Ecom Express Complaints & Reviews

Hi, i have ordered some products from club factory and ecom was responsible to deliver that. March 20th it was order out for delivery and around evening it's showing order delivered. But they didn't delivered my order and i didn't received any. It's been quite long and i should get my order by tomorrow. Else i will raise a complain against ecom.

I have ordered from club factory with order id:so14391232 and tracking id:[protected]. The parcel was supposed to reach on 17/3 but the status show"pickup resheduled for next day" every day from 15/3. I contacted both club factory and ecom express, club factory told me its delivery agent that is delaying and will we look into matters personally. And ecom express told me that they havent recieved the parcel.

1st of all the delivery person doesn’t follow the process nor do they care to diliver the shipment on time, they make a fake attempt and then a message is sent that the attempt was made but the item couldn’t be delivered.

My order no: so14679365 is supposed (Estimated by club factory) to be delivered by 23rd of march. It was shown shipped by club factory on 15th march. I contacted ecom two days back and they said club factory has not yet shipped the order.!! But i’ve got message from cf that it was shipped. This is regarding the order id[protected]. The order is being shown as delivered. And someone named kavya has signed to receive the order. This is a third person completely unknown to me. I received a text on 19th regarding the order. But when i called the delivery person no one received it. I didn't receive any call from the delivery person also saying that package will be delivered. I didn't even inform anyone else to receive the package....

My order has shipped with e-com this was ordered by my friend for me from myntra.com they have done their part clearly. E-com shipment reached at the destination hub, executive called and my friend given my address, the executive said that ask me to collect it from their service centere, he said no he want deliver in my addrs. No one caleed so far 1 day completed.

After i came inside home and open it the bottle is empty. I called him immediately but he didn't answer properly. I think he opened bottle. He cheated me. I was getting my shipment from ecom express with shipment no.[protected] and this people are not giving proper response. I got message in morning 10:07 a. M. I called on executive phone number. He told me that he will come with half an hour. After one hour i get the message shipment undelivered. I have not got any call from them and on call back they are saying that you will get tomorrow and misbehaving on call [protected].br...

Sir this is to inform you that. Ur delivery boy behaviour totally disappointed me. I don't know what my fault. The person told me that he can't deliver my product in my address which i given. Being my products in local courier office, why shouldn't i get my product.& also he thread me that he is the boss & no one there can take actions against him. He told me that he will see that i can't get my product. Why should i do in this situation....

I bought a back pack from econ express... But this is not the product i was looking for... The quality of this product is low according to the price. That's why i want to return my product.. And want to return my money back.

I had ordered desktop inspiron 3268 desktop with order no.[protected] and shipment no.[protected]. I had contacted your carrier 'ecom express' regarding the delivery, they said they will be delivering my product on saturday, i waited the complete day for receiving the product, but yet it is monday and yet i haven't received my product.

I would like to know the status of the product and if it is not going to be delivered by today...

I have ordered sth from bewakoof.com. And the order was supposed to be delivered by ecom express courier.
Due to some issue my phone was off or i was busy the day they might have tried to deliver it.

It was a paid order. And the full address had been provided with it. So they can easily deliver it at my home.
But they didn't.
And after some days they returned it.

Order no. So14205624, by ecom express has shipped the defected product. Both the strips of the wadge opens up at the same side. Quality of the product is also bad i. E he sole is too hard to wear. Moreover i had ordered a leather one and received the velvet item.

My orderno.[protected] club factory haven't delivered till now but they showing the delivered status. First the parcel expected date was 12th feb but it reached on14th feb. When my parcel reached the delivary center they call me and i told them that iam out of station and i myself will pick the parcel, but on 20th feb when i went for my parcel in courier company they told me that it has been rto locked and you will get the refund of your order....
