‌i recd. A parcel from you on cod containing electric insect &pest repellent and paid rs.2998.
Invoice no. E16638
Date :- 17/06/2017.
On receipt dt 19/06/2017 i started using one piece out of 4.
After using it for 2 days i found that though the equipment is making sound n also lights but not effective at all on insects, mosquito etc.
I reported the matter on your customer care no.[protected], in reply your representative informed me having recorded complaint but he suggested me to continuously use the equipment for 10 days and than revert.
As advised i used it for 10 days and found no result at all,
Again i reported this on 1/07/2017
And some mr. Rakesh informed me that as a policy of 7 days period i have to wait and he informed the matter to higher ups for refund/return.
I again contacted on 03/07, and got suggestion to wait till 06/07.
On date 06/07/2017 i tried to connect, some mr. Vivek was on line but he was not cooperative neither listening to me.
Finally to day a again contacted and again faced mr. Vivek, who out rightly refused to entertain my complaint, and told me that there is no such policy of returning sold goods and refund of money.
You will appreciate that the entire business of e commerce is based on reliability and faith.
I again request you to entertain in the matter and arrange to collect goods from my house and arrange to refund my money to me.

    My shipment no. Is[protected] is not delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on 18 july 2017. Despite of repeated complaints to the courier service no actions were taken by them. They lied to me everytime i complaint claiming that it will be delivered the very next day which also resulted in quite a lot of wastage of my time on expect the delivery due to it being a cash on delivery item.

    Actually I am seeing in online 3 different shirts but they 3 same colours and also the it's not my size

        I ordered one parcel from amazon, shipment no.[protected], during the delivery the person ask for identity proof and wants to take the proof pics by phone, which is not safe to give as lots of forgery going on by that, so the customer denied, as i brought lots of things from courier but no one demand like that. As present lots of forgery taken place in identity card so its not safe to give the identity proof image an all. This happens to me first time and it shows your failure. Rectify the things and deliver on the same address as mentioned and if you want you can take the recipients image during delivery or otherwise i need to knock customer court for this bad behavior.

          These is my 3rd time that ecom express not delivered in the time..When i called them they tell me that your product is misrouted..Paytm is delivered the product by E.com Express on 13th july, 2017.Still i am not get it.

            This is regarding the order number o9c199c
            I cancelled the order by calling the nnnow website.
            The representative said it has been dispatched and you can refuse at the time of delivery.
            When the courier guy came he had no clue about the process and said that it can't be cancelled.
            He threatened by parents to put this in illegal and they called me up instantly.

            This is how you work?

            I have called the website and they assured that relevant action would be taken.
            I even have had a word with supervisor of dehradun branch, rahul rawat he too had no clue about this policy.
            Please train your staff properly and threatening your customer would not do any good.
            I have submitted a report to consumer forum as well.

                Haven't received any email or phone call from the company. But today (19/07/17) evening carrier delivered the product at my door step. Please note.., (The delivery man behavior is very bad. He doesn't know manner to talk! I don't know his name or any identity...I have only his number '+91 76022 22572.) Thank you.

                      We had ordered ugc net exam paper 1, 2, 3 book ordered on one week before. I had received the parcel despatched message. On 11.07.17 the parcel is in madurai, tamil nadu. After that the parcel is in delay the message received.

                      Very very bad experience from ecom expess courier. ecom express delivery boy call me 5th july 2017 for ready with money i will come today your product delivery, but still date my product not get me. after i call customer support for enquiry 3 to 4 times but no any one satisfied answer to me they cut the call every time.

                        Hi,
                        Ecom courier has been unnecessarily delaying the shipment of multiple orders.
                        Even when i am home, my door is open, my dog is sitting at the doorstep, no one knocks and i receive a message "your shipment is undelivered after 1st attempt". How is that possible and why do you do that? Ecom is not someone we as a customer know and deal with, we know amazon and this is the third rate shipping company you choose to deliver the products. And strangely this has been happening repeatedly.
                        Pathetic service amazon! The least you could do is partner with a better logistics company.

                                I ordered a book from amazon and was sent to me (Tracking id[protected]. The courier boy who came to deliver was very ill mannered. The address in the shipment is of a office on the second floor. First the delivery boy asked me to come down on the road to take the delivery. When i refused, saying that he has to come up and give the delivery on the address on the package, he behaved very rudely and said if i want the package i must come on road else he will not deliver it.

                                When i told him if he does not deliver to the address, i will complain, he again misbehaved saying me not to threaten him about complaints. Finally he did come up to give the delivery but he again was very rude and created a scene at the office premises using uncivilized language. This kind of behavior is intolerable from any professional company.

                                I am making the complaint with amazon asking them not to send me any consignment from ecom express in future.

                                      My product with shipment no[protected] was supposed to be delivered 3 days back to my shippong address at sasaram, bihar. But everytime they keep telling me that it will be delivered tomorrow.. But that tomorrow has not yet arrived. Whenever i call the customer care services, they tell me that it will be delivered tomorrow. Also, they say that the system update says that the delivery was postponed by the customer (That is me) or they say that i did not receive the call. But the truth is i never got any call from the delivery boy regarding delivery. I am sorry to say but this is intolerable and poor services from your staff. Kindly check on the people you hire as they are putting false information in your system regarding updates from the customer. Its been 3 days and i am fed up!
                                      Hope proper actions are taken from your end.

                                        Firstly i request this amazon not to give ecom express the job of delivering the goods. This 7th time i received my pack very lately. They always show the status as out for delivery when we track it. But by the end of the day they will update the status as "delay in delivery due to external factors". For almost 5 to 7 days these people will send the pack out side and again keep the status as "delay in delivery due to external factors" and if we ask the courier boys they will say that the door was closed (But on that day i was at home). They even dint reach me on my number.

                                        5times i asked the courier boys all the courier boys told the same reason as door closed. Always the same reason (Inspite of not calling me). I asked one courier boy u dint even called me there was no answer from the boy. He just smiled and left.

                                        This is the way both the management and delivery boys play with the customers.

                                        This is not one time they repeat this every time i get the courier through ecomexpress. I sincerely request amazon not to give ecomexpress courier services to deliver the goods from amazon. Because it will also effect the amazons reputation
