Snapdeal order with Order Id: [protected] not received. I had received the mail that order has been dispatched through ecom express with Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :SLP[protected]. When I tracked it shows "code 219 consignee not available " what reason they made even no one came for delivery even i mention my contact No.. no one call me, , They are liar and making false statement, , I will think twice to purchase on snap deal if they choose delivery through Ecom express courier service This bad behavior of company and delivery on date product services is very bad and communication is also very bad to customer.

    I have way bill no :[protected] status checked on site http://www.ecomexpress.in/ is showing last updated on 5th May'15 When I talked to cutomer care number 66598800. She said I cannot check and you'll get your product soon, when I ask to check she again started saying bed words and like "Me kyu check karu?, timhe mil jayega na **** " and all If customer care is talking like this with custoimer then what is the need of customer care? why to spend Money behind if we are abbused ?

      My shipment No.[protected], as per your delivery boy have contacted me i have explained him the address but he was telling to come out and take the delivery as he his telling we do not delivery the parcel at home and i have told my mother is alone at home and see cannot come out alone to take the parcel but he was ignoring to deliver the material at home now he has written in his tracking that the address is not traceable as he live in chembur he do not know the address as he has not delivered the material to us because he do not want to deliver the material at home this is your service why you are promising that the delivery is free till home and your delivery boys do not come and deliver the material at home what is the use and writting wrong information that the address is not traceable. I will complaint against your courier service to snapdeal also. That the address is clear but delivery boys do not wants to deliver the material at home this is your service. so deliver the material as soon as possible otherwise i will complaints the same to snapdeal complaint dept.

            Sir i had sent my item through ecom express courier service from jhansi to bangalore on 7th April..it hardly takes 4-5 days to deliver an item to bangalore from jhansi..I called them on 13th april to know whether my item is delivered or not they told me that it will be delivered on or before 15th april..but its not delivered yet..everytime i call them they are making useless excuses that your item will reach quickly.. Sir i request you to sort out my problem..

                Hey Sir, We have pick up of the courier Ecom Express and we are countinuosly calling the ecom for pick up but no one came to pick up. Today evening i called the pick up guy and he talked with me in a bad way. I'm really disapoined with Ecom Express. The phone number of the courier guy is: +[protected] I want this guy OFF his duty.

                              I have ordered a sari from mantra's site and they couriered me through Ecom Express, But that is not reached to me on time and i called to the courier person of Ecom express he not answered me properly anything and told he will not deliver the item on that address although it is there duty to come to that particular address to deliver the item every courier come to that address.Ecom express services are not satisfactory they harass the customers.I have to stop buying from myntra.com just because of this.

                                What the Hack Man !! When I was searching about my package shipment details on the EcomExpress, what I found is that my package was not delivered due to Consignee non-availability. I mean where your Delivery Boy is searching for me, in his own world ?? I was at my home throughout the day. STUPIDITY SPOTTED !!! Air Waybill No :[protected] Order No :[protected]

                                  These People have no working ethics. They kept on postponing the delivery of the products. For my surprise they are still postponing it. I called them and they were rude to the extent of saying That they wont register any complaint in this regard. They even laughed over the issue. Lakshmi singh - Employee id : 12530, from Delhi office was specifically rude. If I don't get the products Ordered in another day or two, I may take necessary legal Steps in this regard.

                                  nobody contacted..ultimatly the package got delivered in 15 days. no response from neither snapdeal nor from e com express. thats how the customers are treated.

                                    Worst ever courier company on Earth - Just avoid

                                    Folks, Just avoid the ecom express. Its worse of the worst courier company that lacks any professional ethics, or commitment or service attitude. - The management itself is least bothered in the service - No customer contact/ escalation contacts - The Only ONe phone number of site is never picked - No replies - The movement of the consignment is totally random- for a consignment which might take 2 days to deliver, it might be lying...

                                    Ecom Express is THE Worst Courier company exsisting in india ... i stoped using shopclues and myntra websites only bcas thier courier partner is Ecom Express ... they dont have a customer service number in hyderabad ... even you cant get in google or justdail service ... They delayed my product shipment 6 days for today ... i got a message from ecom express that product will be delivered on jan 22 2015 which i ordered in shopclues but nothing happened until now ... i have called thier customer number almost 100 times but none of supprt picked up a call ... lost valuable time and money to call thier support ... plz avoid shopping sites which use ecom express as thier courier partner

                                      I have booked one item on 19 Jan 15.The seller send the item by the Ecom Express on 21 Jan 15 vide AWB no.[protected]. I have called customer care 04 times and requested the item to deliver before 26 Jan 15.But the item is in transit last 04 days to reach Hyderabad.Even if I will travell Hyderabad from Delhi by road it will take 02 days to reach.But due to irresponsibility of the company(Ecom Express)the item could not reach by 26Jan 15.And also the company executive received my call was not behaved properly.He just disconnected my phone in a wrong way.I want an inquiry against the company as well as the executive as earliest and a report should be email to me for further action.I will move to consumer court if the item will not reach the destination before 26 Jan 15.My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@yahoo.com.I want strict discipline action against this type cheat to the citizen of India.If it will not solve in ur level just let me inform I will move to court.Thanks
