Updated by sanket.15 The ecom-express support is the worst support of all, they do not have a decency to reply the emails and out of all there customer support contact numbers not even a single line was free to attain our calls, all them are busy during the business hours. It seems they either don't have enough staff to support the incoming volume or they have too many complaints i n their Que.
Please give me a working contact number or please reply the emails to sort my missing delivery issue.

Updated by sanket.15 As I have told you before the shipment is not received by any member of my family and no one in my neighborhood that I know has received my shipment .
Also how can you deliver my shipment to any other person than the intended one without taking the ID proof of the receiver . Is it your policy to hand the shipment to any other person in the vicinity if the owner is not present.
One more point I would like to highlight is no one from ecom called me on the registered mobile number and no one came for delivery on my address, so how can you update your records as the shipment was delivered.
I am not coming to any conclusion but I think my product was lost, stolen or delivered to an unknown person by your guys and a fake signature was submitted to update the delivery status, so I request you to please provide me the ID proof of the receiver to validate the identity.
I want you to investigate your local ecom office for finding out who was responsible for my shipment and track the culprit.

As I have received the parcel yesterday date: 2 AUG 2018, it was very vexatious for me to track the shipment and rectify the mess-up caused by ecom express.
My parcel was marked with a different hand written address with no name and contact number, and if this was the reason I am still am not getting how can you mark the tracking as delivered
Due to such a foolish mistake from ecom-express it caused me to go into panic mode.
I am attaching the parcel image to show you the proof of delivery and the wrong address mentioned.
Also I see another sticker which had my correct address but your guys have stuck a blank sticker on the same and wrote a different address . What was the reason for doing so.
I would like you to update the delivery date on your site and put the correct the aforementioned date.
I f I would not have been intervened I wonder if you would have proactively done the same.
I am very dissatisfied with the ecom support and would hesitate to use your logistics in future.
As I see on the consumer complaint forum, you have a very bad reputation on the local agents causing the messup, I would request you to revamp and investigate the work of the local agents and your support is not at all active on mail and the contact numbers are all busy due to which the customer has to hangup the call.
As I am grateful of you looking in the case an resolving the same I would like you to improve your service as moving ahead.
Please make sure the correct status is updated in the shipment tracking.
I will not consider this as resolved issue until you provide me a reason for marking my shipment as delivered without the actual delivery and updating a fake signature on the pod.
