I ordered a product from clothing site named identiti worth rs.999. The delivery partner company named ecom express hasnt delivered the product to the shipping address after half month from the date of order. Their site shows that the product is at the same place for past 10 days. It didnt move a bit on the map they had provided for tracking in their site. I complained at their customer services online regarding this and no necessary action had been taken so far. It was a bday gift for my friend which i failed to give in time because of their poor service. I had seen similar complaints about this company in various online sites including here. So i thought to bring this in front of the consumer services. Kindly look into this matter and help me to get either my product or the money i paid in return.

    I bought a product from club factory. Club factory has done their part very promptly. I have been tracking the consignment on the ecom express site. It reached my city and it was out for delivery on next morning.

    But till now i havent received the consignment. Everyday they are updating the status as "consignee not available" or “undelivered due to wrong address or call failure”. While i am given the right address and phone number. I tried to contact them.. Sent lots of message via email. I did not recieve any phone calls / text messages from them.

    Got nearby ecom office addreass from google, but it was a fake, there is no such a thing there.

    Had a worst experience from ecom, waste of time, fraud compony❌

    It is loud and clear that they are logging incorrect status into their system and making fool of the customers.

    Above products are bought from amazon but not deliver yet and i know that will that will not deliver in future because delivery boy not deliver it and my many products are return to sellers or amazon order no[protected]. my all order fromm ecom express are not deliverd and return the delivery boy call and ask to come 30 km far to got it

        Hi i have a order from club factory i was tracking at your site.

        It was shown out for delivery.
        My office is at main road. And it's my 3rd order from club factory and same from your courier service

        Delivery boy has not contacted me not even reached at my address.

        More shocking was when i again tracked my order at your website i found it was (Address incomplete or not contacted) delivery attempt will be made on next business day.

        Thank you so much.
        There was no contact number on my article. It's due to technical fault by packaging department such issues should be resolved at earliest .
        As order has been placed address and contact information everything was provided. Still customer faced issues. I myself collected my courier from the office of courier agency. As through tracking detail I came to know it's in my city. But on site there was no address of ecom express office.
        Other courier agencies helped me in finding the address of ecom express.

          I have order watch from titan estore. The product was diapatched through ecom express and reached delivery jamakhandi on 22.05. Morning status on website was out on delivery but evening it was consumer was not refused to accept the parcel. These people have not called me and even not tried deliver and simply put the status. I tried calling that courier and he told me that he will deliver it on 23.05. But that person was not picking my calls. And then i tried ecom customer care, he informed me that the parcel will be delivered tommorrow. I dont understand for delivering product will take 3 days in a same city.
          I doubt these people will deliver product

          Same thing happened with me when i order through myntra that time also the same courier and the parcel went back to the company.

          Please on line vendors, instruct ecom to deliver products to customer or be ready to loose business.

              I have an order that was supposed to be delivered on 18th may 2018 but did not get any call regarding the delivery instead got the msg telling that customer not available which was not the case and on 19th i got a call telling it will be delivered within 12.30pm but once again was not delivered and no reason was provided. The same happened on 21st where i received a msg that i would get the order then the tracking details showed customer not available without even contacting me and when i called the number given in the msg after 4 attempts which was answered at last told it was a wrong number. I would like to know when i would actually get the delivery without making up lies.

                    I purchased an item from amazon.in awb id:[protected] which was suppose to get shipped by ecom. Unfortunately the delivery was not done as they cannot track my address. Everyday i am getting text that my product is out for delivery and at night it says customer not available, etc. If the delivery agents are not well trained to locate a single address, then why take responsibility. They don't even have a contact number of the delivery person, the number they provided is always busy or driving.

                        I ordered a product from amazon last week. And now fit 3 whole days they are saying that the product is out for delivery. 3 days!!! Really? I called the delhi no of ecom express and they said that our address is all good and it's clear and all that. They even said that they called me but my no was switched off. That is a lie i have not received any calls and my phone was never switched off.
                        Please redress this. I am very angry with the service or lack of it and i will be there to receive the package and show my displeasure as well.

                            I ordered an item from myntra on 29th april 2018. On 8th of may i got a message that my order is out for delivery from patratu ecom. And on 9th of may i got a message that my order is undelivered. From 8th to 9th may, i didnt got a call regarding my order or even no one came to my residence. I called so many times to them asking the reason for undelivery, they said that their server is down, someone told that the delivery boy was ill.
                            Then again 0n 13th may, i got a message that my order is out for delivery. After 2 hours again i got a message that my order is undelivered. When asked them a reason for undelivery, they said that you didnt pick your phone and i didnt got any call from them.
                            From the customer care of ecom to the dc of patratu, everybody is blaming me for undelivery. Only they made nuisance excuse.
                            From 8th to 14th may i was sooo much irritated from them lastly my order is automatic refunded without my knowledge. These days i called more than 100 times to them. Even i called myntra also but they only filed a complaint and assured me that on the very next day you will get your package.
                            They all are very unprofessional, what to say more. I hope u will understand my frustration.

                              Ecom express doesnt deliver the product until we give them a scan of our aadhar card. This is illegal. No one can create a database of such scans. I am ready to show it as a prrof of address and identity, but why you need to take a scan of it? You can personally verify it and deliver the courier after that.
                              The delivery boys behave unprofessionally if we deny the scan (Even if we are ready to show them the id proof for verification)

                                Today is the delivery date of mine product.. But still i m waiting from morning.. And from flipkart no msz has been send to us that.. When product will delivered.. No any contact number has been provided.. From morning i m checking my flipkart order details continously. And i search too much.. I search customer no also.. And i find also. But that no is fake. I get frustrated from morning till now.. Ecom express is not providing good services.. Flipkart just use your own seller or delivery boy.. This is my last product from flipkart.. Now i will not order any product...

My product is dispatched by this company and when ever my product is dispatched by ecomexpress threw in surat then your company pickup logistics partner is not coming and not picked the product. This process is 15 time.. My 15 product is cancel only this region... I[censored] r not take any action then i will never do work in this company again...

                                      Easily the worst COURIER SERVICE OF ALL, seen and thoroughly read all the complaints on the internet about this company and they are all the same and highly negative.

                                      I've been waiting for my package with docket number[protected], to be delivered to Kerala. Waited whole day on 7th May when it was supposed to have been delivered, then the status changed to "Shipment un-delivered - Shipment attempted - Customer not available" on the Ecom Express Website without getting a call from the delivery guy.

                                      Then on the 8th May i got a call from the customer care that the delivery will be rearranged for the 9th May in the afternoon slot.

                                      Today on the 9th May after receiving an automated message that the delivery guy is out for delivery at 13:50 the order status on the Ecom Express website this time changed to "Shipment un-delivered - Consignee requested for future delivery" I've been waiting for this parcel since the last 2 weeks.

                                      Is the courier guy, not proficient with the process of delivering goods?? He could give me a call and get directions to my place(Address) very easily, like every other delivery agent. Its really not that hard.

                                      THEY will simply keep changing the status as per their convenience as and when it is needed and their is no credibility since you are checking on a website which is MAINTAINED by them, lul!!!

                                      I have received parcels before but never had this much DELAY on anything.

                                      Unbelievable and despicable that such companies are allowed to function in INDIA.

                                      Regards to everyone expecting a delivery from them.

                                        Hi! I sincerely request any online platform to choose Ecom as your courier partner in future !! It has been eight days since the package from lifestyle has reached Chennai but no delivery attempt was made till date! But they have updated on their tracking site as wrong address, incomplete address, delivery attempted !! Seriously ??! No one contacted me in the past 8 days at least to enquire about my address ! I have made numerous orders before but have never faced such ridiculous delivery situations ! I have called the Ecom head office so many times till date and have registered the complaint, they kept telling I will be contacted today and the courier will be delivered today but nothing happened n none contacted me . Same happened when I raised a complaint day before yesterday, all that they do is telling that my courier will be delivered the following day !they kept assuring my query will be solved but now they are telling the package has been returned to the seller, and they cannot be responsible for that! What the hell? He is repeating the same Lines when I’m asking whose mistake is that the delivery wasn’t made ! When i googled n tried calling the local Ecom office number, they never picked up and after my continuous calls they switched off that number ! I’m frustrated with all these dramas ! I don’t understand what other work a courier person will have other than delivering packages ! This will only make me think twice before ordering In lifestyle just because of this stupid Ecom express !
