Website: Vastraa online shopping group

I had placed an order with online shopping portal named vastraa. The parcel was sent out for dlivery on 13th april but no attempt was made and dint received any news about the product till 17 th feb. So called the customer care which gave me the number of the delivery person.
On calling the delivery person told me that the parcel is stolen and we wont be able to deliver the product. You can ask your online company for refund. So i called the vastraa guy but coincidentally his cell is also switched off and out of reach.

Can you help me get my parcel or my refund either of it whichever is possible?

    On website at 9.35am it is 3 pm now he still did not come i stood for more than 2and a half hour in the sunlight waiting for him when i call him he is out of reach when he picked i asked him when he will come ही told i will tell and hecut the phone and not called back very pathetic service

      My order so16429111 from club factory was shipped to delhi on 10th april through ecom. Since then, it's showing the same status - pickup rescheduled for next day. I have been tracking and following up every day. I need my order urgently! Why is this happening? When will i receive my order? Can you please help me out with this matter??!         I have called multiple times since morning and not getting response. The product should be delivered yesterday and still not delivered till now. The customer care representatives are behaving like a robots and has no empathy. I am requesting to deliver today since i need the material for my travel however they are replying the same – “we cannot commit”. Surprise that a service provider telling that “ we cannot commit!!!”

        What kind of service is being provided??? Why you guys are not empathetic being in to the service sectors?

        Need a quick solution to this. Else i need to report this as deficiency of the service to consumer department.

        powerbank is default

        Hello, I have placed an order from ClubFactory with tracking number #[protected]. It is showing the same status pickup rescheduled for next day since last few days. When will the order be delivered?
        Your company Ecom express brach in dhandhuka man don’t call me and return my product and ask me to collect your product in my office.
        The powerbank is no charging the mobile phone and when Mobile is been conected to powerbank then the powerbank is been off automatically.

                                I ordered p65 (1) sony 32000mah power bank by online cash on delivery order no #ss[protected] on[protected] and they shipped and delivered on[protected] opened on 4-4-2018 cheked and kept charge while checking the product the power bank's light has on and not stopped next day and also power bank has heated very highly and lighting still not yet dischared. So please return and refund the product.

                                  Sir I am talking from Mathura city. I had an courier service from ecom express today of Rs110 I payed 100 note and 10 rupee valid coin . to complete the order payment of COD. Delivery boy refuse to take the coin of 10 rupee and told we can not accept it or we cannot take this. I ask why he told we do not take 10 rupees coin .I also told can you talk to your any senior member of the company because delivery message was not written that 10 rupees coin will be not acceptable. When I talk to senior person she also refuse to accept the valid RBI coin of 10 rupees. And told only 10 rupees Paper note is acceptable if you will give the paper rupees we will deliver you the courier other wise we have to take the order back of giving of 10 rupees coin. I had to give the paper note of 10 rupee than only they had completed the order So I want to ask the company why 10 rupee coin they are refusing they the multiple national courier service why they are refusing Delhi they are taking coin but in Mathura main city they are refusing and I told I will complain about you to RBI they are not having any fear. So why they refused to take coin...what I do the coin of 10 rupee... please take this complain it seriously against the company .
                                  Big courier service are refusing to take the coin. Not having the fear of complain against the not accept the coin to RBI or Police...

                                      Hi this is sudeshna banerjee from kolkata. My pincode is 700052. The person who comes to give delivery to my area his name is e. Banerjee. Today while coming to give the courier he really talked very rudely with my mother over phone call threatening her of complaining against her just because she told him to come the next day because we were out of cash. This is really pathetic. I would like you guys to take action against this person for his rude behaviour because we always take couriers from him and everyday we have to face his rude behaviour whenever we tell him to come the next day. Please do look into the issue as such rude and pathetic behaviour is not expected from a courier guy.

                                        The delivery boy was very rude, he delivered the parcel halfway only.
                                        I had to collect the parcel myself from the halfway. He was in too hurry to deliver it properly.
                                        The tracking id of my parcel was[protected]. Kindly look in the matter and replace such irresponsible employees as it can result in damage or undeliverness in the parcels.
                                        I hope you resolve the issue immediately.
