      The shipment was out for delivery and i am seeing this on website-

      21:04 hrsdelhi shipment un-delivered - address unlocatable - consignee not contactable.

      My address is very simple and i did not receive a single call from ecom express - whoever updated this made a false update on website. I was waiting for the call. Tracking number:[protected]

      They did not call and said i am not contactable - please help me with this - they are the worst courier service in india

            M writing from itanagar. A girl called me yesterday noon to deliver the package but she never arrived. I even tried to Call her but she didn't respond as I continue calling she cut and switched off her no. So m assuming she fled away with my package. Its not good to let these kind of things happen to your company as we customers very much look up to u guys for the packages that's why we online shops.

                      I was expecting a pick up of a product as a part of return from a e-commerce website. The person assigned had not attempted to pick the parcel and incorrectly updated status as 1st attempt failed.

                      How careless the person could be how can he update incorrect details. Does he not have a management who will track these details and ensure transparency.

                      I have spoken to the customer care and lodged the compliant and found the response of the executive to be unsatisfactory.

                      I have personally never dealt with this logistic team, since this was from the shopping website i had to deal with these guys.

                      There should be strict governance on the status provided by the delivery staff to ensure the diligently adhere to their tasks.

                      Hoping this reached to the right person in-charge
