I ordered a product from banggood which unfortunately, got forwarded from ecom express.

I paid for the product. Why in the world will i refuse delivery? Bs scam. Itโs common sense.
Also, every day, someone will be there in the house, including the maid. So there is no way that customer unavailable is a reason. Itโs another excuse for pathetic service.
Also, why canโt the delivery boy call me? Will his 50paise go away? If my address is incorrect, how did he come there the previous day, just to say i was not at home? How did he come the next day then? Pure nonsense.
I also mailed several times, but no reply, which is expected from such a fraudulent a company.

Sorry to say but never seen such a low grade company before. You have much to learn from companies like Amazon who treat their customers extremely well. And oh, they don’t scam and cheat too.
