i have joined this company for recharge of Dth and mobile rechages. they attachem me to way2digital.in for recharge system of mobile and Dth rechage. after sometime my user id stop working when i talk to Mr. Abhishek through which i had joined this business he responed me negative and asked for more money. it is my personal experinace that ecom solution of west bengal is an fraud company. so pls dont waste your money by joining this company.

    I have ordered for a Product in www.whaaky.com on 26.12.2014 they have send me through the Ecom Express Courier on the same day and Expected Delivery Date is 29.12.2014 but today 10.01.2015 till not received the courier very worst service so people Don't order in www.whaaky.com. Order No. S80690943 Courier Consignment No :[protected] I have Emailed this to Ecom Express CC there is no reply. I have contacted Whaaky.com CC there is no one to pickup my call.

      Iam a doctor and i haved booked an electrical appliance through online shopping, and it was delivered by ecom express. The delivery person called my for 2 minutes continously when i was attending a patient. I could not take the call and called him few minutes later. He started talking rudely and i had to go and collect package by myself to where he was . Even then i tried to explain him i was busy. But, he started using abusive language in front of the patients. I warned him not use such language and show respect for my profession, instead he stared abusing my profession and my professional skills. I was deeply hurt by this incident. I would have gone to the police, but i thought it would be better dealt by consumer care people. I seek proper justice for me and train your employees properly, how to behave socially and try not to be a gangster to your customers. The incident was never acceptable. And i would like to know what action has been taken regarding this matter by your company, failing which i would proceed to the court of law. The tracking number given for the product is[protected], delivered at kgh visakhapatnam on 2-1-2015.

        Sir, Good morning. I have booked an item through snap deal. Till date I didn't get any sms from your end. The snap deal has handed over the shipment to you 18 Dec 2014 and intimated that the shipment will be delivered on or before 26 Dec 2014. I tried through the tracking system also, but says it will be delivered on or before 26 Dec 2014. And also it is not updated after 18 Dec 2014. So do need ful to deliver the shipment in time.

I already called the Ecom express courier their contact no is given below. and all the employees are false there are 25 times i called that's Ecom express every numbers.             Order No.: #058302 Waybill No.:[protected] I ordered 3 pair of sandals from STREETSTYLESTORE and my order arrived in Bangalore 3days back and they updated their status out for delivery and than consignee not available. i don't understand they haven't called me once and why these kind of wrong reasons. When i try to call on customer care as usual they will pick the call and than disconnect it. If they can't do delivery on time than why are they running this courier company such a third class service. Why are they updating wrong status.

                Waybill nos are:[protected],[protected], it was hold for more than 5days, to know the status of this shipments, i called customer care, but she disconnected the calls more than five times. And atlast it was sortedout by an executive after a big fight, the shipment was hold by you people becasue of bulk orders, then why did you guys took the orders? The shipment should have been reached on or before 17th Dec, but till today it is not at all moved from Delhi. Shame on you people.

                  I have ordered from shopclues and it has been given to the courier company on 13th Dec by the seller. I tracked the parcel and its still in Delhi, that is for the past 5 days its in the same location. When i contacted the Customer Care they don't even have an option to register a complaint, he just said he will look into the matter. I wasn't even given a reference number for my call. Is this a way a courier company runs?? Y is there a customer care which don't have an option to register a complaint?? Even a normal Indian Post gets delivered faster than you guys. Should feel ashamed to be calling themselves to be a courier company.

                    I have been a regular online shopper & this is definitely the worst experience ever! I had ordered something from "Streetstylestore" based out of Delhi, and the consignment was dispatched from courier location on 2nd Dec. On 12th Dec i got a message stating "your consignment is out for delivery" but nothing came. When i logged on to their website with the tracking id it said " Consignee refused to take delivery" on both 12th and 13th Dec (i dint get a call on either of this days!). I called the ecom express call center on 15th Dec, and thus began the nightmare: - the call center asked me to call Mr.Prashant based out of Bangalore to check on the issue - Mr. Prashant (who has already resigned from the organization) guided me to Mr. Deepan - Mr. Deepan took the tracking id and ensured he would get back to me on this (Of course never did) - Next day when i called him again he said he is not incharge of the area and gave me the Electronic city office number - The electronic city office said it has been shipped back to Delhi because i have given a " Wrong Pincode". And apparently a Delhi pincode (Then why did it land in Bangalore at the frist place??) - I called the call center again, and they say there is nothing much they can do about it because the consignment is already back in Delhi because " I have informed them that i have cancelled the order" (NEVER...) Also, they said they had to take it back because it was a COD (Wrong info again) The staff was very rude, not at all helpful and very poor service. I would ensure to check the delivery partner before i shop online again ( And if its Ecom - Express... Its NEVER...)

                      Hi, I have placed an order through shop clues and my order was mentioned it is dispatched through ECom Services. However, i got a call from the ECom Executive to deliver my product shipment#[protected]. But, i work in night shift and i will be available to collect my product only at 7PM. When i called the executive again, he said it is not possible to deliver the product at 7PM. It would be great if i my product deliver at 7PM when i am at office. Thanks

                            Very bad & worst service of this Ecom express, Telling us the parcel delivered with in 4 days, from 4th Dec they received my parcel from snapdeal, but not yet delivered, today that express guy saying that there is 2 pin no. mention so we have return back this parcel to snapdeal, all this bakvas saying as snapdeal given the proper address. This ecom service is very worst and there is staff is also rud not satisfying the customer, before 2 days they saying that your parcel is coming in our hub it is going 2 another hub, all they told.

                            One of the worst courier company in the world is ECom Express.

                            This people take only 10 days for delivering goods on same city. see the picture. and it is not yet delivered.

                            These company can close and go out of India to save others worry and time. They are good for nothing :)

                            the situation is not only for me, people who opt ECom express are all facing the same problem.
                            No comment for bad performance :(

                                I haven't received my parcel yet its been more than one month, I had booked 24th Sept it supposed to be delivered 1 oct still I haven't received it. Will I get or not my parcel .

I had booked an ordered my parcel from snapdeal on 20 Nov 2014 till now i haven't received my order.I tried to complaint so many times to ecom express no one is receiving the calls. I cald to Head office but no good response.Whenever i vill cal to headoffice they give assurance that i will definitely get my courier in time but not yet even today also. This service is really worst service. I personally disappointed with this service.

                                        Ordered an external harddisk from Snapdeal.com . Seller shipped it on 24-Nov and promised date of delivery was 29-Nov. Ecom Express customer care says AWB untraceable and Snapdeal Customer Care cites system upgrade issue. No sign of a shipment sent from Hubli to Bangalore itself in Karnataka even after 8 days. Status says it is still in Hubli Looking at the similar complaints against Ecom Express+Snapdeal, I suspect a fraud or a hand-in glove operation.
