The ecom courier in kaduru is supposed to give delivery of the products to tarikere also. But these people don't deliver the products and simply update the wrong information that delivery is not possible as customer is not available and they return the product.

They didnt delivered the product on the given time 2 days continuously and given wrong information to jabong that the customer is not reachable and so. I would like to complain about the employees working in dimapur. They have proud personality and treat customers badly. I hate when my products are being delivered in ecom express because there is no delivery service. I have to go and wait in the long queue waiting for hours to take my products which I have no time for that. Besides I don't like the people working there. I ordered shoes from Flipkart, I got a call from Ecom Express today morning at 10-00AM .The Delivery boy Gave our order at 4-00PM . Pucrchase on 05January 2017. And 06 january 17 handed over to Ecom Express. Today 20 Janury this product is at India hub from 07 january. Indian worst courier company Ecom Express.
