Have ordered Rinnovare Spin Mop through Groupon website and the product has been delivered through ecom express. Since last 5 days it is showing in transit only and not able to find out when it will actually get delivered. Whenever trying the customer care number it is either busy / not able to connect. And the website is always down till 2 pm / 3 pm. So cannot actually trace the status of shipment. Kindly help...
