I am sayantan dhua from kolkata at sodepur. I order a product. But now already i inform the company to cancel it they told me to it is dispatch from his company. I want to cancel because by mistake it's order so i cancel it. The product details is - shipment no / awb no[protected]

Of amount 4500/-. Please cancel my order sir. Please.

The delivery person dont contact with me even the parcel is out of delivery. The next day means today they told me that the parcel will not be delivered today. I want this delivery today my tracking number is
[protected]. Otherwise i will take ligal action. I need this product tomorrow morning because it is really necessary. I am waiting for this product 3 days but every time refuse the delivery person to deliver this product. Please see it immediately otherwise i'll take ligal action.

I was expecting a parcel from flipkart to ambernath, mumbai. The status in ecom express and flipkart it says as it is delivered but we not received the parcel.
I tried calling ecom express customer care 200 times but each time it asks for air way bill number and disconnects.
It is really frustrating me.

I am awaiting shipment from ecom express, expected delivery date is[protected]. They say the status as undelivered person unavailable. But none of them from ecom express come to my home place nor contact me, instead they just put incorrect status as the reason for not delivering right time. I cant able to contact them through contact number of ecom, since it always says busy. Should i share shipment i'd?

Expected delivery date for my order was 26/09/2017. I did not get any call whereas on portal it has been mentioned that i was not contactable. I have already given 2 numbers [protected]/[protected] but no one called me till date and incorrect status updated on site. Disgusting customer service. I called up customer care twice and asked to connect me with the delivery boy but informed that this does not happen, team will call me but that also does not happen till now. Incase i was expecting a message with the detail of delivery person with his contact number but this has also not happened.

I have booked xolo era 4 g gold mobile by amzaon.in but got empty box with carry bags my way bill no :[protected], i didn't received any item in it. Also i had booked wallpaper sitcker not received but got msg about today 26th sept 2017 out for delivery, but still not received, my father whose age is 60yrs, he took that courier that time he asked about waigh is low or not looking like something is in it. But they ignored, that courier boy did not took any sign on his any paper he only took my fathers aadhar card photo through mobile. Any went away, now what to do? I raise complaint on amazon.in.

Delivery boy is very rude and did not bring the product on the address mentioned he calls from somewhere half kilometre from the address and tell to collect your order what kind of home delivery is it who have told you to be in courier company ecom is the worst company ever i have seen delivery boys are very very bad and did not bring the product in a good condition

Sir with regards i want to inform you that your courier service employs donot deliver products we ordered from different sites in our home. Instead of doing so they used to call us to a common point at any time. When i asked about why they are not delivering products in home they simply replied we are not able to track your location (For your information my home is only one minute away from that common point) and their main excuse is that you donot give enough mileage permit to deliver them in home.
Sir if you cannot provide your service at home why do you agree with online shopping sites when they said it's a home delivery.
So basically according to your rule we have to leave all our works just to reach to your service which is primarily your job at any time. It does not matter at all if we are in hospital or 20 km away from home.. I am reporting this from azad, north lakhimpur, assam. If you look at this issue many customers will be grateful.

In two days i check the tracking order but from 19 sept to 20 sept in ecom-express courier company but no update on this site.

If these product will be deliver from 21 sept to 22 sept then that's why i can't get these product

I am satisfied that snap-deal and ecom express courier company are very very fraud company.

I had an order on amazon "am leather bi-fold brown genuine leather hand crafted wallet for men and boys"

Amazon was providing the information that the expected date to deliver is 16th september 2017, but may be the product came earlier, so courier boy called me on 12th september 2017 when i was not in home, and i also told them nobody is available in my home to receive the delivery. I asked to deliver the product to the next day, which means 13th september. I requested them.

On 12th september evening, i got sms from amazon that the product is being returned.

Now my question should i hold the legs of those courier boys to deliver the product on my date? Or should i suppose to be in home by stopping all my jobs to receive the products on the date which courier boys will say...???

I ordered something from nyka on 20th aug, the item has dispatched the next day via ecomexpress. I just realized today 15sept that i ordered from them and immediately i checked and tracked my order but it was already reached my destination on 25 aug and has returned on 6 sept. None of them inform me that my product has reached to them to come receive the product on my own they dont do home delivery which sucks, a bunch o[censored]ncivilized people worked there.

We placed an order with cilory (Order 1246114), and i was out of town when someone tried to deliever to me, after two days when retured home, i went to ecom office at wazir hassan road lucknow and spoke to ashoke kumar ([protected]), he said when the customer's fone is unreachable they receive the package on customer's behalf and when customer comes in to the ecom office they deliever the package then!
This is insane! Does not make any sense! I did not receive what i ordered, they opened the package and used cello tape to fix the opening. It is something else inside it. The neighbouring office informed me ashoke is in the habbit of doing this he has already done frauds to many peoples. Someone should take care of this concern.

I have received one power bank from www.salesnshop.com but that was not in good working condition, what i will do in this condition, so please replace otherwise return my money.
i will never purchase from same site again, if you have any care number please provide & resolve asap.

Hello please provide an update on my shipment. There has been no status update since 10th september 2017. The item was shipped on 8th september from bangalore and is routed to agartala. The last update shows it to be in kolkata and in transit and no further updates since last 4 days.

Please look into it. There is no toll free customer support number for ecom express as well.

I have ordered a 25000mah powerbank, 64gb pendrive & 128gb memory card on 7/9/17. My order no. Cib835373 & awb no.[protected]. But i have received ear phone instead of pen drive, 64gb memory card & a damaged power bank on 12/9/17. I have also paid an amount of rs.1049/- on delivery. So, kindly return my money of rs.1049/- & take your products back or exchange the products with new fresh products.

I have ordered 25000 mah power bank, 1 pen drive and 1 memory card which is not working properly. I had talked to ecom expess manager but he is not even responding about my issue. Why can't they complaint regarding this before i see more complaints regarding this but this company is only concentrating on money not on the customer. What the # company is this???

Sir i ordered a 64 gb pendrive, 128 gb memory card, and 25000mah mi power bank but i not found any item in pecket which i ordered so please refund my cash, amount is 1049 this is very bed service which provide damage and bed product to coustumer this is not good for company. Please return my money immediately otherwisw i comlained against ecom compney in police station.

I am rawli tof from kanakpura station jaipur. I had order a pack of branded power bank 25000mah, branded memory card 128gb, and branded pen drive 64gb, on 09/09/2017. The order number is[protected]. The amount of order is 1049.00inr
But we received a false order which containt improper manufactured memory card 64gb, damaged power bank 25000mah and a small headphone
So kindly cancel the order and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Hello.. I'm complaining about the products which i have ordered. But the items i got was wrost as it seems. It' says combo of branded slim power bank.. Stylish earphone... 8gb penrice... Nd 128gb sd card. But now what i got... 1item less... Headphone broken... Power bank duplicate memory card 64 not working. Memory card just printed 64 gb... It's just an plastic piece of #.
