My name is faizul khan my address is junagarh, kalahandi (766014). Your employee is cheating on me. I have ordered my first cell phone from amazon it is delivered but the boy is not given us and telling it is not yet come but all those who have orderd with me on same date has arrived your emplyee is cheating on me as i am a new customer. Please help me out of it and do something....

We have received the shipment by ecomexpress but defective product we got so we want to return this product. Regarding this we have already mailed to company but not getting any response and tried to call many times to call centre but all number are switched off or not available.

Ecom express dungarpur branch. They did not deliver the consignment and falsely marked as user not available. They did not reach out to me. When i asked them they said delivery boy not available so we marked this. #rd time my order has returned to origin. They falsely mark as customer not available. They misbehaved with me when i tried to call them. Change people in this office very misbehaving acting like superstars. Very misbehaving.br...

Order is not delivered yet and saying that wrong address and not able to contact. And the truth they havent contact me and showing that customer is unavailable. How can they can decide whatout single contact to me that a customer is unavailable or the address is wrong and address i provide is also correct kindly see after my issue and inform me as soon as possible....

I ordered a product on myntra on 6-6-2018. The parcel was sent through ecom express having the airway bill number[protected].
The parcel was to be delivered by[protected]. It reached the delivery centre on[protected] but the parcel is not delivered yet (By[protected]. There is no tracking update about the parcel either.
Even the customer services could not specify about the delivery and are constantly asking me to wait.
