Non Delivery Of Product

I have purchased a screen guard for my mobile phone. I tried to track it. It is not showing. The ecom express is stating that they have not received the order from shop clues. And shopclues is stating that it is shipped with tracking id[protected] . Shop clues cant trace the product and they dont answer the customer service calls. Its been 3 weeks since i ordered. Delay in delivery - no responsoe

The tracker only shows Bagged in Bangalore. Even flipkart is unable to track and provide reasons. Kindly support.
