My suborder id no is [protected] / [protected] . After having some size issues i returned this product . Ecom express company representative came to pick up the product, they collected the product after checking everything and they gave me the receipt of returning the product . Now when i am asking snapdeal to return my money they are saying that they have received some other product, so they wont return me the money . I dont understand why i am not getting my money back . It is the mistake of that courier guy . They must have done some short of stealing and all. Why i am going to pay for that . Snapdeal website is a big time thief and liar .

I have order from GOLD24.in .
The consignment thy shiped very fast as promised as i want urgently.
The consignment is near my location but thy didnt delivered.
When i called and asked thy told cancel the order if you want.We will deliver within 4 days.

Worst service,
Courier service is telling cancel the order.
No value of customer.
The delivery man was not come at a time
I had purchased a pair of jeans from Jabong, order no.[protected], due to size issue i had requested an exchange. I get a call from the delivery boy of this courier service telling me to hand him the product at a place 1 km far from my house i.e the provided pick up address.When i ask him why isn't he coming to the given pickup address he says the guy supposed to do the pickup service is on leave for 3 days and he was doing this service on his behalf so he won't be able to come to the given address. I then ask him to collect the item when the guy joins office he tells me that won't be possible since that day falls on Sunday and their office is closed on Sundays and further warns me that pickup service is available for 3 days only and no item will he collected henceforth.I call the cc service at ecom express...they are unable to resolve my case. This is the worst service I've seen so far.
Ecom tracking id :[protected], this package is not yet delivered to me. Address:educadd, 2nd floor, kamraj building, near to anna bus stand, nagercoil, pin:629001. I need that package by today.

    Tracking number[protected] is marked delivered without delivering the product. On Nov 11, I only received the message that "shipment is undelivered after 1st attempt", after this the tracking details shows as delivered but there was not even a single attempt made contacting me or even a delivered notification sent. Customer service says we are not responsible for this so whom should I contact to resolve the inconvenience caused to me. Looks like the courier service has misplaced the product and simply updated as complete.

    I need this to be escalated further, need the product to be delivered or amount refunded.

    It's the worst courier company I ever experienced they don't know anything about the product and provide false information of the courier boy who left the company 6 months ago my product still not delivered even after 5 days

The tracking nos. are[protected] &[protected] in the name of Zunaid Rahman, both the couriers are from from Guwahati to Dimapur on 25th Dec, 16 which should reach on 26th, moreover I tried calling them but they don't pick, went to the office waited for 1 hr but at last told me write the tracking nos. on a register

        Always problem with the courier boy they are updating that the order sent out for delivery but the boy boy was not delivering .This is not yey the first time this is happening for last two three couriers .the courier boys ate so lazy to deliver ours and are returning back to the the online store.so resolve it Please solve it.             I am very disappointed about the Ecom Express service. I had ordered a product from snap deal to Madikeri, Karnataka, product reached m place within 2 days but it is delivered not to my home even after a week. Instead I received messages as delivery attempted failed, delivery boys didn't even came to my house.
            i had ordered a product in snapdeal they don't deliver to kutta but ecom express take the order i should go 40km to take the product

              My order was a hot pot which was placed in 2 dec and expected delivery date was 10 dec but i did not get my order it was said that delivery was unsuccesful and after this also i didn't get my order .i have paid RS499 from freecharge wallet and i have not yet get the order as well as i have not get the money also.i am waiting for many days but i didn't get.

                      I ordered my phone from amazon on 5th november which was expected to be delivered by 10th november. The courier arrived in my city on 9th november itself but was held because of cod payment mode. I repeatedly (3 times) lodged complaints asking for delivery as i had cash in valid denominations. Each time they said that i will receive the package within 24-48 hours but its 15th november now and i haven't received my courier yet. They also updated fake status o[censored]navailability of appropriate denominations and that i was not available at home, hereas i was at home all the time and also other members were also there. Not a single time they attempted to deliver the courier. Very poor and pathetic service. Business of fooling customers!

                          It was a fair work from dell they got my product shipped on time but the courier service is just disgusting. They have taken the product from Ahmedabad to Bhiwandi and still it has not been delivered to me. I dont know why they took the product from Gujarat to Maharashtra or r they just faking things. The product is quite costly and now it is a great conern for me. Hope this helps me out.

                                Hello ecom express courier, my name is m umesh, i am from huzurabad, karimnagar dist, telangana, i bought no of products snapdeal and amazon regularly, but here local ecom express delivery boys all are giving very very slow delay delivery, i told to them no of time please give my product in time, but the fellows some times return the products without call us, but this is not good, i have a return pickup to snapdeal, they send mail to ecom persons about revers pickup from us at november 5th evening, they did not call me at least 7th date also, i consult here local ecom express office about this, there are saying sorry we forget it. is this answer? please take serious action on them, if next time repeat it again defiantly i will complaint local police station on them and ecom express courier. thank you.

                                  * my courier is moving like a turtle there not much distance from present location to the delivery point.
                                  * since four days it is showing same location status is transit which is just 30 kms away.
                                  * when you are going to deliver my courier??

                                    Dear sir, your bhadrachalam point courier people refuse to deliver all of my orders and for the airway bill no:[protected] andAir Waybill No :[protected] Order No :SLP[protected] and
                                    Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :SLP[protected] and snapdeal ordr no: [protected] no body was contacted to me but they feed in your systems Reson code: 331- consignee requested for future delivery on 3/11/2016, what is this sir, i already contacted to you many times in this regard, if you are unable to deliver my pincode 507121 please don't accept but once you accepted it you have to deliver it, it is your minimum responsibility, and please tell me what is the radius of your service area from the courier point, sombody says it was 40kms, if it is 40kms my pincode area is 50kms from courier point. and they refuse to deliver even it is 23 kms from courier point.

                                    before you entered the market (ecom express courier) i am very happy to do online shopping because fedex and indiapost were deliver my orders at my door step but when you entered many people facing the problems and disappointed due to your worst and dirty service. you are unfit to courier service please close your courier or at least close the mentioned Bhadrachalam point so that we are very happy. and we can do online shopping again.

                                    please rectify the problem, either dont accept the orders for pincode 507121 or deliver at doorstep.

                                      E-commerce express agent made me to travel 10km & he forgot shipment & he said he'll deliver it to home next-day. Today he called me & he will not deliver i should go & pickup it
                                      Their behaviour is very bad & they are speaking very roughly with me.

                                        Worst services by ecom expres. Never sue their services at all. They closed my account uninformed and everytime they do delay in delivery.
                                        Worst worst worst everrrr
                                        Worst approach given my staff evrytime.
                                        Payments are delayed a lot.
                                        Cannot really trust this company ever.
                                        They will assure you that the pick up and delivery would be done on a day, but never a courier comes to pick up the product. They are fraud and they have ditched us many times.
