Refund my products this product is duplicate... Please this product is refund

64 gb pendrive not received my package today.. Please refund this product.

I ordered an article from maanja.com for rs.357/- against order number[protected].

Yesterday, a courier person from ecom express came to my address and delivered two packets …. One against the order number[protected] for rs 357/- and the other one against the order number[protected] which was not ordered by me. Both the packets were received and payment of rs.910/- was made to him by my mother who is 70 years old.

The packet against order number[protected] wasn’t ordered by me. I have made request through their customer support contact number also but nothing substantial information or concrete action has been taken by them. You are informed to immediate take necessary action against to get my refund.

Apka products pure frad h wo kisi bhi kam ke nhi h power bank se mobile charge nhi hota or usse mera hi mobile change nhi hota aisi bat nhi h mere dost ke bhi mobile charge nhi hota or apka pen drive to kahi bhi nhi lagta or apki memory card mobile me bhi nhi lgti memory puri kharab h ab aap hi batao aise products ka hum kya kre hume nhi chahiye apke ye products.

The shipment reached bhiwandi delivery center on 3rd september 2017 but is not delivered till 7th september 2017, afternoon, the time i am writing this complaint.

The shipment is very urgent and the ecom express customer care is not able to provide any solution till now. I have repeatedly called their customer care and also written email to "[protected]@ecomexpress.com' but they are not giving any kind of written assurance about the delivery of the shipment. They have only one answer -"please wait."

Branded combo portable bank 25000mah, branded 64gb stainless steel pendrive drivers thumb branded 128gb nemory card.
Its just love this i have got wrong things about my product, i just want my refund back as soon as portable. Please i have taken money from someone else, and i want to refund it back to him. I half promised him to gkp a power bank but now its not my offers.

This morning (9:30 am, sept 7th 2017) my wife and i stepped out of our flat for work. The delivery guy stepped out of the lift and my wife told him to deliver her package to our flat which she also pointes at, he said ok. After an hour my mom called and she narrated the incident hearing which we are extremely astonished, angry, sad and disappointed. This delivery guy harrased my old parents stating that the customer's (My wife's) surname is different from ours' and that if my parents would at all give the parcel to her??? Excuse me??? The arrogant dlivery guy came to one of the most popular high-rise building and challenging/harrassing the senior citizens (Owners of the flat and inlaws of my wife) that what assurance is there that they would give the parcel to my wife??? The flat address was mentioned and not that he was delivering to another address. My wife's number was mentioned and he should have called in case of any query. My wife personally told him face to face to deliver the parcel to our flat as we were leaving. But this smartass went to such extent to harrass such old people. I want that guy to be sent to our place immediate and apologise otherwise i will be the worst person you know. My wife and i are heavy online shoppers and delivery boys give parcels to our gate keepers.

Shame on the guy for not having basic courtesy, shame on ecom express for hiring such people, shame on myntra to have partnered with ecom express for order fulfillment.

I have ordered apple digital watch but was wrongly delivered as wallet in the address.

When i open the packet and i found the wallet instead of pole digital watch i immediately contacted the courier guy and he suggested me there much be some error at gaur end ans you needs to contact through email or at customer care

Please help and do the needful to replace with my correct order

This combo pack is totally defected and name of power bank mentioned on pack but inside it is missing, charger is not working, pendrive also not detecting in laptop and ear phone is manufactured defected.
So please returned it.
And you have to refund my balance quickley.
You have to refund my balance untill i will case on your company for this fake costumization.

‌i recd. A parcel from you on cod containing electric insect &pest repellent and paid rs.2998.

Date :- 17/06/2017.
On receipt dt 19/06/2017 i started using one piece out of 4.
After using it for 2 days i found that though the equipment is making sound n also lights but not effective at all on insects, mosquito etc.
I reported the matter on your customer care no.[protected], in reply your representative informed me having recorded complaint but he suggested me to continuously use the equipment for 10 days and than revert.
As advised i used it for 10 days and found no result at all,
Again i reported this on 1/07/2017
And some mr. Rakesh informed me that as a policy of 7 days period i have to wait and he informed the matter to higher ups for refund/return.
I again contacted on 03/07, and got suggestion to wait till 06/07.
On date 06/07/2017 i tried to connect, some mr. Vivek was on line but he was not cooperative neither listening to me.
Finally to day a again contacted and again faced mr. Vivek, who out rightly refused to entertain my complaint, and told me that there is no such policy of returning sold goods and refund of money.
You will appreciate that the entire business of e commerce is based on reliability and faith.
I again request you to entertain in the matter and arrange to collect goods from my house and arrange to refund my money to me.

Sir, these product i don't like this because these product samsung proct say so, these product not componey dublicate product, and bluetooth say but headphone is give, and 128 gb memory say, but 16 gb memory card given and power bank is not componey dublicate. I ordered 25000mah Samsung power bank from www.unitarian. in video order number[protected] . I received a pack supposedly having above mentioned power bank delivered at my home. but to my surprise on opening this pack it contained a fake item which is like a toy .it is quite useless and worthless.I immediately called the delivery boy from my cell to the cellphone from which I had received the call for collecting the parcel but his phone was not reachable.
