The guy came to my door step and did deliver my order but didn't return my money as he promised to come back with exhanges. It's been a day and the guy has theft my money. And executives are such illeterates they don't know anything "hum aapki madad ni kar sakte" and other provided numbers are not valid or available. Such bloody cheaters you all are. I will take this company to court....

Your delivery person don’t deliver parcels to door step instead they call us and tell to collect parcel from where they are. If we ask him to deliver it to the address they say sry we cant, u only come and collect otherwise will return it back. And its not the first time, every time they do the same thing. This is not the way of talking to the customers and also not a courier service...

I want to return my order that i placed because the stuff is nit the same and the size is also small. It's not what i ordered... I would like to have immediate refund for this order... So please refund my money because the size of jogger is small andits not confertable to wear quality is not good i dont liked this stuff because quality is not compared with its cost so i wamt to return it......

Ecom express is about service have been and this is the third time that i had such a bad experience with it they always say that it is out for delivery and when we are at home they said that the product is not delivered because the customer is not at home. I don't know why such big companies like myntra amazon and flipkart have any tie ups with ecom service even though they know that the service they provide the customers are very bad...

Why you take back my product to Delhi when it reaches my location? It want my product.Its your responsible to make your customers satisfy...I'm sick of your company worst experience from your services can you make better experience to your customers..Its a request..Can you make the delivery as possible as soon..the expected delivery date is Aug 21st...make sure that my product is deliver at the expected date or earlier as possible....

Ecom express customer care, could you please provide an update on my item which your delivery boy very easily made his own by just marking it on your system as delivered but never actually delivering the product. The awb number for my shipment is[protected]. It has been more than 45 days since i am following up with your team. I need the details of the delivery person who delivered it so that i can confront him as to why did he do it....

I have order decorative tape from club factory on 2 nd of august.
It supposed to be delivered on 14th august. Now i m tracking the order, it shows that my order is failed due to incomplete address or call failures. I have filled full address. And not even get a call. And your cutomer care number is also not in use. Kindly dispatched my order as soon as possible or refund my money....

Not getting delivery of my producct : airway no.[protected].
No one tried to contact me for delivering the product instead of that dropped a message stating that customer is not available.
When i tried to contact the support, the girl named "shivangi" picked up the call and laughing (Not at all seriously registering my complaint)
Very immature and un-professional behavior of the support people you guys hire....

These two were prepaid orders however delivery boy has taken cash also. Called customer care, they provided me supervisor number of your delivery center in faridabad. However he didn't pick up the phone. And customer care is not responding properly. Its very frustrating now. I am seller and this incident giving negative impact on my customers.

I was supposed to receive a courier from club factory on 11 th august to be delivered by ecom express.
