      The shipment was out for delivery and i am seeing this on website-

      21:04 hrsdelhi shipment un-delivered - address unlocatable - consignee not contactable.

      My address is very simple and i did not receive a single call from ecom express - whoever updated this made a false update on website. I was waiting for the call. Tracking number:[protected]

      They did not call and said i am not contactable - please help me with this - they are the worst courier service in india

      I have tracked my package with the tracking id and it was showing tat consignee not available but I was at home the whole day and the next day also the same thing happened. What kind of service its proving. I[censored] people are not here to deliver just stop ur work and let other people do. I would give zero raring for the r com services. Worst I have ever seen.

            M writing from itanagar. A girl called me yesterday noon to deliver the package but she never arrived. I even tried to Call her but she didn't respond as I continue calling she cut and switched off her no. So m assuming she fled away with my package. Its not good to let these kind of things happen to your company as we customers very much look up to u guys for the packages that's why we online shops.

                      I was expecting a pick up of a product as a part of return from a e-commerce website. The person assigned had not attempted to pick the parcel and incorrectly updated status as 1st attempt failed.

                      How careless the person could be how can he update incorrect details. Does he not have a management who will track these details and ensure transparency.

                      I have spoken to the customer care and lodged the compliant and found the response of the executive to be unsatisfactory.

                      I have personally never dealt with this logistic team, since this was from the shopping website i had to deal with these guys.

                      There should be strict governance on the status provided by the delivery staff to ensure the diligently adhere to their tasks.

                      Hoping this reached to the right person in-charge

                      Is this a valid ID to get email from and who is asking me for contact number without introducing them selves and providing a reason for asking my contact number.

I am following up with delhi customer and also bangalore office. Now have lost trust buying things online itself.

                            I have given my mobile phone (Samsung s7 edge) to appsyouneed insurance for repair. The phone was picked by ecom express on 30th march 2017 from my residence. After successful repair they have dispatched the phone by ecom express on 13th june vide awb no.[protected]. The phone has not been received till date. I have been calling both the companies (Appsyouneed & ecom express) on daily basis but not getting any positive reply.

When i have received... My order on today itself i found that my order was sent to my address.. With fully damased and as well as low quality... Which is not acceptable and correct, fair to use...
