Service man of your courier providers are very rude. They always come according to their own choice. They decide any time for delivery of any product. Despite of regular comain they continue doing that. And this is not all, they create any message according to their comfort, for ex:- i said that i will accept the product at 5:30. They lodge a message that your product is undelivered because the courier provider couldn’t reach you, or you are not available. And this problem is only with your company i.e. ecom express. Its not there with delhivery or blue dart. They listen to us, and dont tale anything forgranted.
