Ordered an external harddisk from Snapdeal.com . Seller shipped it on 24-Nov and promised date of delivery was 29-Nov. Ecom Express customer care says AWB untraceable and Snapdeal Customer Care cites system upgrade issue. No sign of a shipment sent from Hubli to Bangalore itself in Karnataka even after 8 days. Status says it is still in Hubli Looking at the similar complaints against Ecom Express+Snapdeal, I suspect a fraud or a hand-in glove operation.

      I ordered the product on 20 Nov, 2014 and according to the company it would be delivered maximum upto 26 Nov . But when I checked the status today i.e. 29 Nov, I found that the shipments are still lying at Bangalore pick up centre ( although have been connected to Delhi Hub ) on 21 Nov . The carrier company is causing unnecessary delay in the delivery and it is causing a lot of trouble to me which is not bearable. And this further delay shall be reported to the consumer court under mental harassment and poor services.

        Order number 24273345 was placed on 22 Oct 2014, 01:04 PM and he tracking number for this shipment is[protected] . estimated delivery was updated as Between: Mon 3 Nov and Tue 4 Nov. I checked after 10th Nov on the website(both Shopclues & Ecom express) and the status was shown as "Undelivered - Returning to Origin" Since both Shopclues & Ecom express have a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, I AM NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, NOR IS THE ORDER DELIVERED, NOR IS THE ORDER REFUNDED Around 8th of Nov, after much googling & multiple phone calls, I was able to reach to an ECOM express customer care representative & he said they have a backlog of 50thousand shipments stuck at bangalore & will be delivered in 48 hrs. I checked after 2 days & saw the status that "Undelivered - Returning to Origin" since then I have been trying to reach Shopclues & ecom express. Both lines are always busy & never get through. I do not need that product anymore & want to cancel the order, but there is no option to cancel it now. I emailed the Shopclues Customer care & they said they will refund once they receive the shipment back. the ECOM xpress website shows that the package is at Bangalore. then why are they not delivering it. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY OR LOSS DUE TO ECOM EXPRESS. I JUST WANT MY REFUND TO HAPPEN. I have spend so much time & efforts in trying to reach both customer care number & hence posting this review.

On 19.11.2014 it reached Ecom Express Belgaum hub.Even after 6 days the product has not been shipped and it is still at Belgaum.Such a delay from the courier company canot be justified.Request you to deliver the product as early as possible.                 i bought a DSLR from snapdeal on 12nov 2014. product handover to courier company on 14 but still till date i have not received my product.i contacted with snapdeal buy they r saying "Your product has already shipped by the seller, however it has been delayed by the courier service due to reasons beyond our control." then who is going to take care about the product. i contacted the courier company now they are saying pls wait for another 5 days. I don't know what then hell is going on it's already more then 10 days & on site product status "In Transit". snapdeal should think about the courier service provider bcz it's effecting there customer satisfaction tag.

                    The WORST Logistics Company Ever used by Snapdeal.com They have listed a non working phone number on their website and Snapdeal.com partners with such a unprofessional logistics company. Even the cheapest courier company has a working phone number and they deliver on time to Metros. Damn the tracking status still shows transit for my order from last 7 days. The items are being shipped by www.snapdeal.com from Delhi. It hardly takes 4 days to deliver the products in a metro city and now after cursing them on facebook. They have told me that they have offloading issues and the shipment wil be delayed. Snapdeal.com doesnt want to cancel the order and initiate refund. Guys please be aware of ecomm express and stop buying from Snapdeal. And if any other ecom website has a tie up with ecom express dont buy from them. Their facebook page is loaded with complaints, people are waiting for their products for weeks and their guys arent remorseful. Man made a mistake buying from SNapdeal. They have lost a customer for sure and I hope they lose 1000's more.

                      As i said above, i dint get product on the date, , , Then contacted Ecom customer care bad got the details of the courier office where my product is located, it is nearby 2km from my office, , I directly went there and collected it, , , looks like its a new office and not even board is there, , i found the landmark but couldnt able to find where the company is, Some people came with Ecom Tshirt followed them and found the office, , i hope i expected no has come and called me simply they updated the status as consignee not available, , , , need to improve the management and customer service.. felt like now only they are entered into business and needs time to resolve the problems.

                              Ordered 3 products from snap deal on 27th october. i was supposed to receive the items by 4th November. One product was shipped through blue dart which i received on the expected date. The other products which were shipped through ecom have not yet reached me.                                         I have ordered via snap deal on Oct 29 and snapdeal shipped the consignment on 30 Oct via Ecom express. ECOM express has the tracking update where they initially told it will be delivered on 04 Nov. After 2 days they changed the delivery date to 10 Nov. I called ECOM, its not simple, you have to spend at least 20 min to get you call connected. The guy who picked told me my product will be delivered on 05 Nov. I waited, and then i called on 06th since i can see the status the product was arrived to Bangalore hub. The lady committed me on a priority bases it will be delivered to me on 06 at any cause. 06 also went for a toss. 07 i called up customer care, again a person who picked me gave me a false commitment it will be delivered to me. All the calls i told them its an office address and Sat and Sun will be holiday. I really think whether Ecom express running the office physically or things are happening virtually for time pass?? Till product has not been delivered, when i called the customer care they are saying it will take another 3 days for delivery. I dont understand your policy, you received the product on 05 Nov, even if you walk and do the delivery it will be done on 06th.
