I haven't received my product. The product should be delivered by 24th august 2016. But till now (31st august) i had not received my product. The tracking id showing that (Product is un delivered and reason code 331). Worst services by ecom express. I ordered product from paytm worst experience. I advice not to order the product with this ecom express.

    I placed a complaint for return to voonik products after submission of complaint within minutes I got a call from ur customer care person [protected] and he asked details about my complaint after that he asked my bank cust I'd no. After that I got otp he asked that also and I said y ur asking coz we want to credit ma'am this is our procedure he said again he asked my atm exp date and he asked to total some numbers with my pin no and again he asked otp.now that I get to my Brian he is fraud n just want to put down the call but he is requesting.wat is this ecom service is worst and customer care and total persons are fraud pls beware of this service.

      Dear Team,

      i have placed the order with order OD[protected].

      Courier boys are worst man power of ecom. They dont know how to talk with customer. When they deliver the shipment. they dont come on time and when they come they dont want to wait for atleast 30 min for customer to accept delivery.

      ECOM is worst service. Please dont opt for it.

        My parcel was reached on 11th agust'16 in my location, still nobody contact me and come to my office for deliver the item but your executives are updated the fake info like consignee not available, consignee not contactable.

        Its almost over 13 days, still my parcel in my location only. During these days i received 13 parcels from bluedart, expresbees, delhivery and dtdc. How other couriers are delivered the item?. Why you are not delivered and updating fake info like consignee not available, consignee not contactable. If you need proof, i will provide to you.

        Regarding this issues, many times i complaint with ecom express customer care and also sent mail but no uses.

        Ecom express is very worst courier in the world. Future, pls dont used to send this courier. Thank you.

          Without attending the pickup simply i am getting a sms "your shipment[protected] is has not been picked up after 1st attempt on[protected]".
          I am tried to reach you from this morning. Please arrange for reverse pickup.
          For this item delivery also you took 18 days. For reverse pickup almost 10 days.

          Please if you not able to deliver on time then stop the service for those places.

          Need a solve this asap.

            I was supposed to get my product ordered from amazon on by tracking no.[protected]. I got a message on 22.8.16 morning that the product will be delivered today but after sometime i got a message that the product delivery is delayed due to customer request. This is a clear lie on the part of courier company. This is the pathetic courier service. The customer is being cheated and blamed at the same time. Customer care no. S are also not answered. There is no way for customer to get in contact with courier service. My contact no. Is [protected]. If my product is not delivered in a day i 'll be complaining against this company in consumer court.

                As a customer i purchase a mobile name as micromax canvas juice 3 q392 (8gb, cosmic gray) from snapdeal through cash on delivery as on 11.08.2016 by home delivery through ecom plus with tin no.[protected], and ther seller name is onesto retail - hyd_mandal-voi1 and the tin no. Of the seller is [protected]. All details given below the attachment file.

                Actually important factor is when the product takes on my hand after one day product seen defect like : 1. Without using the application handset becomes too heat, 2. One ray created on left side full home display always, (Very important fact) 3. Set created hang sometimes.

                So kindly returns and replacement of micromax canvas juice 3 q392 (8gb, cosmic gray) as soon possible its too urgent.

                  My order no.[protected] of amazon india having courier ecom express with track id[protected]. Yesterday ecom express reported that my address was not found by their delivery person. Today also same thing has happend.
                  But i never received any phone call from the courier person yesterday or today and i am residing beside state bank of india; tribeni ; dt hooghly in west bengal.
                  So location is well defined and no question arises for not found case.
                  Pls solve the case asap.

                          We have ordered in shopclues with the tracking number as[protected]. We got a message from ecom express (Erode branch) on 30th aug that they have received the product from shopclues. It has been a week now, they haven't delivered the product they received. Poor delivery. Worst man power they have. Please take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                              I have ordered from myntra.com on the 2nd of july and my shipment was sent through ecom express. my shipment number is[protected], i got a message of delivery on the 11th of july at 4pm and did not receive the parcel. at 7pm i got a msg saying due to some issue it wasn't delivered. from the 12th i have been calling myntra customer care as well as the nearest ecom express courier people but they are not giving me information, they are keeping on giving me different phone numbers which comes switched off and they say that it will be delivered today but i don't see a sign of it everyday. today the ecom express people was suppose to deliver by 11:30am but they said they don't know about my order. this is a complete fraud case. my shipment costs a lot. i'm not being helped by myntra as well.

                                      My package docket no.[protected] from amazon was to be delivered on below mentioned address:
                                      Pooja c/o wipro enterprises ltd., plot no.77 epip, phase 1, jharmajri, teh nalagarh, baddi.
                                      It was not delivered to me and the status was updated as delivered (09/07/2016).
                                      On enquiry the customer care gave the number of local contact [protected], who further gave the number of delivery boy [protected]. the delivery boy said that he had delivered the package at security gate of wipro but no package was recoverd from there. not a single call was made to the person to whom the package was to be delivered. i dont know what kind of delivery statergy it is? secondly if i have to make all the calls to track the package then what is customer care for?
                                      I want to know who is responsible for the loss of my package. i will file a complaint in cosumer court for this poor service also mark the same to amazon.

                                        My delivery payment rs.425 was prepaid but during delivery the delivery boy took payment from one of my family member. actually i was out of the house when the order came and my family member didn't know that the amount was prepaid and the delivery boy ask for the payment so they gave rs 425 to him. he don't even send me message that your order is reaching. this is my worst experience with ecom express....
