My order product is damage & wrong product received. My order is 128 GB memory but received 16 GB & power bank is not open. Headphone fully damaged. I am very upset your service. This company is duplicate product provide costumers.
Sir your service fully wrong product provide plz change your service and my order amount refund to me.

      I replaced my order from multi colored printed dress order no.[protected] which cost me 617 inr to white lace - up sneaker order no.[protected] cost 1, 348 inr when i return my first order, it was not refundable, so i replace my order and when my second order shipped the amount was not deducted, so i will not pay the full amount if it is not deduced, i want my first payment refund.

      My pick up is completed and my shipment is[protected].I have also got the receipt.After that message came that my pick up is failed after 1st attempt.What nonsense is this afterall my valuable jewellery item is with the courier person who don't even sealed the packet infront of me.l am worried .Please look into the matter soon.

        I was expecting a pick up of a product as a part of return from a e-commerce website. The person assigned had not attempted to pick the parcel and incorrectly updated status as 1st attempt failed.

        How careless the person could be how can he update incorrect details. Does he not have a management who will track these details and ensure transparency.

        I have spoken to the customer care and lodged the compliant and found the response of the executive to be unsatisfactory.

        I have personally never dealt with this logistic team, since this was from the shopping website i had to deal with these guys.

        There should be strict governance on the status provided by the delivery staff to ensure the diligently adhere to their tasks.

        Hoping this reached to the right person in-charge

        I have received an email from "[protected]@gmail.com" with Subject as "Ecom" and the text in the email "send contact number"
        Is this a valid ID to get email from and who is asking me for contact number without introducing them selves and providing a reason for asking my contact number.

          My shipment number is[protected] orders on 25th july, was suppose to get delivered last week, did not happen due to address issue, after giving the correct address also, they have not delivered my parcel. I am following up with delhi customer and also bangalore office. Now have lost trust buying things online itself.

          It is a matter of trust not a matter of money.

          It is better that companies should not tieup with such irresponsible people.

              I have given my mobile phone (Samsung s7 edge) to appsyouneed insurance for repair. The phone was picked by ecom express on 30th march 2017 from my residence. After successful repair they have dispatched the phone by ecom express on 13th june vide awb no.[protected]. The phone has not been received till date. I have been calling both the companies (Appsyouneed & ecom express) on daily basis but not getting any positive reply.

                Another thing is that i got message from your office at 31 july 2017 but then i got call from your office that they have lost our order and will give same order on another customer 's name of silver colour but don't tell to company if you will recieve call from their, then suddenly i galot message that ur order is undelivered today

                        ‌i recd. A parcel from you on cod containing electric insect &pest repellent and paid rs.2998.
                        Invoice no. E16638
                        Date :- 17/06/2017.
                        On receipt dt 19/06/2017 i started using one piece out of 4.
                        After using it for 2 days i found that though the equipment is making sound n also lights but not effective at all on insects, mosquito etc.
                        I reported the matter on your customer care no.[protected], in reply your representative informed me having recorded complaint but he suggested me to continuously use the equipment for 10 days and than revert.
                        As advised i used it for 10 days and found no result at all,
                        Again i reported this on 1/07/2017
                        And some mr. Rakesh informed me that as a policy of 7 days period i have to wait and he informed the matter to higher ups for refund/return.
                        I again contacted on 03/07, and got suggestion to wait till 06/07.
                        On date 06/07/2017 i tried to connect, some mr. Vivek was on line but he was not cooperative neither listening to me.
                        Finally to day a again contacted and again faced mr. Vivek, who out rightly refused to entertain my complaint, and told me that there is no such policy of returning sold goods and refund of money.
                        You will appreciate that the entire business of e commerce is based on reliability and faith.
                        I again request you to entertain in the matter and arrange to collect goods from my house and arrange to refund my money to me.

                          My shipment no. Is[protected] is not delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on 18 july 2017. Despite of repeated complaints to the courier service no actions were taken by them. They lied to me everytime i complaint claiming that it will be delivered the very next day which also resulted in quite a lot of wastage of my time on expect the delivery due to it being a cash on delivery item.

                              I ordered one parcel from amazon, shipment no.[protected], during the delivery the person ask for identity proof and wants to take the proof pics by phone, which is not safe to give as lots of forgery going on by that, so the customer denied, as i brought lots of things from courier but no one demand like that. As present lots of forgery taken place in identity card so its not safe to give the identity proof image an all. This happens to me first time and it shows your failure. Rectify the things and deliver on the same address as mentioned and if you want you can take the recipients image during delivery or otherwise i need to knock customer court for this bad behavior.

                                  This is regarding the order number o9c199c
                                  I cancelled the order by calling the nnnow website.
                                  The representative said it has been dispatched and you can refuse at the time of delivery.
                                  When the courier guy came he had no clue about the process and said that it can't be cancelled.
                                  He threatened by parents to put this in illegal and they called me up instantly.

                                  This is how you work?

                                  I have called the website and they assured that relevant action would be taken.
                                  I even have had a word with supervisor of dehradun branch, rahul rawat he too had no clue about this policy.
                                  Please train your staff properly and threatening your customer would not do any good.
                                  I have submitted a report to consumer forum as well.

                                      Today (18-july-2017), i only received a call from (+[protected] them and they ask me to pick up the product from their office, and they cut the call before i said a single word. When i try to call back so many time but they are not picking up!
                                      I don't know where is their office... Where to go... And how to get my product or how to find them!!

                                      Haven't received any email or phone call from the company. But today (19/07/17) evening carrier delivered the product at my door step. Please note.., (The delivery man behavior is very bad. He doesn't know manner to talk! I don't know his name or any identity...I have only his number '+91 76022 22572.) Thank you.
