i recd. A parcel from you on cod containing electric insect &pest repellent and paid rs.2998.
Invoice no. E16638
Date :- 17/06/2017.
On receipt dt 19/06/2017 i started using one piece out of 4.
After using it for 2 days i found that though the equipment is making sound n also lights but not effective at all on insects, mosquito etc.
I reported the matter on your customer care no.[protected], in reply your representative informed me having recorded complaint but he suggested me to continuously use the equipment for 10 days and than revert.
As advised i used it for 10 days and found no result at all,
Again i reported this on 1/07/2017
And some mr. Rakesh informed me that as a policy of 7 days period i have to wait and he informed the matter to higher ups for refund/return.
I again contacted on 03/07, and got suggestion to wait till 06/07.
On date 06/07/2017 i tried to connect, some mr. Vivek was on line but he was not cooperative neither listening to me.
Finally to day a again contacted and again faced mr. Vivek, who out rightly refused to entertain my complaint, and told me that there is no such policy of returning sold goods and refund of money.
You will appreciate that the entire business of e commerce is based on reliability and faith.
I again request you to entertain in the matter and arrange to collect goods from my house and arrange to refund my money to me.

Called me tried to know details of my bank account and debit card
And assured me that they are arranging to collect items from me and to refund.
Is this some kind of fraud.
