Today 06, Nov, 2014, when I called the customer care, they are telling we can't cancel your order and return you money back..!!

What do I do now?

        Have ordered Rinnovare Spin Mop through Groupon website and the product has been delivered through ecom express. Since last 5 days it is showing in transit only and not able to find out when it will actually get delivered. Whenever trying the customer care number it is either busy / not able to connect. And the website is always down till 2 pm / 3 pm. So cannot actually trace the status of shipment. Kindly help

        Still the product has not been delivered. Estimated delivery date was 23-Oct-2014. There was no call / email regarding this delay in delivery. Really very poor services & still the website not showing the status. Whenever putting way bill no. / reference no. not able to get the details as their server is down. Would like to cancel this order. As now no use of this product. Product was booked for gifting purpose in Diwali & Diwali has been over now.

                    the order is not yet recieved it has been more then 3 weeks past the delivery expected their is no one to look into the matter they juz dont seem serius fir their work, thousands of complaint have been pendind on their site plz teach them a leeson for punctuality

                          I filed a compaint in shopclues site the moment I paid for my order when I realised that by mistake I have selected the wrong state from the drop down list for my billing address, it has to to be Uttarakhand not Kranataka. Rest all the address is correct and moreover my shipping address was correct even before but I dont know why it is only picking the billing address. And then today morning I received a mail from ShopClues that my complaint has been processed and completed, but just now I received another mail that order has been shipped through ECOM and teh shipment adress it is again showing as Karnataka, instead o[censored]ttarakhand

                                A courier person came for reverse pickup of my returning product he collected it didn't provided me any slip & now cheap he updated that pickup not completed what the hell is going on ab courier wale bhi chor ban jayenge to hum kis pe trust kre . Resolve it ecom otherwise I will take legal actions against him & Gorakhpur ecom branch because u people hires such a third grade staff . Not trustable at all worst service. He called me for pickup & I have proof .

A guy came for reverse pickup on 7 /8/2020 he pickedup that parcel from me & updated pickup not completed like why are u guys doing that to us . That was a set of 20 earrings with 1 gram gold plating . I think he kept my parcel for himself . Please take legal actions I want my parcel back it has already 6 days no one is responding customer care service is also worst & I don't have any contact number of Gorakhpur ecom branch . Myself Janvi singh & he collected parcel from 605 H Shivala nagar Mohaddipur . Please help me I have no other ways to deal with them.                                     tracking order number is[protected]. i had ordered from yepme.com and the order number is 10572754. shipment was supposed to be delivered on 12th oct. i have not yet received it and on tracking it online incomplete information are found. moreover on writing mails to customer care no reply have been received from ur side. same is with the customer care number, either the lines are busy or they are not able to hear us!!!. kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    his is with reference to Captioned Shipment which is lying with your Dombivali office since
                                    15/11/2014, till date I have not received the delivery and every day the status of the Shipment is
                                    updated as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 213 - Scheduled for Next Day Delivery)".

                                    I have placed this order on snapdeal on 05/11/2014, the expected delivery date was 17/11/2014, inspite
                                    of calling on the call center number I did not receive the delivery of said shipment, today I spoke to
                                    Vinita at your call center who told me that the shipment could not be delivered due to heavy backlog at
                                    courier office. I was also advised to collect the shipment from the Courier office. the customer care
                                    do not have office telephone number.

                                    This is pathetic, If you can not able to deliver the shipment why do you mention the EXPECTED DELIVERY
                                    DATE ? if there is backlog, to which shipment do you give preference to ?

                                    I dont want any reply from your side, just ensure that the shipment is delivered to my home before it
                                    is too late.

                                      my tracking no[protected].[protected]. where when my item delivery and this is very poor service. and u r not answering my complaints. am order by the items on[protected]. am not received the items. plz send me the my items as soon as. but not received the items in expected date. every body should be punished.
