Since last 4 days the courier has arrived in Worli and it has not been delivered to tardeo which is 15 kinda from their delivery centre in mumbai. They call and say that they will deliver but they do not come and then when we call on ‭[protected]‬ they say that they have left the job and say that you can complaint anywhere you want.
This kind of service should not be tolerated. This kind of courier service should be immediately shut down.

Please take matter on priority basis. Since they are playing with customers feelings and previous time.

    I had mailed you people from my personal mail and from consumercomplaint.in for cancel my delivery but you people send me the delivery and the delivery person is teetering me saying that you have to buy and if you don't want u have to speak in our office actually its not my mistake i had said the in the mail i'm not interested to buy because of customers review which i booked in esalesoffer.com and seeing the review of customers in that in hundred comments there are no one good comments every one are saying don't buy all are fake items we lost our money so seeing that i said ecomexpess.com to send the parcel back

    Very bad service ever i ordered a product from myntra and want to return the product so that myntra had sent the mail to ecom to pick up the product, they even didnt call me or informed me about tat pick up and automatically they are saying that coustomer had not responded...they hav very bad services..

        Kkk sir I wane no weather the product is cancelled
        I think ECOM Delivery Guys are playing with my parcel. The Parcel must be delivered to Hyderabad, but these are playing the game by dispatching to Ahmadabad and than to Surat. It almost 10 days you people are holding the package and there is no sign of moment from the ware house hub.

        Today ur delivery boy calling me .I am telling my address .but he could not come my address .then I calling again .but he tell me u don't receive my call .that's y I am not giving ur parcel.the main point is .we r giving proper address .but ur delevry boy not coming in this address .we are paying delevry charges .so has to come this address .

          Dear sir/madam, im writing from aizawl, mizoram to complain about the lack of professionality and pathetic work given by your courier express here, whenever i ordered something and it is being shipped by ecom express, i always have trouble receiving my packages sice ur courier and your delivery boys never made an attemtp to deliver it or contact us regarding the product. They never wven tried to contact us, instead they just send it back..
          My suggestion is this, i[censored] can't deliver our items why take the responsibility of being the courier, if your courier company can't do delivery or contacting customers, give it to some other couriers who can...
          I hope and pray that all my parcels/product never gets shipped via ecom express... I will also from now on do my level best in contacting all customer care of every shopping site vice versa not to send any parcel product or important documents through ecom.
          For this awb[protected] i did not receive any call from your aizawl ecom staffs which i kind of disappointing and pathetic as well... I have to go pick it up myself after getting a call from myntra customer care...
          At this rate i assure you most people will be going to consumer court soon..
          Please do the needful to rectify all the problems faced by us, the customers and your lazy ass workers.

            My complaint I was ordered from snap deal and snap deal was dispatched my order through Ecom express AWB No[protected] but my parcel is not delivered to me. i feel shock to see in tracking detail that in shown the consignee is not available.                   I order from flipkart on 9 jan / as promised date was Friday 12 jan/ but since Saturday both tracking ( flip kart and Ecom Express ) showing out for delivery since Saturday Morning & i still not get my product . there is no cordination between these two / nobody is giving a clear answer when i will get my product . this is the worst service and customer service providing to customers from flipkart and ecom express courier service .

                  I had ordered two pairs of jeans from myntra but got only one that too a wrong product and charged for two now I am trying to call your executive but he is not picking up. Ifthis problem is not resolved urgently I will sue you. I want my money back .

                    I was supposed to get a parcel from myntra.
                    I was shocked to see that it has happened with so many others. They dont give a call or any sort of information about the parcel. I was suppose to receive the shipment on 6/1/2018 but i did not receive any call from them and the next day i received a message stating that "consignment undelivered coz consignee not available". I called the ecom customer care on 08/01/2018 to reschedule the delivery date so that i can receive the parcel on the same day.
                    They assured me that i will receive it either on 8/1/2018 or 9/1/2018 but i dint received any call or any indications of delivery. I had to call them back again and again.
                    The best part they always have a standard answer "mam, we called you but you dint pick up". But i have never received any calls from them.
                    Dont ever use ecom express.

                      I would like to complain about the courier service in our place which delivers orders from flipkart Amazon and PayTm. Whenever there is a courier out for delivery and the courier guy will demand for 10-20 rs more than the actual amount of the order as a fee for his petrol charges. I dont feel it right to ask for more money than the amount of the product. As our place is a rural area and will have already paid some shipping fee while ordering it online.
                      I have raised this concern on my friends behalf too have the same concern beacuse they too are pissed of by paying extra money. Depending upon the amount of the product they will ask for extra money like 10rs or 20rs. Paying that amount is not a big deal but I feel they are simply fooling us / exploiting us for the silly reason petrol.

                        I am urgently awaiting a shipment from litejoy india which was out for delivery yesterday at 13:35 hrs here in bhopal. Shortly before 21:00 hrs yesterday evening i received a sms message from ecom express that my shipment is out for delivery and that i should keep my money ready (The shipment is cash on delivery). Well, i immediately tried to contact ecom express via the telephone number given in the sms. Someone answered but he could not speak english and after 30 seconds he just hung up. I just wanted to inform the delivery boy that i am waiting with the money ready. 2 minutes later i received another sms that my shipment status is now 'undelivered - scheduled for next day delivery'. Is that a joke? I did not even had the chance to meet the delivery boy. I doubt that he ever came here to my house to hand over the shipment. Than i contacted the customer service of ecom express to schedule a new delivery date. Here i had to learn that the delivery boy can only be contacted between 8 pm till 9 pm. Meanwhile it was 21:11 hrs. I am very disappointed. I hope the shipment will finally be delivered today.

                        Please contact ecom express (Which i did already) and try to convince them to be more customer oriented in the future. They just cannot send a message to the customer to inform him that the delivery is ready and 2 minutes later send another message that the delivery status has now changed to 'undelivered'. This is a very bad joke.

                        My ordered dresses haven’t gotten delivered yet.
                        This is extremely frustrating. I do not get any confirmation calls and delivery executive has never contacted me even once.
                        These are all prepaid orders and I don’t understand why is it taking so long or how can they just update it as undelivered due to my address being incorrect?

                        Multiple failed attempts and not once have I been contacted about it.

                          I m customer kirti i ordered the combo of power bank and watch from ecom on[protected] the courier is delivered to me on[protected] what i see when i open the courier the watch is not working and also the glass of watch is schratched also the power bank is not satisfactory the charging wire is damaged... I fell very sad o dont want to buy anything in future from ecom i just want to refund my money and take your courier back

                            My package from forever new. Order number cc[protected] was delivered and it was cash on delivery.. He said i could not open the package, which i was not going to and he followed me inside my house.. How can this guy enter the house, especially when the customer is a female... He kept repeating that u cant open the package and was not ready to step out.. I had to scream inorder for him to leave... Beware of such people... Not sure how these guys are trained or if there is any background checks

                              Ecom service in imphal is getting worse day by day. They only home delivers the customers within 2 km. Beyond that they didn't even notice us when our parcel arrive. They don't call us, message us or updates the tracking. We have to check often by visiting their office.in their office we see only 4 or 5 lazy people with only two computers and we have to wait in q for an hour to get our things. Your service is harassing the constumers. Pliz i[censored] could look into this matter asap then we don't have to put another complaints to the shopping websites to change their courier service. I hope u understand the importance of your customers.

                                I have made two orders from snapdeal and snapdeal delivered my parcel by ecom express.

                                One parcel is given to a shop that is 200 mtrs from my address and delivery boy for masharakh bihar area told me to recieved that parcel from there, i have sent someone to receive parcel because no one is at home.

                                Next time after 1 day of previous parcel one more parcel that i have order is got status out for delivery and the delivery boy told me same as previous parcel that delivery boy is same at that time, when i told him that there is noone to receive parcel there he told me that when i got more than 5 parcel than i will deliver my parcel. He told me that you can do what ever you can.

                                So, i have to ask from ecom express team, what types of service you provide in bihar, is no one is educated there who can manage client, if not then why you provide service there.

                                  Worst courier service my order address was wrong my order number is[protected]. I had call ecom express customer service for hundreds of time but they only aspect for one time after call with them they said that delivery body will call you to change your address but nobody calle. I had order from shopclues.com please deliver my order fast and call me on [protected] for new delivery address and i want today because i want to gift it thank you

                                    Your courier delivery person hasn't contacted me and haven't delivered my products that i ordered in myntra, but has reported to myntra that the products are delivered. Please get back to me very soon on this complaint as i called to the nearest ecomexpress number and the person on other side haven't giving me the correct answers towards my complaint.

                                      Hi, i I'm from Ankola. Pincode 581314. Here when people order goods online the courier people of ECOM EXPRESS don't give it home delivery even though it's a home delivery product. They ask us to come to their office which is 1 km outside city or else some other place. I asked many other people, they also faced the same problem. I asked them to deliver it to given adress, but they told they won't deliver as the ECOM EXPRESS don't give them petrol charge for home delivery. This is worst.
