you are requested to give the local contact number so that i will contact and get my atricile...

Not delivering the product since 11th of november

No proper update on website about shipment and there is no proper response from customer care after mailing them the issue

    consignment #[protected] is awaited for delivery almost a month now. But the status gets updated everyday with the status that "consignee not available" which is fake is we are available and nobody is contacted us for the delivery. Even when I asked customer support "vikram singh" he always says it will be delivered today and all but when I asked him to give the number of delivery guy. He doesn't provide me anything and still status comes that Consignee is not available. What the hell? I want it to take it up to the next level or want to put this case in consumer farm for harassing us.

    Tracking no:[protected] is not yet delivered after being dispatched on 2nd october and expected to deliver on 4th october but still it is not yet delivered.Hoe long will it take to deliver just one consignment ?

      Air Waybill No :[protected] wanted to deliver by June 20th, till now its not delivered. Every day status is changing "Undelivered (Reason Code : 213 - Scheduled for Next Day Delivery)". When this team is not able to provide proper service then why to accept it? Don't cheat customers by doing like this. Close your useless company.

      The product was shipped by snapdeal on 12th Oct'14 and the Air way bill no. is[protected] and order no. is SLP[protected]. Till date the product is not delivered.

        My ecom express delivery date is 28th. Not yet delivered. But yours 22nd. ungaluke innum delivery aagala. enaku ellam innum oru week aagum pola.


        Its very worst couriour service...
        it does not have branch for every district. so they dont deliver daily. they do it weekly once only. they do delivery for entire one week products totally. its irritating...

          Dear sir, i buy a product from snapdeal. my Order Placed on :[protected]:04:32 Order ID : [protected] they shipped my product 08:20 PM, Tue, 09 Jun, 2015 Your order is shipped and will reach you by the estimated delivery date [ Track Dispatch Now ] they give me a promise day 14th jun 2015 but now also im not get my product and ecom express they bring my product in the night two tine even but there not to reach not my address i know it i complain about ecom-express but they don't take any action on it .last time they told me you will get your product in 48 hour (12th jun 2015) im happy to see that but im not receive that then i ask about it from snap-deal they told me sir our promise date is 14th jun 2015 we try to before but we are not sure you get your product before 14th jun now they exponent my date 19th jun 2015 courier also not reach at my office and their product also im not get .i ask about it from snap deal but they always forward my complaint but they not take any action on it you can check my status.even i also mail to ecom express if you don't want to deliver my product give me your office address i come and take but they also not give .they always send MSG thanks to write us your order you will receive shortly .for a receive at least its come if its not come so how can i receive ?? im so confuse what i do? i don't want to register a complaint but i have no option please do something hope you understand and you give me positive reply

            we are from Ayurwin Pharma Pvt Ltd rajajinagar bangalore we are sending our online orders through kartrocket related ecomexp courier from past one year every time no courier person will pick up the orders from our company everytime we use to call them and make them pick up but this time even we called there are telling as wrong number and our pickup has been stopped because of ecomexp careless.

It should be delivered on 8 june 2015 but it's not been done.

                tracking id[protected] i have order a watch by shopclues and the order oicked by ECOM EXPRESS on 31/05/2015 and estimate delivery date is 05/06/2015 but till bdate 12/06/2015 not recive my order and when i caqll customar care they call daily tomorrow delivery but bnot again and again what can i do. i think ECOM EXPRSS cheat people and i think my money was is gone waste ECOM EXPRESS please deliver vmy order soon

                    My order via shopclues has been dispatched on 31 May 2015 (AWB[protected] and have still not received. I called customer care (STD CALL) in delhi for 10 mins but nobody answered and my money wasted. I stay in PUNE, please give me your office address or number i will go and pick up my order. You guys are pathetic. I ordered an international shipment and it got delivered in 5 days. You guys cannot ship from Delhi to Pune...Its 11 days now. Please close business if you cannot do delivery. Will never ever use shopclues and ECOM...absolute THIRD GRADE.

                        I purchased an Item from Paytm on 31/05/15. The item was dispatched on 02/06/15. Their is no updates from Ecom Express tracking details, the status is showing only dispatched, The product was estimated to be delivered on 05/06/15. I have gone through so many complaints on Ecom Express service. Had I known about Ecom Express pathetic service I would have not order the product itself. Really its frustrating.

                            I had bought shows from myntra and they had sent it through EcomEx Jammu .The day they were to deliver they didnot make any call and when they found me not at home they treated the order to be refused by consignee even when they did not make any call. They by great hardship I got their no. and asked where to reach and there too they ran me from one part of Jammu to other, telling sir its not here but in the other branch.This showed the worst quality of courier service I had ever encountered.

                              I bought a laptop from Snap deal. Snap deal and the seller sent the laptop to the Ecom Express the same day on May 27th. Till June 2nd there is no change in tracking status and I am supposed to receive the package on June 2nd. Every time I call the customer care, there won't be a proper response and if I ask why there is a delay they should simply disconnect the call. I am a regular buyer with Snap Deal and I have already filed a complaint with Snapdeal to not to have any business with Ecom Express which has pathetic tracking system, no sense of time and rude customer care team. I hope your rectify the faults or close your business which you evidentally are unable to run in a professional manner. Airway bill No:[protected]

                                Order Date: 22nd May From : Snap Deal Order ID: [protected] The Product was ordered on 22nd May 2015, before the payment was made the delivery time was mentioned as 3working days. Once the payment was made the delivery time changed to 7 working days. It’s more than 10days now & the product is not delivered in spite of many calls & Email I haven’t got a confirmation. This is my First & last purchase from Ecom. Guys if you ever see the courier option & name of Ecom reflecting request you not to go ahead with the product from any website.                                   I ordered one item from Paytm, its Air Waybill No :[protected], Order No :[protected]. They didn't delivered the item and they mentioned in status consignee not available, I ordered so many things by Paytm, flipkart & snapdeal and all are got delivered and from Ecom express only they delivered delay or undelivered so many times I really frustrate by ecom express. I called so many times to customercare number provided in ecom express website, not even responded and if they lift my call not even spaeak and from paytm side no response. I thought to stop buying if they delivered through Ecom express rest all of the courier services are good and delivered if they are unable to reach at least they sent a message. but ecom express not even send a message also. one of very very worst courier service by ecom express.

                                    i have placed an order on snapdeal, id -[protected] track id[protected], they did their job.. yesturday i got a msg that i will receive my couier today itself.. i waited but there was no sign, , at 9:30 pm i got email from snapdeal that i have refused the order and ecom express want them to cancel my order, , , i was so disappointed, , i was at home whole day, , they ddidnt call n they didnt even came to my doorsteps .. how can they say that i have refused to take my order, , i was a regular buyer of snapdeal but this time i am not feeling good at all... snapdeal should stop working with ecom express otherwise they are going to lose their customers... worst courier service ever, , , i have received my earlier couriers by bluedart.. and they are far far better than this, , one, , , they even dont deserve one star., .

                                      Horrible delivery service from Ecom Express..The courier guy doesn't come for delivery and reports the office as customer requested for next day delivery day2-he reports customer not available 3rd day no response ...when contacted customer care they say they have market for today and same reply on every day ..and history repeats...if you not capable of handling delivery services just shut down your services, if there are any issues atleast there should be intimation to the customer and do call customer if you are not able to locate..awb no :[protected]
