    The company did not deliver the product i ordered thru Amazon.in and they are keeping the parcel for 4 days in my location (Bangalore) and posting wrong reasons of customer not available and pushing the delivery, this is not the first time they always do this, people and companies should stay away from this logistics company if you want a hassle free logistics.

      I am writing this mail to lodge a complaint about the delivery person who was in charge of delivering my shipment order number OD[protected].

      The delivery personal from the agency ECOM Express named Srinivasalu was in charge of delivering the product I had ordered for. He contacted me over the phone asking about the delivery address and demanded me to meet him at a particular point and that he cannot come deliver it to my address due to some personal issue of his. And finally after many phone calls he finally came to my address. As soon as he came I could see that he was very well drunk and he without even showing me the product demanded me for money. When I asked him to show the product, he demanded for the money and told he won't show me the product unless I pay him first. When I told him I can't give him the money blindly without even being sure if he is actually the delivery person since he didn't have anything in his hand, he started shouting and verbally abusing me and finally I shut my door at him and even then he continued abusing and he finally left.

        Fed up of poor service of ECOM. Even calling four times the courier was not delivered to me. Same status showing for last 2 days as residence locked. Whereas I was avaliable on both the days & no one came to deliver it and no one called to enquire.

          Hi Team, I ordered one product from amazon.in on last friday (21-aug) with ORDER #[protected]. As per amazon's EDD (Expected delivery date), it should get delivered by today, 26-aug. But, I am damn sure that it is not at all possible by the Ecom courier today as the shipment has not started its journey yet. Plz find the attachment for the current status of the shipment.           I would not have ordered in snapdeal if they chose Ecom as their courier partner. Nobody is there to attend calls

            Paytm send me product using ecom express from Delhi to Jaipur and it take 7 day. and when i contact to customer care . they are taking very rudly. and they are not give me proper response. they ask me.               I ordered on 19th july and today its 1st august, but still there is no response from your side, your team is saying that our vehicle has is in under the custody of sales tax officers so there is no assumable date regarding delivery, I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

              I ordered on 19th July of last month and today its 1st august, still there is no information regarding delivery of product.
              Response from your branch manager is our transport vehicle is in under the custody of sale tax officers, so cant commit for delivery date.

                    I was expecting my shipment which was connected through Ecom Express courier service.[protected].The shipment undelivered mentioning the address incomplete. But the same courier services delivered at least 10 shipment at that address. I do not understand what kind of service they provide. Its a camera lens in the shipment, so I am scared whether it can be tampered or misplaced.

                      I have to receive a Courier from Ecom Express by today with AWB number[protected]. The shipment was between indore and chennai. The package was handed over to ecomexpress on 13th July in indore and today 17th july, still it was in Indore. When i contacted via phone almost 10min have gone waste and nobody responded. when i emailed they said it was in maharastra still and will be delivered soon. What the hell is wrong with you guys, keeping a package in same place for almost a week. If you can't Deliver something properly, Close the business and go home. Its totally waste of money and time.

                        I ordered products from Snapdeal. They returned product without my information or they did not called also. AWB Number is Details of your Tracking No./AWB No.[protected]. Its a medical Equipment. Delay in delivery and or Reordering may cause serious health issue. If they did not provide home delivery / Delivery why they are charging for the same? Pls take proper Action for the complaint.

                            consignment #[protected] is awaited for delivery almost a month now. But the status gets updated everyday with the status that "consignee not available" which is fake is we are available and nobody is contacted us for the delivery. Even when I asked customer support "vikram singh" he always says it will be delivered today and all but when I asked him to give the number of delivery guy. He doesn't provide me anything and still status comes that Consignee is not available. What the hell? I want it to take it up to the next level or want to put this case in consumer farm for harassing us.

                              Air Waybill No :[protected] wanted to deliver by June 20th, till now its not delivered. Every day status is changing "Undelivered (Reason Code : 213 - Scheduled for Next Day Delivery)". When this team is not able to provide proper service then why to accept it? Don't cheat customers by doing like this. Close your useless company.

                                Its very worst couriour service...
                                it does not have branch for every district. so they dont deliver daily. they do it weekly once only. they do delivery for entire one week products totally. its irritating...

                                  Dear sir, i buy a product from snapdeal. my Order Placed on :[protected]:04:32 Order ID : [protected] they shipped my product 08:20 PM, Tue, 09 Jun, 2015 Your order is shipped and will reach you by the estimated delivery date [ Track Dispatch Now ] they give me a promise day 14th jun 2015 but now also im not get my product and ecom express they bring my product in the night two tine even but there not to reach not my address i know it i complain about ecom-express but they don't take any action on it .last time they told me you will get your product in 48 hour (12th jun 2015) im happy to see that but im not receive that then i ask about it from snap-deal they told me sir our promise date is 14th jun 2015 we try to before but we are not sure you get your product before 14th jun now they exponent my date 19th jun 2015 courier also not reach at my office and their product also im not get .i ask about it from snap deal but they always forward my complaint but they not take any action on it you can check my status.even i also mail to ecom express if you don't want to deliver my product give me your office address i come and take but they also not give .they always send MSG thanks to write us your order you will receive shortly .for a receive at least its come if its not come so how can i receive ?? im so confuse what i do? i don't want to register a complaint but i have no option please do something hope you understand and you give me positive reply

                                    we are from Ayurwin Pharma Pvt Ltd rajajinagar bangalore we are sending our online orders through kartrocket related ecomexp courier from past one year every time no courier person will pick up the orders from our company everytime we use to call them and make them pick up but this time even we called there are telling as wrong number and our pickup has been stopped because of ecomexp careless.

                                        tracking id[protected] i have order a watch by shopclues and the order oicked by ECOM EXPRESS on 31/05/2015 and estimate delivery date is 05/06/2015 but till bdate 12/06/2015 not recive my order and when i caqll customar care they call daily tomorrow delivery but bnot again and again what can i do. i think ECOM EXPRSS cheat people and i think my money was is gone waste ECOM EXPRESS please deliver vmy order soon
