I have placed order for 1 no samsung micro sdxc memory card with amazon. On 27th october'16 i received a massage that item will be deliver on that day. Again i received another massage that the item is out for delivery. But i regret to inform you that neither the item was delivered nor received any phone call from courier service.
Surprisingly on that day night i received another massage the item was attempted for delivery on that day, re-attempted will be done today as per request.

Today i received massage that item is out for delivery. However no phone call is received from courier service.

I then rushed to your designated courier service, "e com express courier service" at their local office, and surprisingly found that item is lying there & i collected the item from their office.
So all along courier services has given us false massages that resulted unnecessary harassment to the buyer. I suggest you to either change the courier service or immidiate step against them should be taken so that the buyers not get harassed

Cant they find the product n hand it over to me ..if out for dilevery cant they call the delivery guy.. uselss service ..runned by monekys ..

    Though I know no action will be taken from there side but still to inform people to what extent this courier service can go.

    A delivery boy from ph no [protected] called me at 7.30 pm on22.10.16 to deliver my ordered data cable. He was very rude and his attitude was as if I am buying it from them.I think they forget that they are just delivering it neither its their money nor its their product .that arrogant boy came to my doorstep.when asked about his zonal office number to report this he went on saying " do whatever u can I will not give u your item" .He literally stole that item in front of me.he took away my product and I could not help but watch.I informed them through mail about the harrasment and incident.I have my phone call recording and several eyewitness.it is a case of theft and woman teasing.Then I lodged a complaint to the online shopping centre against the courier service that they r using and thinking about escalating it to consumer affairs.these things must be stopped and let us all stand against it so that more can be saved from this harrasment.

    after writing a letter to the company their zonal office called me and asked me about the incident.I told her everything and after that she asked me "did you not deny the delivery?" I was stunned ? I was standing on the road with the money in my hand..why would I deny it? then the lady over phone she questioned me why I have mentioned "theft'... well the data cable was ordered by me from flipkart. It was mine that is why the delivery man came to me to deliver it and I don't know why but he then refused to give it to me.and took it away with him.what should I call it?? taking away your thing is it just a "rude' or "arrogant" behaviour!! I got a letter confirming that ECOM Express will take necessary action which I appreciate highly. And I believe that they will ; so that no one else had to face this kind of problem. But the lady who called me from the zonal office repeatedly asked me about incidents that did not happen.She even told me that she does not understand whom to believe cause the delivery man is saying this and you are saying this. Then I said I have proof someone else was there with me who saw the incident. Atlast she said that they will come to my house to verify the phone call. Well from here I think ECOM EXPRESS head office is quite helpful which is also expected from the zonal office. In the whole case till now both FLIPKART and ECOM EXPRESS customer care from HO are quite helpful.
    I have purchased watch on snapdeal online, today Ecom express Currier company man rakesh calling me so I'm waiting this man 1 hour then I called rakesh mobile number [protected] so this man rakesh bad language use me

      Booked on 18th oct . Four days left not received, pl arrange to deliver on 22 oct 2016 without fail. yester day message in hyderabd. why the material sent to hyderabad instead to chennai. any how you solve the problem . reach the courier at the earliest

        Hi,
        I ordered items from shopclues and due to wrong item delivered reverse pickup is arranged with ecom express.
        Shipment no.[protected]

        No one came yesterday for reverse pick up for the product. But status is showing first attempt has been done and reverse pick up is incomplete. I talked to customer care executive of Ecom express in the morning . He told he will arrange reverse pick up today. I talked to Ecom express customer care executive again in the evening arround 6pm, he is saying for tomorrow pick up. Why is the delay for pick up and false status is updating ? The customer care executive was also too rude and disconnected the call.

          Where i have to send tracking id
          I bought HP laptop in Snapdeal.com on 21st oct, they shipped through Ecomexpress next day on 22nd Oct, The shipment from Bhiwandi, Maharastra to Karnataka. My shipment still in the Bhiwandi after 4 days (22, 23, 24, 25 of october). What are they doing, i bought hundreds of items online i never experienced like this, the huge delay in shipment.

            This is regarding shipment[protected].
            I have ordered mobile back cover from flipkart, and after few days it got shipped via courier service ecom express. My delivery address is my office address so on holiday i got call regarding delivery from ecom executive. I told him to come after 2 days ie on working day.
            I have not received the this shipment but still its showing delivered. Can you please look into this?

            Falsely stating delivery attempted without any real Attempt. Delivery girl tomboy telling your Pin code is faked although not so, to avoid delivery by her. Being delivered by Blue Dart for the last 10 years without any issue. They talk as if someone can change Pin Code any time, what a shame.

                  Sir, the apple s5 cellphone (silver 16 gb) ordered and shipped from fliphart (supercom net) on 4.10.2016 through e.com express vide od. no.[protected] to thiru a., sakthivelu. 29 katchery street, near ponni hotel, sankarankoil. 627756. e.com express way bill no.[protected].
                  On site i have seen a message in e.com express descriping the above consignment was delivered on 7.10.2016 at 7.05 pm. through puliangudi branch which is nearby to the addressee sankarankoil.. but even 11.10.2016 at 3.45 pm. neither any information regarding the delivery nor any sms. from puliangudi branch which i doubt the consignment have to be lost. worst service in this courier. pl. take speedy action and deliver to me as early as possible.

                    Daily I make tracking of my consignment.
                    Yesterday I saw status it's showing consignee not available. (Sunday).
                    Ok no problem. I awaiting today also. Till now I waiting for delivery. But now it's showing same status "consignee not available". I don't why they're making like this. And one more the delivery place near my house only 5 km (valliyoor). And also l mentioned my mobile number also in that delivery point address. And also I tried all customer care numbers. Delhi, Salem, tirunelveli, nagerkoil. But no response. So please reply me the reason of my non delivery consignment. Don't put again"consignee not available".                       Dear sir, ecom express bhadrachalam point refuse to deliver my orders at my door step with tracking no's tracking no's[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected], as they said that the mentioned pincode 507121 is out of deliver area. If it is out of deliver area why did you accept, i already contact many times in this regard to your bhadrachalam point agent on mobile no: [protected] and one of your superior in khammam dist at mobile no: [protected] and also contacted to you through this mail, but nobody giving the proper reply to me. Please arrange the deliver at my doorstep. I am unable to collect the orders from bhadrachalam point because it is 100kms away from our area.

                          I have ordered a phone on Flipkart and the item was expected to be delivered on 15th September, 2016. First of all, the courier website did not update anything about my shipment even after the dispatch of my item from its origin. After that, when it reached to the destination (Goa), the courier guys did not deliver it without any reason. Instead, without any attempt to deliver they updated the status as 'Residence/office closed' which is really disastrous. When I am calling their Panjim office they are not picking up the phone and when they picked they kept on lying that 'we are searching your product/we will deliver it today' and many others. As I was about to leave the city on 17th, the product was really urgent to me and that's why I called them few times and surprisingly after some time they started disconnecting the call in between and also started using harsh words. The worst part was, they put the receiver of their phone on engaged mode so that I was getting "call waiting" persistently.

                          Everywhere this courier service is full of negative reviews but I don't know why even these big e-commerce website are allowing their sellers to use this courier service. We should take serious attempts to get this courier service banned everywhere. I am really frustrated from the service of this courier company.

                          Please take necessary steps to get them at least some warning from higher authority otherwise they will keep on doing this forever.

                            Reverse pickup order no.475913, was raised on 12.09.16 . i waited whole day but nobody came to collect article and no phone call was received but in evening i received a message from ecom express that shipment not collected after first attempt. After that i called on customer care no and they said it will be collected tomorrow. Till date no one came to collect article and i am getting messages from india crush to upload courier receipt as return of article is within 15 days from raising request with india crush. Please collect the article on priority so that i can get refund from india crush on time.

                            In 10 septemder, I had ordered one mobile from flipkart, the shipment was received by ecom express on 18 september and a message came that " your shipment[protected] ordered on www.flipkart.com will be delivered by us today.' but the shipment did't came on 19 september that day. So, plesase try to solve my problem

                              On 5th of sep, i ordered a mobile through Amazon website. It was shown that the order will be delivered by 13th of sep. The courier partner by which i were to receive the product was Ecom Express . On 8th of sep, i visited the Ecom website and checked where the order had reached. It showed that it reached my location. But it was not delivered that day. So i call upon the Ecom helpline, it took nearly 5mins they picked the call. There they told that how can it reach in 3days. They laughed over the phone and mocked me.The people who picks the call on Ecom harrases the people.I often hear this and that day i got the proof. I asked them beacuse their website showed it. Then i call upon amazon, they told me to wait till 13. Now today is 13, and till now i havent received my order. Few hours ago, when i again called Ecom helpline no, they told me that the order was lost in transit. I mean what is going on. First they say its untracable, now its lost and to contact the seller. Its the courier responsibilty to check the orders not the sellers. Really this type of courier companies are not suitable to deliver goods to people. People will have no trust. It should be shut down or an initiative should be taken.

                                As a costumer I purchased sum product from snapdeal and order ecom express Aurangabad and Parbhani order id[protected]/[protected]/[protected] dt.9/9/16 after receiving messages i ask my parcel ecom office manager and delivery boy. manager tell me your product in my office but I am not delivery to you and use ravish and unofficially language.actually important factor ecom courier service is very good service team managers and delivery boy are backbone of ecom express but Parbhani 431401 branch staff is unfortunately very uncared against customer they don't know how to talk customer when working public and marketing sector I requested to kindly give action your Parbhani ecom staff please i[censored]nable to taken action your side unfortunately i ask help from consumer legal advice

On 4/9/2016 at 3:02 pm I received 2 SMS from Ecom express " Your shipment ordered on shopclues will be delivered by us today" . on the same day at 06:26 pm SMS received stating that Your shipment is undelivered after 1st attempt on 04/09/2016 please contact call centre @[protected]Ecom express.While tracking through ecom tracking it is found that "Undelivered (Reason Code : 331 - Consignee requested for future delivery ) & Undelivered (Reason Code : 231 - Address Unlocatable - Consignee not contactable)"

                                  I have placed many orders earlier as well and have received the product through other courier service like blue dart, India post to the same address and same contact number then how can you say the address unlocatable and consignee not contactable.
                                  on the next day i.e. on 5/9/2016 i went to their office but it was found locked.

                                    I was told there will be six items such as sun glass, wrist watch, money purse, waist bag, leather belt, side bag and a laptop bag. But the last two items were not in the pack. Further, the quality of the sun glass and the money purse were no of the standard. Hence kingly take back the gift items and return the money as per your terms and conditions.

                                      My order id no :[protected]. i'm order my product 28.08.2016 in snapdel (panasonic mobile) delivery date 06.09.2016. i have resive the message (05.09.2016) (your product reached your area keep your cash ready) this message. i'm waiting 2 days but no call no message. i am go to (07.09.2016) (e com express office in sathyamangalam) i asking my product office staff. a man tell your product in my shop but i'm not delivery your product the product many days i return your product.                                         I got an sms update from Ecom Express saying that my order will be delivered today.
                                        Then @13:40, I got second sms, having an OTP to receive the package.
                                        Then @19:13, I got third sms, saying "Dear Customer, Your shipment[protected] is undelivered after 1st attempt on[protected]. Please contact call center @[protected] Ecom Express."

                                        Then I called customer care and the care person, said the reason for this was that "no one was available on the address to receive the package."

                                        Whereas, I was available @my Home whole day.

                                        It is the worst delivery service that I experienced.

                                        I wonder why companies like Dell India are dealing with such worst courier services.
