    I had ordered some item from flip cart. The order arrived in thane on 11th. they tried to deliver it on 15th. However I was not in office and hence could not collect it. I am trying since yesterday to get it delivered but not getting any response. everytime they tell that it will be delivered soon. I had even told them that I have the cash ready and there is no issue still i am not getting my parcel delivered and its urgent

      Hi,

      I ordered my phone from amazon on 5th november which was expected to be delivered by 10th november. The courier arrived in my city on 9th november itself but was held because of cod payment mode. I repeatedly (3 times) lodged complaints asking for delivery as i had cash in valid denominations. Each time they said that i will receive the package within 24-48 hours but its 15th november now and i haven't received my courier yet. They also updated fake status o[censored]navailability of appropriate denominations and that i was not available at home, hereas i was at home all the time and also other members were also there. Not a single time they attempted to deliver the courier. Very poor and pathetic service. Business of fooling customers!

          It was a fair work from dell they got my product shipped on time but the courier service is just disgusting. They have taken the product from Ahmedabad to Bhiwandi and still it has not been delivered to me. I dont know why they took the product from Gujarat to Maharashtra or r they just faking things. The product is quite costly and now it is a great conern for me. Hope this helps me out.

                Hello ecom express courier, my name is m umesh, i am from huzurabad, karimnagar dist, telangana, i bought no of products snapdeal and amazon regularly, but here local ecom express delivery boys all are giving very very slow delay delivery, i told to them no of time please give my product in time, but the fellows some times return the products without call us, but this is not good, i have a return pickup to snapdeal, they send mail to ecom persons about revers pickup from us at november 5th evening, they did not call me at least 7th date also, i consult here local ecom express office about this, there are saying sorry we forget it. is this answer? please take serious action on them, if next time repeat it again defiantly i will complaint local police station on them and ecom express courier. thank you.

                    Dear sir, your bhadrachalam point courier people refuse to deliver all of my orders and for the airway bill no:[protected] andAir Waybill No :[protected] Order No :SLP[protected] and
                    Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :SLP[protected] and snapdeal ordr no: [protected] no body was contacted to me but they feed in your systems Reson code: 331- consignee requested for future delivery on 3/11/2016, what is this sir, i already contacted to you many times in this regard, if you are unable to deliver my pincode 507121 please don't accept but once you accepted it you have to deliver it, it is your minimum responsibility, and please tell me what is the radius of your service area from the courier point, sombody says it was 40kms, if it is 40kms my pincode area is 50kms from courier point. and they refuse to deliver even it is 23 kms from courier point.

                    before you entered the market (ecom express courier) i am very happy to do online shopping because fedex and indiapost were deliver my orders at my door step but when you entered many people facing the problems and disappointed due to your worst and dirty service. you are unfit to courier service please close your courier or at least close the mentioned Bhadrachalam point so that we are very happy. and we can do online shopping again.

                    please rectify the problem, either dont accept the orders for pincode 507121 or deliver at doorstep.

                        Worst services by ecom expres. Never sue their services at all. They closed my account uninformed and everytime they do delay in delivery.
                        Worst worst worst everrrr
                        Worst approach given my staff evrytime.
                        Payments are delayed a lot.
                        Cannot really trust this company ever.
                        They will assure you that the pick up and delivery would be done on a day, but never a courier comes to pick up the product. They are fraud and they have ditched us many times.

                          I have placed order for 1 no samsung micro sdxc memory card with amazon. On 27th october'16 i received a massage that item will be deliver on that day. Again i received another massage that the item is out for delivery. But i regret to inform you that neither the item was delivered nor received any phone call from courier service.
                          Surprisingly on that day night i received another massage the item was attempted for delivery on that day, re-attempted will be done today as per request.

                          Today i received massage that item is out for delivery. However no phone call is received from courier service.

                          I then rushed to your designated courier service, "e com express courier service" at their local office, and surprisingly found that item is lying there & i collected the item from their office.
                          So all along courier services has given us false massages that resulted unnecessary harassment to the buyer. I suggest you to either change the courier service or immidiate step against them should be taken so that the buyers not get harassed

                            Though I know no action will be taken from there side but still to inform people to what extent this courier service can go.

                            A delivery boy from ph no [protected] called me at 7.30 pm on22.10.16 to deliver my ordered data cable. He was very rude and his attitude was as if I am buying it from them.I think they forget that they are just delivering it neither its their money nor its their product .that arrogant boy came to my doorstep.when asked about his zonal office number to report this he went on saying " do whatever u can I will not give u your item" .He literally stole that item in front of me.he took away my product and I could not help but watch.I informed them through mail about the harrasment and incident.I have my phone call recording and several eyewitness.it is a case of theft and woman teasing.Then I lodged a complaint to the online shopping centre against the courier service that they r using and thinking about escalating it to consumer affairs.these things must be stopped and let us all stand against it so that more can be saved from this harrasment.

                            after writing a letter to the company their zonal office called me and asked me about the incident.I told her everything and after that she asked me "did you not deny the delivery?" I was stunned ? I was standing on the road with the money in my hand..why would I deny it? then the lady over phone she questioned me why I have mentioned "theft'... well the data cable was ordered by me from flipkart. It was mine that is why the delivery man came to me to deliver it and I don't know why but he then refused to give it to me.and took it away with him.what should I call it?? taking away your thing is it just a "rude' or "arrogant" behaviour!! I got a letter confirming that ECOM Express will take necessary action which I appreciate highly. And I believe that they will ; so that no one else had to face this kind of problem. But the lady who called me from the zonal office repeatedly asked me about incidents that did not happen.She even told me that she does not understand whom to believe cause the delivery man is saying this and you are saying this. Then I said I have proof someone else was there with me who saw the incident. Atlast she said that they will come to my house to verify the phone call. Well from here I think ECOM EXPRESS head office is quite helpful which is also expected from the zonal office. In the whole case till now both FLIPKART and ECOM EXPRESS customer care from HO are quite helpful.
                            I have purchased watch on snapdeal online, today Ecom express Currier company man rakesh calling me so I'm waiting this man 1 hour then I called rakesh mobile number [protected] so this man rakesh bad language use me

                                Hi,
                                I ordered items from shopclues and due to wrong item delivered reverse pickup is arranged with ecom express.
                                Shipment no.[protected]

                                No one came yesterday for reverse pick up for the product. But status is showing first attempt has been done and reverse pick up is incomplete. I talked to customer care executive of Ecom express in the morning . He told he will arrange reverse pick up today. I talked to Ecom express customer care executive again in the evening arround 6pm, he is saying for tomorrow pick up. Why is the delay for pick up and false status is updating ? The customer care executive was also too rude and disconnected the call.

                                  I bought HP laptop in Snapdeal.com on 21st oct, they shipped through Ecomexpress next day on 22nd Oct, The shipment from Bhiwandi, Maharastra to Karnataka. My shipment still in the Bhiwandi after 4 days (22, 23, 24, 25 of october). What are they doing, i bought hundreds of items online i never experienced like this, the huge delay in shipment.

                                    Falsely stating delivery attempted without any real Attempt. Delivery girl tomboy telling your Pin code is faked although not so, to avoid delivery by her. Being delivered by Blue Dart for the last 10 years without any issue. They talk as if someone can change Pin Code any time, what a shame.

But i got a message from your side delivery unsuccessful, hence your courier boy or executive did not make nay call to me or tell me about my order. Please confirm now when i'll get my order. Please tell them also to contact me before they will come to give my order.

                                      I don't get any call by courier boy... and get a msg to undeleverd... when i track my order my status show consignee want feature delivery... its very bad... how i tell him if i didn't get any call from him... my shipment order is..[protected]...

                                        I order one titan watch by snapdeal, when i check the my order in snapdeal it seams order was trying to deliverd but unable to do so because of address issues, i called snapdeal customer care that gave me ecom cariour phone no. [protected], [protected] but m higly disappointed the number what i got., it's not connecting m not able to connect with them and they then to deliver the product in respective address

                                        Actually i[censored] guys buys full day on the shift..? ..i just wnt to known abt my orders when its going to delivery ..i try make a cl morning to evening still no one respones for..pls respones seriously im gettin more tenson s...bcs o[censored] service ... i[censored] r nt recive my cl tomorrow ...see next ...good to all..!!!
