I ordered a product from flipkart on a bigbillion day, on oct 12 around 7.43 pm i got a message as product is delivered, the delivery boy contact number is not working. I already paid the amount. Please help me with this, worst experience with ecomm.
The customer care number is not working. Are you guys playing with this? I will complaint with higher authority.

    And when i trying to contact the person who in actually did not deleiver the product said thai delievered status of shipment is mistakely updated and he wiil deleiver it by today. But he did nit deleiver the product and after a day i again call him and he said the same that he will deleiver it by today but that doesnot delievered till yet and now he does not pick my phone

            Why delivery attempt failed for this delivery... While my sister has 27 family member as a joint family, and someone of her family member must attend the courier boy no doubt. And the message showing on the tracking \"customer not available for 3 times\" is this a joke? Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Awb no[protected]. This is quite urgent to deliver the product in time before durga puja. I have already lodged a complain on shiprocket. Complained no is[protected] and also called so many times to ecom-express hq (Delhi) and local branch (Kolkata-garia/kasba) but no body co-operate with me by telling what is the exact issue of non-deliver the package. But it happens again and again.

              I have ordered a dress from myntra order no. Is[protected]-8132503 and tracking number is [protected] by ecom express shipment and it was delivered on khandwa-450001 (M. P.) but it is not delivered yet and it is in indore from last 2 days if the order is not delivered by eod, i will escalate this matter to be higher authority of ecom express as well as myntra.
              Don't take this matter as lightly.
              I want it to be be deliver by eod at any cost.

                I ordered a phone in flipkart during the big billion days sale and i paid for the order beforehand. The courier service associated was ecom express and the order was supposed to be delivered on 18th october. But i got the message on 12th october that the product is out for delivery and i was waiting for the entire day for delivery. I called the ecom express customer care in the evening at about 7pm and at exactly 7:35 pm, i got a message saying that the product is delivered but i didn't receive the product. And the ecom executive number they provided me in the message wasn't working from the morning. It was just a customer care number not the delivery executive number. I lost a huge amount on that phone.

                  The customer care service is not resolving my issue. Instead they keep on repeating the same lines which they have been taught at every phone calls i make.
                  Would head legally to consumer court, if my issue is not resolved.
                  The local servicemen is adamant to pickup my return parcel even after repeated complains. There has been no response from the logistics team, pathetic service. Government should take necessary actions to close this logistics company which is only meant to irritate cuatomers.

                    The local authority in rajula (365560) is not picking up my return parcel (Jabong) even after repeated complaints of failures on behalf of logistics.
                    The concerned pickup person has not called me regarding parcel pickup. The logistics shows a message of failed attempt of parcel pickup even though there was no such attempt was made in reality. There has been no phone calls on my number, nor is the customer care helping me in this regard.

                            I have a complaint of ecom express vadakara, they don't deliver product
                            Especially cash on delivery packages.
                            We wait days and days to get our product and they just return the package!!!?, every time when i order any product from amazon, i pray 'please not ecom' i complained to amazon to end courier partnership with ecom. I hope they will.

                                My order i'd is [protected]. Awb number is[protected]. I paid the full amount of money and was dated on 7/10/2018 to delevery by paytm mall. Till now it is not delevered and there is no any full details of tracking after 4 am, of 7th october by econ express. Please take action as soon as possible i try but unable to contact with both of them.. It's one tipe of irresponsibility.

                                Ecom express is collecting aadhar number and data from customers. Court already said that private companies can't ask for aadhar cards... But this company is asking aadhar card and taking aadhar number also. I think they want to misuse it... Not obeying court order...

                                  My order from myntra (Order number and other details are attached in screenshot) is kept on showing "rescheduled for next day" for last consecutive 3 days. Please let me know when it will be delivered. The item has been shipped on 4th october after that there is no proper update. Every day it is showing the same thing. It is quite urgent. Your prompt response will be helpful thank you.

                                    M really unsatisfied at ur courier service. Ur delivery boy not contact with customer n not fair behave with customer. M personal contact after that get ur apps no at my no by msg. After m calling they told me that come to courier office n take the percel but after m went there at 29sept they couldn't able to deliver my percel they told me to find the percel at office after lot of finding m not got the percel. After that again m gone there at 2oct and asked me to give the percel but they couldn't provide me me the percel n asked me my phone no n told that if they got the product they will call me... But they didn't call me n returned my product after dat today m went at office they said item already returned.. Now think how the service of our goreswar ecom express courier office. Pls think about customer patient. We need the product immediate so we order the product at expected delivery date.. But u did what. My last wish pls improve the service.. N see how much product retuned from goreswar ecom office.. All customer not given complaint but m not like that so m share my problem.. If like this problem continues coustomr will stop to order product n sent at ur courier. I thought ur the responsible courier so pls take action. M really a sincere customer n ur well wisher. Pls take action n give some condition n told to ecom goreswar office to kept percel in displine that is the main factor they couldn't able to deliver product at time or find they are not displine.

                                      Sorry to inform you that iam very dissatisfied with you service and customer care.

                                      I recently purchased a running short from Paytm mall order number ([protected]) and it is supposed to be delivered on 4th October on that day in the night Paytm agent called me at 7PM and said that him vehicle has some problem and he will deliver the product next day morning and again in the afternoon that day I called him and he said that he will come in 1hr but he failed to do deliver.From then I tried calling him there is no response from him.And in portal it is mentioned that customer is not available this is not at all correct.
