On 28th july 2022, a delivey agent named pooja (gurgaon) behaved rudely and refused to deliver the package just because she couldnt find the exact location. Also, she blocked me when i tried to contact and give current location.
If the agent does know the place please dont take them as your delivery agent and dont make a negative reputation towards the customer.
Really a bad experience.

    Today 29.09.2022
    27.07.2022 last date to delivery of bellow product products
    mesho product Tracking ID-[protected] (not receive)
    Nayka product AWB no-[protected]
    both courier are coming from Ecom express, when i called them 0n 27.07.22 and place my complain they said your courier is misrouted in jaipur ( place of living)due to wrong pin cade i told they i have mention correct pin code while placing my both order and the both product arrived in jaipur on 22.07.22 just no one call me as i can check tracing ststus every day it is moving from one DC to another DC in jaipur itself from 22.07.22 they said it is misrouted due to wrong pin code so i need to wait( verbal communication) then I called them next day 28.07.22 again the same thing need to wait while day courier not receive, today I check my phone no delivery initiated massage yet, it is almost 3 days passed the courier in my city i am calling they but on one doing it still courier not deliver just roaming into city. i have all detail with me i call mesho & nayka costumer support many time they are also just doing nothing no out out come, from last 7 days my product are just in my city but not delivered all product are prepaid . kindly help i suffer mental frustration and anxiety .

      We are inform you i have received courier AWL NO:[protected]

      He was use abuses words and also he cant came in home his said to me come and take your parcel i go to take courier 500 meter approx and collect parcel he said otherwise you are not come parcel was returns
      please take some stick action against delivery person

      name of delivery person jaimin his superior name sandip both uneducated and mannerless person.

            Its been more than a week the expected delivery date has met but order is not yet delivered. I have raised a complaint and escalated this on 23rd and its been 5 days issue is not yet resolved. Customer support has not giving proper answers about my delivery. They are just saying it will be delivered. And they dont have any information whether the product is missed or still there.

              We have ordered on first cry and the order is shipped by ecom express it was expected to be delivered by 19 July but its not been delivered yet..we have connected to customer care so they said your order is RTO locked call Rto helpline... how can we connect to the RTO helpline and how can the order be unlocked

                The delivery guy called me stating that my flat is locked while i asked him just to wait a sec so that I call my mother, he rudely told me he has no time for this and will throw my parcel there on the doorstep and asked me to just give him the OTP...
                All while my mother was just downstairs. Like a mere 2 minute wait is what we needed here, then this person has the audacity to bad mouth me and then he didn't picked up my calls afterwards...
                Like are your delivery agents soo busy that they can't even wait for two minutes while I just call my mum and ask her where she is...

                Below I am attaching the image, look when he called and when I called him back, just two minute difference and he didn't picked my call...

                This is the rudest interaction I had with any delivery agent in my life...

                  As I am writing this complaint the delivery guy is being rude, he said the house is locked, I asked him to just let me call home and know where's my mom but he immediately cut the call and now not even responding. All while my mum was just downstairs...

                  What kind of illiterate and rude behaviour is this?? Is this how your delivery people deliver people's goods like can't the person even go to the washroom just coz your delivery guy is ready to throw the parcel and run as soon as possible...

                      My self Chirag Patidar, I want to say that I had bought a product from Amazon. But the product was bad.I placed a product refund request from Amazon app on 02/07/2022. But no one came for pickup till 05/07/2022 morning. Then I called amazon helpline service then they made new return date but 05/07/2022 at 02:15 pm ecom express delivery agent call me for return pickup and they pickup the return item but after 2 days agent called me for return pickup and then I said, you have pickup my return item before 2 days and agent said "ok Nevermind" but after 2-3 days I see on the Amazon app that the status of my return item is not showing. So i called amazon customer care then they said delivery agent has not updated any information so i can not help you then i also called and mailed ecom express customer care but they do not help me and Call customer agents talk very rudely. And till now my product is missing and both Amazon and Ecom Express are not helping me.I only want my refund amount from Amazon but Amazon said your refund will be issued when our product reaches our warehouse.
                      I want help.

                          This is not being serious with people things because the location is precise and all my previous order by other carriers where all delivered to my location which is at supertech upcountry behind galgotias university

                            I received a message from you that the above courier (AwB [protected])was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. I have to inform that the delivery address is cleary stated and all my other flipkarts order have been arriving at the same location.
                            If the location you did not understand thats why we write our numbers you could have contacted me via number .

                                I, Rochelle Pereira, had ordered two tops on Meesho whose delivery partner is Ecom Express. My product is showing out for delivery but not yet delivered. I contacted the customer care and he said that my product is on hold because my address is not updated. So he sent me a link to update the address and pay +10rs as extra charges.
                                Meesho never informed me about such extra charges and also the link which they sent looks fraud.

                                    I didn't received my package by expected date provide by Ecom. If you are unable to deliver the package by expected date that you committed dont give false hope. I was waiting fort he package by avoiding my another works. Also i didn't received any delay msg's. My package is on walayar hubs for days now(5 days). Its not processed from there.
                                    Its a shame that Ecom express is now worst service now days. Also not responding to complete that i registered 2 times in your website. You are give customer value as 0.
                                    I will waite for 2 days after that i will cancel my odder. Also raise the complain to your customers company to don't sent through Ecom express.

                                      Field excutive denied to come to deliver the package..., put the wrong comments that call was disconnected by me..., it was totally wrong even we talked. he told me to come downstairs because he didn't come and deliver the package...he says if you want your package you have to come downstairs...                                         I'm really disappointed from their courier service. It's been 10 days since I have placed the order but still it' s undelivered and when I check the tracker there I can see that they have put these remarks " customer refused to accept, customer didn't pick the call, customer asked fir future delivery or not at home" I mean wow! It's already paid why would I do so. I have already complained 4 times this to team nykaa and also called ecom express helpline number for this. But everytime they that issue is being considered and they are trying their best to resolve this. And still I see no such results. They are harrassing their customer like this.
