My courier at rajkot on 26th march now 29th march but i have not received ecom express helpline person tell me on 26 after 3 days you have received but no received then i call helpline today but answer will repeat after 3 days so what i do please help me...As soon as possible

    Hello sir, my name is mohammed arbaz i am from bathalapalli, anantapur (Dist). I face a problem with ecom express service of dharmavaram station. It is a distance of my place to dharmavaram is 13km, but your ecom express company members are very negligenced on delivery orders, they cannot call or any response from them. I also fire on them but they didn't respond, they are updated fake information i attach a file to you. Ex:they delayed my order on customer service even they can't call. They come back after 5 days with their negligency. Ok please take a respond on dharmavaram ecom express station. I also produce a putison on consumer court good bye. I hope you take a serious reaction on dharmavaram station of ecom express

      Respected sir, the above mentioned shipment no[protected] from kraftly.com, amount is 900 rs. has been arrived to my place Mudhol 587313, Bagalkot district, but the local E-com office agent is behaving very badly n using bad local language .since i had went thrice to the office to receive the product, he is refusing to give the product by giving sillly reasons like there are alot of products to be opened and he is asking to come again and again after 1hour ... this has been hapened thrice in a single day i.e today three times also he refused by saying still the parcle has not been opened. He doesnt have any sense as how to behave with the customers. when i questioned him abt y is h e not giving me the product, he ditrectly refused to give the product and told its my office ill not the give ur product u can complaint anywere u want & do watever u can. his number is [protected].
      i am seriosly annoyed by this guys reaction & i need se rious action to be taken against him pls . its a serious issue pls dont take it lightly coz the guy has used many bad words and he doesnt know how to behave with tghe customers .

            Whenever an item is delivered by e-com express, the delivery boy asks for an identity card for photograph which is incorrect.after contacting the local manager, it was revealed that photograph the identity card is being stored on the company's server.in case of any mishandling of the personal identity card of a consumer the same may lead to leakage of personal information or any cyber crime. in replacement that, the photograph of person holding the item can be taken as replacement measure or any other method as devised by the company.

              I wanted to post the complaint but I could not see the option in your web site and this is the best I could see to communicate with you the experience I had yesterday.
              I was expecting a package in Galaxy business park and I received a call to come to gate 3 which was good 10 mins from my building. I came to the spot and I saw two guys riding the motorcycle about to leave. I shouted at them to ask whether they are from Amazon and they said what is your name and rode away without stopping. I called back on their number and at first they didn't picked up and when they did. They said that they are coming back in 10 mins and they haven't, I waited for 15 mins and they didn't come and stopped picking up phone. This costed me around 30 mins of wait and wasted time.

              Normally I would have understood and ignored if the courier person went back as he was in hurry but this guy went past me and made me (the customer) wait.

                  The ecom courier in kaduru is supposed to give delivery of the products to tarikere also. But these people don't deliver the products and simply update the wrong information that delivery is not possible as customer is not available and they return the product.
                  Now also I booked one item from flipkart and that is shipped through ecom courier with tracking id[protected]. None of the courier people had tried to reach me and they simply updated delivery is not possible.
                  This is the second time it's happening with me. Last time I ordered one book from Amazon.in but these people didn't delivered the book and sent that book back.

They didnt delivered the product on the given time 2 days continuously and given wrong information to jabong that the customer is not reachable and so. Is this is your hospitality??.i[censored] can't work then for whom sake it running it #### business.

                      I would like to complain about the employees working in dimapur. They have proud personality and treat customers badly. I hate when my products are being delivered in ecom express because there is no delivery service. I have to go and wait in the long queue waiting for hours to take my products which I have no time for that. Besides I don't like the people working there. Most at times I cancel my products when it gets delivered in ecom express. Please improve the service there. Blue dart has the best service in my place.

                        I had a damaged snapdeal parcel and i had submit a request (on the same say i got my parcel) to refund for damaged item. Snapdeal mention courier Ecom will come and take the parcel. I wait for the whole 2 days but no courier approach me. No call to me, no Ecom people waiting with other courier company . And i can't find any number to contact Ecom courier. What's happening now? My parcel need to be returned in 7 days but if the courier not pickup my damaged item, how can i get my refund. I am so angry with the services. Give me a proper answer. And the Ecom courier is for Belgaum, Karnataka branch.

                          I have ordered an item from Flipkart having Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered yesterday but received the item which is not as per specification. So that I have requested for return having Return ID:[protected]. The Pick-up address is Udayan Sarmah, C/o Tarun Ch. Sarmah, Diffloo Tea Estate, Near Shiv Mandir, Bokakhat, Assam-785612. My return is scheduled for today. Some representative called me about my return. When I told him that the parcel is in my home i.e. in the Pick-up address, then he told me that he cannot collect the parcel as it is about 4 Kms away from the E-Com office, Bokakhat. Also told me to deliver the parcel at E-Com office, Bokakhat. As I am in Jorhat and will reach Bokakhat after 8 pm, it is not possible for me to deliver the parcel at E-Com office, Bokakhat. He told me that there are some company rules that for a single pick-up they cannot go for 4.5 Kms. When I enquired regarding delivery, then he told me that for a single delivery they cannot go for 4.5 Kms. The contact no. of the representative is [protected]. I want to know, if there is any such company rule that they cannot go for single Pick-up or delivery.

                            Stuffs are bein sent back stating that address was not found whereas other courier services deliver. Even ecom crosses my area but is too lazy and negligent. People will soon file a suit if it continues. I have missed out on projects too cuz of such neglegeience. Plus they don't respond to calls nor have their contact or details to google too.
                            Please look at it. Starting to hate Ecom Express

                              On 18th jan i ordered a product from samsung and next day they handed over the shipment to ecom express and on 20th the shipment was in chennai then on 22 jan it was in delhi and on 23rd jan it was in panchkula (26 km away from my place), on 24th i enquired them (On [protected]) they said it is in transit and is going to naraingarh (19 km away from my place but opposite to panchkula) and then in the evening the site showed 'bag connected from panchkula dc' i again called them and they told me it is in transit and going to delhi and from there it would be sent to naraingarh and then will be delivered to me resulting in 2 days in delay and 2 days is not a joke.

                                Through this column i would like to express that your service boy/person's manner is too bad and harsh with the customers. Today i have received a products order from amazon.co.in and one of your staff came to deliver it, he insisted me to take from my office gate, when i asked him why dont you come to my room/office, he said you have given c/o address and he so angry at my request to come up. I would request amazon not to send through ecomex currier please, its just irritating.

                                  I ordered shoes from Flipkart, I got a call from Ecom Express today morning at 10-00AM .The Delivery boy Gave our order at 4-00PM . We asked an explanation for the late delivery, the boy said, " Lack oF staff in Markapur ECOM EXPRESS office, we made a call to supervisor too, he told the same and there is only one delivery boys is delivering the shipments".Worst Delivery EVER in my life.

                                      Hello my name is sachin, i live in osmanabad, 413501. i had purchased a trouser from jabong, and due to some reason i requested to return it, theres the person named shaokat, this is the second time this person was annoying, he doesnt come to the house he tells me to come down on the road, gives the excuse that he has bag and all stuff so he can't come to house... He literally opens the parcel on the road, and checks there, which is totally privacy invading, it was a trouser, it is a personal thing, plus it could be anything more personal, anything bit is, muct be discreet totally, unlike exploring it on the roads. Should the ecom person call me on the road and check it such way.?? I did already many times request him to come upstairs to the house, but everytime kept giving excuses. this is the second time i had such annoying delivery person experience from ecom express. Annoying. Plz do not overlook this complaint.

I get a call from the delivery boy of this courier service telling me to hand him the product at a place 1 km far from my house i.e the provided pick up address.When i ask him why isn't he coming to the given pickup address he says the guy supposed to do the pickup service is on leave for 3 days and he was doing this service on his behalf so he won't be able to come to the given address. I then ask him to collect the item when the guy joins office he tells me that won't be possible since that day falls on Sunday and their office is closed on Sundays and further warns me that pickup service is available for 3 days only and no item will he collected henceforth.I call the cc service at ecom express...they are unable to resolve my case. This is the worst service I've seen so far.

                                      Sir i purchase a goods from shop clus for jamtara address my delivery address is 5-6 km far from ur jamtara office your staff says we cant provide u at ur adress i say your staff then give me at railway station jamtara they are ignoring me and argu as non sence and ireespossible

                                        I have purchased a product from snapdeal and got the message of courier through ecom express. They didnt delivered the product on the given time 2 days continuously and given wrong information to snapdeal that the customer is not reachable and so. The 3rd days i got a call from ecom express guy that i am standing nearby to the delivery address, please come and collect your parcel. I asked why? He said i cant go to your address. He said either come and take it or i will send it back. I recorded the conversation and sent to ecom express head office email, but nothing happened. They all are useless. Never give any parcel to them
