I have ordered at Flipkart.com, The goods booked through Ecom Express shipment No.[protected]. Then I have rcved a SMS to Delivery. But there was no response from them, then I called Ecom Express Nagaon branch. Then the guy was out of office. He assured me as I will recv the goods on that day. I wait the day, on next day I went to the office and asked about shipment, they replied the shipment has been returned. Even, my all friends has been faced lots of times the same problems from the Ecom Express service. This is the most worst service ever we Purchased.

Sir, I beg to state that the courier service message came in the morning and I waited for them from morning and due to my work my house was closed they didn't even called me and now the status saying that product undelivered Therfore I request u to please try to call me when ever you come to address Your's sinsierly Binay Felix barwa Product ID:[protected]

The services of this company is worst. To add to it the customer care is not reachable. One of the numbers goes to MTNL number. Can all of them stop using this company services. I got through the call center after trying for over 2 hours and was greeted by most rude call center person. Who plainly shifted all blames to Flipkart stating if you have problem please contact flipkart. They decide to use our service. I placed an order of sony xperia z1on 12th october on rediff. The seller dispatched the product on 14th of oct and i haven't got the delivery till date. Their tracking site says that product is in mumbai while their customer care representative says that its in delhi. Please note that they do not attend any phone calls nor they reply to emails at first attempt. I have been trying their number since 3 days and yet i am about to hear a word from them. After sending a couple of emails they replace that the consignment has reached its Delhi hub.After 2 days I again sent them a mail regarding whereabouts of the products, and again they have the same answer that its lying at their delhi hub. They need to deliver it to my address in Meerut but seems like they are not interested. I request the company to arrange a call back as soon as possible. AWB:[protected]

Hello Everyone, This is straight from the Horse's mouth... I used to work in ECOM, started working few days back and guess what I had to leave as I could not bear the immense stupidity of all the people working there, especially the management. I myself was in a managerial position in ECOM but the sheer mismanagement, indiscipline of the staff members, rudeness towards Customers made me leave in mere 5 days. Believe me when I say this, if Snapdeal, Myntra and all other reputed online vendors keep using ECOM then the future of e-commerce in India looks extremely bleak... The consignments are piled up like haystack, workers throw Consignments from one corner of the room to the other as if they are flinging stones not someone's hard earned money spent on purchasing something they want. Top management has no clue whatsoever what's going on at the grass-root level. No infrastructure of any kind to manage the goods. As I said earlier if all reputed vendors keep on using ECOM because its cheap then buyers will switch back to traditional ways of shopping. Regards, Someone who believes in superior Customer Service

The company did not deliver the product i ordered thru Amazon.in and they are keeping the parcel for 4 days in my location (Bangalore) and posting wrong reasons of customer not available and pushing the delivery, this is not the first time they always do this, people and companies should stay away from this logistics company if you want a hassle free logistics.

I am writing this mail to lodge a complaint about the delivery person who was in charge of delivering my shipment order number OD[protected].

The delivery personal from the agency ECOM Express named Srinivasalu was in charge of delivering the product I had ordered for. He contacted me over the phone asking about the delivery address and demanded me to meet him at a particular point and that he cannot come deliver it to my address due to some personal issue of his. And finally after many phone calls he finally came to my address. As soon as he came I could see that he was very well drunk and he without even showing me the product demanded me for money. When I asked him to show the product, he demanded for the money and told he won't show me the product unless I pay him first. When I told him I can't give him the money blindly without even being sure if he is actually the delivery person since he didn't have anything in his hand, he started shouting and verbally abusing me and finally I shut my door at him and even then he continued abusing and he finally left.

I would request you to kindly take necessary actions against delivery people like such because this is a very bad experience and the name of your company is at stake due to delivery agencies like this.

Fed up of poor service of ECOM. Even calling four times the courier was not delivered to me. Same status showing for last 2 days as residence locked. Whereas I was avaliable on both the days & no one came to deliver it and no one called to enquire.

Hi Team, I ordered one product from amazon.in on last friday (21-aug) with ORDER #[protected]. As per amazon's EDD (Expected delivery date), it should get delivered by today, 26-aug. But, I am damn sure that it is not at all possible by the Ecom courier today as the shipment has not started its journey yet. Plz find the attachment for the current status of the shipment. Paytm send me product using ecom express from Delhi to Jaipur and it take 7 day. and when i contact to customer care . they are taking very rudly. and they are not give me proper response. they ask me. I ordered on 19th july and today its 1st august, but still there is no response from your side, your team is saying that our vehicle has is in under the custody of sales tax officers so there is no assumable date regarding delivery, I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I ordered my mobile xolo era on 24th july as a part of flash sale. During checking my delivery status i found that "Undelivered (Reason Code : 221 - Consignee Refused To Accept)". I was expecting my shipment which was connected through Ecom Express courier service.[protected].The shipment undelivered mentioning the address incomplete. But the same courier services delivered at least 10 shipment at that address. I do not understand what kind of service they provide. Its a camera lens in the shipment, so I am scared whether it can be tampered or misplaced.

I have to receive a Courier from Ecom Express by today with AWB number[protected]. The shipment was between indore and chennai. The package was handed over to ecomexpress on 13th July in indore and today 17th july, still it was in Indore. When i contacted via phone almost 10min have gone waste and nobody responded. when i emailed they said it was in maharastra still and will be delivered soon. What the hell is wrong with you guys, keeping a package in same place for almost a week. If you can't Deliver something properly, Close the business and go home. Its totally waste of money and time.

I ordered products from Snapdeal. They returned product without my information or they did not called also. AWB Number is Details of your Tracking No./AWB No.[protected]. Its a medical Equipment. Delay in delivery and or Reordering may cause serious health issue. If they did not provide home delivery / Delivery why they are charging for the same? Pls take proper Action for the complaint.
