I have placed an order in paytm and which was supposed to deliver through ecom express (Tracking #[protected]. Your agent (Babu m – 44568) came for delivery and his behavior is too rude. He was literally threatening people if we ask them to come to exact location written in the delivery address. I am looking forward for a response from you guys, else i am going to file a case against him and ecom express for using such a psychic mentality people.

    Awb is[protected].. This is the air bill number of the order given by ecom express, past 4-5 days they are intentionaly skipped the product delivery to the coustomer at assam.. The delivery boy was atmost rough to me that he was threatening me the that he will not gonna deliver the product bcz the place is 3km away from his place and rather he will return it.. Now he is making statements that the coustomer was refuse to take the parcel.. I personally know the coustomer she is very much eager to take her parcel.. That delivery boy is misguiding his company.. And ecom express is not willing to resolve this issue past 3days.. My bussiness is hampering by this. I want solution

      I ordered a product from paytm. Unfortunately they sent the same through ecom express. It's reached in my hometown office 4 days before, till now i am not getting the product to my hand. The employees are telling cheap excuses and one guy shouted at me while i am asking about the product. Till now they haven't delivered the product to me. Very bad service

        My product is in my city from last 4 days but the delivery person is not calling me even once and yesterday the product was went out for delivery but the delivery person don't even called me once and marked product as undelivered worst service ever and irony is that the customer service number provided on the site are not rechable so you can't even complaint about it.and it is not the first time i'm facing this problem this is the 5th time

Customer don't know that his shpment already cancellled by ecom expess and one massage come from ecom express that customer resfuse shipppemt. This ecom behavior with customer is very worst and this show that ecom is how much sincere with customer. Very poor service.

              I got message that it would be delivered by today and i got otp to accept the order.
              After half an hour i got messege that your product is undeliverable after 1st attempt.

                I'm from gwalior madhya pradesh and selling product on e-commerce website from 6 months but the problem is related to ecom express company. Staff is not good, they send daily different different boy. But today a courier boy named 'Shivraj' phone no.is [protected]'. This is 2nd time this man behaviour is not gud.He told me "4 din ki vendership h tumhari aur m yha 6 saal se hu" And i also contact many times to ecom gwalior office, but they not attend my call.
                So ecom team please take action regarding this issue and don't send this courier boy again otherwise ill show him what I am.

                  I had ordered on shopperts on 13th july, 2018 but still i am not receiving my parcel till today, i had also tracked the parcel but your person update the wrong information on that customer not available. He didn't come and update wrong information this type of services was given by you and still didn't delivered the product.
                  Your feedback call also come and she told me that he will not delivered on next day because we had policy, if a person update right information the your person told me that product not delivered next its ok but updation was wrong and still she talking about the policy, this type of # thing was happening to me.
                  So all the things kept aside and delivered my product by today itself.

                  Most of the times they don't deliver the package besides ask us to come to their office to collect the package by ourselfs. As sometimes we have to hire other transportation facilities in order to collect the package.
                  We are going to other state. Please cancel my order immediately which I ordered in glowroad. AWD number[protected]
                  I am also facing same facing, no one giving me proper information, they update wrong info, no one knows where is your parcel.

                      My complain is about the company ecom express. Before some time, I have searched for your contact no. On Google but I have realized that all no. Are wrong. And also ecom service is very worst company for courier service. On 24 I have ordered shoes from Paytm and on that it was showing me it was delivered till 30 but till 30o have not received my order and in present I have not received my order.
                      When I track my order it shows delivered to the office of ecom near me but they have yet not called me from last 2days.

                        I have placed an order in amazon (Prepaid). The item is not physically delivered to me but the status is updated as delivered. When i contacted the amazon team, as per their investigation team, it is updated as delivered to the customer and telling that it is not their responsibility and asking us to check the same with the ecom express courier services.

                        How can the product delivered to some other person without prior intimation?

                        Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and make arrangement for the product or refund.

                          I have been trying to track my order by calling these customer care and the number is just busy since 2 days i called 8 time's but they just keep on long hold and then just don't talk. They claim to have 16000 employees i don't think they have more than few. I think the service like ecom is a shame to delivery service and if this service is not stopped the consumer complaints team should ramp up and close their firm.

                              I bought some dress from club factory online shopping. Size is small so I applied for return and they sent ecom express courier for pickup. Ecom courier tracking number is[protected]. They picked up the return from me on 15-Jul-2018. In tracking update it is reached to Delhi and I see the status as out for delivery from 20-Jul-2018. It is not delivered yet. I tried to call the number [protected] from my number [protected] and getting busy tone all the time. I got doubt and called from different number, I can able to connect from different number. I contacted them via different number [protected]. They attended the call and I enquired about my courier. Im shocked my their answer. They said that my parcel is Missing in their bag which came to Delhi. They told that since parcel is not in bag they were unable to deliver. I asked where is the parcel, they are telling they don't know. They were so relaxed and giving this reason. Please take necessary action to this.

I have given address of jugsalai, person reached to persudih in jamshedpur and telling that it will be delivered by tomorrow but updated status first attempt fail.                                   Hi,

                                  I have order a product form bandgood.com and it was shipped via alljoy courier company.

                                  The alljoy tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                                  After speaking with the alljoy support it was told the package was handed to the local courier ecom express for local customer delivery who updated the status as delivered on 21st of july 18.

                                  The package never came to my place or even got any call from the delivery executive about the same.

                                  I did not received any sms of otp for delivery confirmation and still the status on the tracking page was changed to delivered.

                                  When i asked alljoy to take a proof of delivery, the ecom provided them with a fake signature image which was certainly not mine or any member of my family, and then i asked them to show a concrete proof as any id proof of the person receiving the shipment to which they never replied till this date.

                                  Because of the mess up form ecom logistics i am bearing a loss of more than 3k. Please i request you to investigate the issue or change false "delivered" status on the tracking page to "lost" or "undelivered".

                                  The ecom-express support is the worst support of all, they do not have a decency to reply the emails and out of all there customer support contact numbers not even a single line was free to attain our calls, all them are busy during the business hours. It seems they either don't have enough staff to support the incoming volume or they have too many complaints i n their Que.

                                  Please give me a working contact number or please reply the emails to sort my missing delivery issue.

                                  As I have told you before the shipment is not received by any member of my family and no one in my neighborhood that I know has received my shipment .

                                  Also how can you deliver my shipment to any other person than the intended one without taking the ID proof of the receiver . Is it your policy to hand the shipment to any other person in the vicinity if the owner is not present.

                                  One more point I would like to highlight is no one from ecom called me on the registered mobile number and no one came for delivery on my address, so how can you update your records as the shipment was delivered.

                                  I am not coming to any conclusion but I think my product was lost, stolen or delivered to an unknown person by your guys and a fake signature was submitted to update the delivery status, so I request you to please provide me the ID proof of the receiver to validate the identity.

                                  I want you to investigate your local ecom office for finding out who was responsible for my shipment and track the culprit.

                                  As I have received the parcel yesterday date: 2 AUG 2018, it was very vexatious for me to track the shipment and rectify the mess-up caused by ecom express.

                                  My parcel was marked with a different hand written address with no name and contact number, and if this was the reason I am still am not getting how can you mark the tracking as delivered

                                  Due to such a foolish mistake from ecom-express it caused me to go into panic mode.

                                  I am attaching the parcel image to show you the proof of delivery and the wrong address mentioned.

                                  Also I see another sticker which had my correct address but your guys have stuck a blank sticker on the same and wrote a different address . What was the reason for doing so.

                                  I would like you to update the delivery date on your site and put the correct the aforementioned date.

                                  I f I would not have been intervened I wonder if you would have proactively done the same.

                                  I am very dissatisfied with the ecom support and would hesitate to use your logistics in future.

                                  As I see on the consumer complaint forum, you have a very bad reputation on the local agents causing the messup, I would request you to revamp and investigate the work of the local agents and your support is not at all active on mail and the contact numbers are all busy due to which the customer has to hangup the call.

                                  As I am grateful of you looking in the case an resolving the same I would like you to improve your service as moving ahead.

                                  Please make sure the correct status is updated in the shipment tracking.

                                  I will not consider this as resolved issue until you provide me a reason for marking my shipment as delivered without the actual delivery and updating a fake signature on the pod.

                                  Ecom express is one of most worst and fraud ever I experience . Ecom expess's staffs and custom is worst, without delivering my parcel they returned to seller by uploading wrong address and banggood.com also did not refund nor resend my parcel, now i am totally hate of these two company forever. i have ordered a product from banggood.com on last 20th september 2018 with full cash payment including shipping insurance but they did not delivered my parcel and no mail, no call, no tracking update, no information yet.i have contacted with banggood customer support agent and alljoy (ecom express) for 2 weeks but still no solution, no resend, no refund, no new information. Now i am totally helpless and hopeless, I have to suggest to all buyer that never buy any product from banggood.com and definitely never choose alljoy courier / ecom express.

                                  Contact alloy customer support to resolve this issue, they are helpful.
                                  Also post a feedback to alljoy about removing e-com as their logistics partner.

                                  I have requested them not to send me any courier via e-com, and they have respected my opinion.

                                  Usually the time for resolution can last 2 months bu rest assure you will get the product.

                                  If e-com has any decency to make some improvement they will act accordingly else they might go out of business.

                                  I have been trusted you E-com express but yours work/duty of delivering system made me unfaithful and fear to lost my parcel.                                   Ecom Express is one of those worthless companies cheating customers.

                                  They apparently returned my parcel to the “seller” in Delhi. Banggood hasn’t received the product too. I don’t know where it is.

                                  Their customer service is there just for namesake I guess. Opening such a big company, they don’t have even the basic manners of replying to emails. And their customer call centre, another piece of BS.

                                  I don’t know if this is how they make their money. Selling stolen items to 3rd party mafias or something. Very cheap minded business tactics.

                                  Oh, and their delivery boy cannot call. That piece of crap didn’t even come to my hose and updated the status as “Customer Refused”. I paid 3k+ for a product, why would I refuse delivery? Common sense.

                                  Anyway, hope such fraudsters don’t exit longer. ECom have much to learn from companies like Amazon. Guess they are not equal to the dust level of Amazon.

                                  Disgusts me to think about such companies. Scamming users and making money. Daylight robbery. BS customer care. BS service. Yuck!

                                    Hi,
                                    I was to receive one parcel from ecom express having awb number[protected] on july 25th, 2018.
                                    They did not deliver it on that date and not even responding to my calls or do not have any number to which we can call.
                                    The seller is denying to return the money by saying this is the fraud done by ecom express. Kindly take a strict action against these fraudsters. I am ready to see them in court.

                                        In aurangabad the ecom express address is fake number is fake also there is no number to contact delivery boys the given number in sms is customer care number which is not contactable even after 1 hour in line.
                                        The given number from customer care is always shows switched off there is no other number so please give me an idea how to collect my parcel from them.
                                        The service is very bad in aurangabad for ecom express just observe the reviews all customers are unhappy from the service.
                                        The delivery boy is a lier and cheater they didnt contact us, without try to call us they say false that number was not reachable and after that we receive sms from fake number (Call will not connect) that dear customer your shipment is undeliver after 1 attempt please contact call center [protected] and if we call on given number they ask to enter awb number after that call get disconnect.
                                        Really we are facing trouble and pigeon behind.
                                        Request you to please give me a valid number or else arrange call back to me from aurangabad ecom express delivery team.
