It was a very pathetic experience for me it so happened that when your boy came to deliver the product of jabong the bill was of rs.1678 around and i asked him to take the coins of 1000 of rs.5 each under consider and he refused in a very rude manner and said that i don't have my father business where i will the take money and keep it under and that's in a statement made me angry and he said that he would cancel the parcel and then i said no don't cancel the person and i said i would complain against him he said okaycomplain against me i will see what will happen please take actions and i am giving his details and i wanted him to feel sorry and he also said that his service is to take only to deliver and not to talk and argue..! Please don't keep such employees..!! If you really feel sorry please take a strict action against him details place - purulia pi code -723101 and your employee phone number -[protected]..!     I purchased shoes from duke official site they have submitted for ecomexpress for delivery and i got tracking number also but when i am checking with that tracking it is not showing anything it is telling please try after few minutes it is telling me since two what is this # website. This is true or fake website and i came to know that it is a fraud website

      We had ordered ugc net exam paper 1, 2, 3 book ordered on one week before. I had received the parcel despatched message. On 11.07.17 the parcel is in madurai, tamil nadu. After that the parcel is in delay the message received.
      What is the problem. I paid full amount for that material. You have to reply for that immediately.

      Very very bad experience from ecom expess courier. ecom express delivery boy call me 5th july 2017 for ready with money i will come today your product delivery, but still date my product not get me. after i call customer support for enquiry 3 to 4 times but no any one satisfied answer to me they cut the call every time.

        Hi,
        Ecom courier has been unnecessarily delaying the shipment of multiple orders.
        Even when i am home, my door is open, my dog is sitting at the doorstep, no one knocks and i receive a message "your shipment is undelivered after 1st attempt". How is that possible and why do you do that? Ecom is not someone we as a customer know and deal with, we know amazon and this is the third rate shipping company you choose to deliver the products. And strangely this has been happening repeatedly.
        Pathetic service amazon! The least you could do is partner with a better logistics company.

The address given is my parmenant address. And my family members are always available their. I am sorry to say that your team is not taking panic for your customers.                 I ordered a book from amazon and was sent to me (Tracking id[protected]. The courier boy who came to deliver was very ill mannered. The address in the shipment is of a office on the second floor. First the delivery boy asked me to come down on the road to take the delivery. When i refused, saying that he has to come up and give the delivery on the address on the package, he behaved very rudely and said if i want the package i must come on road else he will not deliver it.

                When i told him if he does not deliver to the address, i will complain, he again misbehaved saying me not to threaten him about complaints. Finally he did come up to give the delivery but he again was very rude and created a scene at the office premises using uncivilized language. This kind of behavior is intolerable from any professional company.

                I am making the complaint with amazon asking them not to send me any consignment from ecom express in future.

                      My product with shipment no[protected] was supposed to be delivered 3 days back to my shippong address at sasaram, bihar. But everytime they keep telling me that it will be delivered tomorrow.. But that tomorrow has not yet arrived. Whenever i call the customer care services, they tell me that it will be delivered tomorrow. Also, they say that the system update says that the delivery was postponed by the customer (That is me) or they say that i did not receive the call. But the truth is i never got any call from the delivery boy regarding delivery. I am sorry to say but this is intolerable and poor services from your staff. Kindly check on the people you hire as they are putting false information in your system regarding updates from the customer. Its been 3 days and i am fed up!
                      Hope proper actions are taken from your end.

                        Firstly i request this amazon not to give ecom express the job of delivering the goods. This 7th time i received my pack very lately. They always show the status as out for delivery when we track it. But by the end of the day they will update the status as "delay in delivery due to external factors". For almost 5 to 7 days these people will send the pack out side and again keep the status as "delay in delivery due to external factors" and if we ask the courier boys they will say that the door was closed (But on that day i was at home). They even dint reach me on my number.

                        5times i asked the courier boys all the courier boys told the same reason as door closed. Always the same reason (Inspite of not calling me). I asked one courier boy u dint even called me there was no answer from the boy. He just smiled and left.

                        This is the way both the management and delivery boys play with the customers.

                        This is not one time they repeat this every time i get the courier through ecomexpress. I sincerely request amazon not to give ecomexpress courier services to deliver the goods from amazon. Because it will also effect the amazons reputation

                            I have a ecom express shipment airway bill no.[protected] which was returned without delivering or informing me. Further on my request my order was redirected for delivery under new airway bill no.[protected] on 30th may 2017, but it is undelivered till today. When i enquire they give unsatisfactory responses. I feel like they are paying more inrerest in cod items, mine is prepaid so no interest as they'll get no addition charge. Please make an arrangement so as to deliver my order at the earliest. And also request you to take up necessary action against the ecom express manipur to deliver good service to the people or pack up.

One other thing whenever i want to take my order they submit a hardcopy of my identity proof. It is ok if it happens one or two times but they always ask for a hardcopy.                                     Ecom express services are on my part are the most disgusting courier services i have ever encountered. Their behaviour is very disgraceful and rude on each and every aspects. They also do not have any professionalism in their work neither do they interact to the customers politely as i have encountered an incident with them and that was very disrespectful. The ecom express office at rewa district of madhya pradesh has the most disrespectful employees i guess. They even do not know how to interact to a customer as if we are dependent on them. This incident has changed my mind about the courier services as i would never prefere ecom's services for any kind of courier purposes.

                                        I am regular customer of Flip cart, Amazon. Most of their parcels are shipping through you only. The Badami 587203 office boys are taking minimum 5 to 6 days for local delivery. When contacted them, they are telling that, we don't have more boys for delivery and writing in tracking as, that customer requested that we are collecting from office only nor writing that customer is not in the during delivery nor Delay Delivery on customer request like this he is cheating to you and we also.
                                        Sir, Is he need 5 to 6 days for local delivery.
                                        17863180 is arrived at Badami on 29.4.2017 and delivered on 4.5.[protected] is arrived on 9.5.2017 and not yet delivered.
                                        And other 2 were arrived today and don't know when he is deliverying .
                                        I hope this much feed back is enough for you. Sir, if items are delayed in transit is excusable but taking 5 to 6 days for local delivery is not excusable and it is possible.
                                        Hope my this complaint is considered seriously and resolved the problem.
