I have not received my product yet where previously when i tracked online it says that it will delivered on or before 4.Nov.2014 but now when I am tracking the product it says that it will be delivered by 10.Nov and the reason which is updated on the site as 223- Address Incomplete where i have not received any call to confirm the address. You guys have just imagined by your own that the address is incomplete. Do call before coming to property. Kindly check this information and get back ASAP

    Order no.[protected]. The customer care executive gives wrong information. They speak very rudely. They don't know how to handle upset customers.

      One of the worst eTailer and Courier service combination I found in the recent times. I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014. Wonderful speed. Ecom customer service no gets connected after atleast the tenth try. Their website doesn't show the real status. They don't commit realistically. Snapdeal customer service replies "The product is already shipped from our end. The delay due to courier service is BEYOND OUR CONTROL" What does that mean? Aren't they paying to Ecom Express to deliver? Is it some red-tap bureauracy system going around here? http://billing.ecomexpress.in/track_me/multipleawb_open/?awb=[protected]&ord... I have vowed never again to buy from Snapdeal even if it means paying a bit extra to get from FlipKart or Amazon.

            I have purchased one product from shopclues.com and they shipped it through this ecom express courier company with AWB Number :[protected]. They Received the product on 25th October and declare est. time of delivery on 4 nov. So i am supposed to received product yesterday. after so many calls to customer care and he gave me two phone no [protected] [protected] of pune branch but these no are switched off since last night. i want my order.

              I have purchased one product from shopclues.com and they shipped it through this ecom express courier company. They Received the product on 20th October and declare est. time of delivery on 26st October. So i am supposed to received product on that day..when i track my shipment it show's only shipment in transit and they change my shipment est.del.date to 3rd Nov. after so many calls to customer care and maid complaints after received my product, if we have order baby dippers it will come after that baby's grandson purpose. it totally wasting time.People u cant deliver the time then you should not take that product. My fate one more product i have order from WHAAKY.com on Oct 31 st but they have sent that courier the same ECOM express .it suppose to come 03 Nov 2014 . i track my shipment it show's only shipment in connecting But no updation in connecting condition... When I contacted customer care many times. still line busy occur's..very poor services by ecom... My AWB is[protected] Order Number is S80641416..On 3rd November i track my shipment it contiously show only in connecting conditions...

                I have placed an order on Shopclue accordingly they mail me that your shipment will reach to your address by 5 nov 2014 but after contacting the service center they told me to wait for 4-5 days and if you still dont get the shipment then they will provide me the service center number.                 Ecom Express one of the third class courier service i have seen. seems like running a school kids.. i purchased a product from jabong and they have choosen ecom express and since 2 weeks product tracking page shows only one update i, e " shipment at delivery hub" and no body from ecom bother to deliver to customer. after a lot of escalation's to jabong.com team ecom express did another pathetic thing...after 2 weeks they updated fake status " consignee refused to accept the product shipment redirected" what the helll is this.. ecom express customer care number is dead and niether they respond on email...what kind of company they are runnning where there is no customer care information. no body can contact them as they have blocked all ways of reaching them... so finally jabong, com refunded my amount and shipment still in transist to jabong office.. ecom express please shut down your business you guys are not capable of doing a business better open a general store and sell cold drinks..

                  Hello All, This is to give complaint against Ecom Express Service. i ordered a Mobile Phone from FLIPKART on 22nd, and they processed the order and Shipped by Ecom Service on the Next Day. First of all they(Ecom) have not even Proccessed the Order for next 2-3 Days. then again after 2 days it has been Connected to Mumbai(Source) Branch. Then on 30th Oct it shows that is has been reached to Bangalore Pick Up Centre. Today is[protected] and still my is Not Delivered. I tried there Call Centre Number which is Never Reachable. then i tried to Call and mail Flipkart. They are Clue less and giving me a New Date of Delivery every time ie First they have given me 28th Oct, then extended to 01 Nov, then to 3rd Nov and Now to 7th Nov. Please assist me further to deal with this and any further information on this by anyone will be very helpful.

                  buddy i have also faced this mental torture of ecom express delivery.. i ordered a product and since 2 weeks they have kept the product with the, .. better to blacklist this courier company.. take a refund from flipkart and ask them to route the product back to flipkart office. i did the same on jabong and reorder the product and also asked them to blacklist this courier and not to give buisness to this third class courier company.

                  Delivery boys behavior is not at all good, the worst I have seen. don't know how to treat with people .

                    Sir Tracking No.[protected] dated[protected] The above said consignment was handed over to you on[protected] and after 13 days it has reached Chennai on 1st Nov'14 but till date they have't delivered to me. Today v are on 4th Nov'14 No one at Chennai branch is responding. I contacted Mobile Nos [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and no one is ready to answer properly. Just going on disconnecting the call / sometimes it is switch offed What is the use of providing mobiles to them if they are not able to answer. It is morethan 15 days If you are not able to deliver on times pl don't accept any couriers from Snapdeal. Till date 4th Nov 2014 the consignment is not delivered to me.The Vadodara office of ECOM is not responding on phone neither the delivery is made.                             MY AWB no is.[protected] I have purchased from shopclues.com and they shipped it through this worse ecom express courier company. They Received the product on 14th October and send it to Surat facility on 15th.I am supposed to get it to Bangalore. .After that No information updated. I contacted customer care many times. still those people were lying about it. One said It's out for delivery, One said you'll receive in 2 days. Another one told me last week.. they are unable to connect it and sending back to Shopclues. But that also not done. The worst courier service ever. I have paid for the product and im not getting anything.

                                  I ordered a product on shopclues.com at 12 october 2014 which was dispatched and handed over to ecom express on 15 october 2014 with waybill no.[protected] and the estimated delivery date was 19 october.Its 31st october today and still i did not get my product, many times i tried to conatct ecom through email and phone but they did not responded and still i did not get the product.I talked to shopclues.com about this issue then they told me that they have contacted the courier company and i would get the product within 30 october 2014 but still no delivery by the ecom.I have never seen such a worst courier comapny, i mean i have never seen a courier company who takes more than 20 days to a deliver product and still no delivery.

                                      This is very ridiculous, ecom express is provide very bad services to all. I know that very well. Because employees knows that my address and all details of my residence. That guys only give me one parcel and another parcel take with him. I was ordered one but one oreder devided in two part. So I got only second part of product(Way bill::[protected] and onother part will on this(Way Bill ::[protected]. Still this is not delivered yet. I send daily mail on customer care of ecom. Please solved this out.
