I booked an order ID:[protected] through snapdeal on 16th October 2014 has not yet been delivered till now . since ecom have updated that the Expected Delivery Date was on[protected] at 1.57 PM Order No :SLP[protected], tracking no. :[protected] but the product is still in the shipper's location in Jaipur (shipper's location P/U Date is 22th October 2014 13: 58 ), I called so many time in customer care and but they do not provide me the reason why this parcel is still in Jaipur. kindly intimate the status of the the shipment and when the product will be delivered and let me know the reason of delay the product.

      my consignment with tracking number: 20860489, supposed to be delivered at my Bangalore address. but they delivered it to address in Ahmedabad. Amazing service.And hats off to Shopclues for choosing such crap and worst logistics who dont even bother to authenticate the user/address befor delivering the product. Now, since then it has been a month I have been following up with Ecom and Shopclues but have not got any refund or my product. We wish to being these issues to the Consumer court who help us in getting our hard earned money with proper decision. Please take action on this.

The item is yet to deliver to my address. If ECOM is unwilling to deliver, please inform the same by email/phone, so that I can initiate refund procedure with Snapdeal. Thanks.

                  I bought one headset from shop clues they dispatched on 16-10-14 Awb[protected] Order no 23516953 still I can't get my shipment(more than 10 days. if they send reg.post they will dispatch within 1-2 days. but you got service charge for 92/- and also taking tooo much time.this is very worst delevery.

                    I Had ordered a mobile phone through Snapdeal.com The seller had shipped the item through e com express via Waybill no:[protected] on 11/10/14 I am very much surprised to know that they didn't deliver till 23/10/14 I had been contacting their customer care from 19/10/14 for my package The package had been in Delhi hub till 20/10/14 Their customer care said that i shall receive the package on 22/10/14 But when i contacteed them today (23/10/14), they said that the package is in coimbatore and shall be delivered only by 27/10/14 All the promises they make is False. And the package status is not at all getting updated in their website Such a poor service Worst thing is that one of my colleagues who had ordered the same phone with the same seller and which was delivered by the same e com express on 20/10/14 The image i have attached reveals that their tracking system itself is poor and doesn't get updated at all Such poor response from the Courier service

                      If you cant promise to deliver on time please stop accepting new packages

                      Dear sirs, I have been a frequent purchaser from shop clues and flip kart, most of the packages are sent through Ecom express. A package sent on 17 Oct from Delhi to Chennai is still 23 Oct in Delhi and the status is in transit awb number[protected]. This is not the one and only time this has happened almost every time they take a week to ten days to deliver small packages . I think if they cant handle the packages they should stop accepting...

                        My waybill#[protected] is with Ecom Express Delhi branch since couple of days and I have called many times to their customer service. Everyone says yes we have escalated and getting this done on priority and after that it is the same story. That the backend team has to do this and there is no way that they can communicate with them to work in this, but I have to live with problem that they are not able to deliver the package. There is no management escalation process and customer care agent is not ready to let me speak to a manager. Even I have contacted the co-founders of the company over linkedin and no progress. They simply saying even if we have the product we will not deliver this to you.

                                  Have ordered Rinnovare Spin Mop through Groupon website and the product has been delivered through ecom express. Since last 5 days it is showing in transit only and not able to find out when it will actually get delivered. Whenever trying the customer care number it is either busy / not able to connect. And the website is always down till 2 pm / 3 pm. So cannot actually trace the status of shipment. Kindly help
