My order was supposed to reach my doorstep on 3 June. It's been 10 days. I've called them and have raised complaint 4 times. Yet no action is taken. These 3 times they told me that my package will be delivered in 24-48 hours. Now they are telling me that they can't give an exact date. I just want my package ON TIME. And I'm never going to order from any app that uses Ecom Express. Bad service. I'm so done with this.

    The worst delivering service is Ecom express. I ordered a mobile in reliance digital. Its been more than a week still i didnot get it. Customer care people are telling some internal issue is there. Now i decided to cacel the order. I will give 0 star for rating it

      Hi.
      I ordered acoustic guitar from Bajaao.com. it was shipped and reached Patna delivery centre on 10th June but it has not been delivered yet. Yesterday it was finally out for delivery after complaining about the issue but because I missed a call from the delivery agent/boy, the parcel remained undelivered. Please make sure I get my order delivered today, it is going to be the 4th day since it reached delivery centre. Please make sure they don't neglect my order again.

              Hello!

              My Package is not yet delivered to me it's been more than 10 days I didn't recieved my package. I've Called the customer care many times still they is "wait 24 hours" I've been listening this for 3-4 days from them. I would like to get Delivered my order ASAP.

                  I have to receive parcel from The Body Shop through your company on[protected] I have received message form the same by 9.00AM on that day your delivery executive did not attempt to deliver or call me on that day but later on that day at 5:00PM I have received a message saying "Parcel Refused by the customer" this kind of behaviour is not expected from a company like yours. I have called your Customer Service helpline number on[protected] they have told me that the parcel is Locked to unlock the parcel I need to talk to The Body Shop people I did the same and the body shop people unlocked the parcel. On[protected] I have received a message saying the parcel is out for delivery. This time your delivery executive call me at 2:39PM I was unable to take call and I called him back 4 times at 2:41PM he was not answering the calls but messaged me saying "Call you later" he did not deliver the package yet.

                    I ordered item thtough my merchant zoff spices and the number not updated corrected at the delivery partner ecom express
                    I reported the same to both ecom express and zoff spices
                    Zoff spices sent multiple mails to ecom express to update the number but its not updated as a result I am not getting otp for delivery hence delivery guy not deluvering to me
                    Please take appropriate action against ecom express since after multiple folloups they are not updating my number

                        At first I placed order on 7th May 2022, it returned without knowing on 28th May. No delivery attempt was done. Then I re ordered the same product on 28th May. AWB no [protected]. It is also not delivered till now. I don't know what is the problem with my order.

                            My product has to be delivered by 4th june 2022 but till now it hasn't reached to me. It has reached one of the delivery center near to me but they haven't let me know about it just because they can't deliver it and they send it back to the main haub.I have given enough complaints and i didn't get any response from the company side rather than to wait.Finaly my product has reached the delivery center near to me and its getting 2days still now it isn't out for delivery.These irresponsible guys are not even given their adress or contact info in any network platform. I don't even have a way to contact or selfpickup my product. You really have to take this as a concern that every hub should have to give their adress and a contact number(not your fckng tolfree).

                                I ordered medicine from netmeds.com on 31st may 2022 and courier service provider is ECOM EXPRESS.. It reached nearby destination on 3rd june22..But there is no attempt from courier service delivery agent since its arrival... On the site its showing failed delivery due to wrong address...

                                    I ordered an item on Flipcart (tracking id [protected]) your company is a delivery agent for that item Could not be delivered today. Already ordered once and refused to deliver it (may 20th onwards)When I contacted your office in Thiruvarur they told me to order again. Once again I ordered according to the above tracking ID. Ur office staff call me and said "The parcel is large so we can't delivery to u so u come and get it" (07.06.2022, 11.55 AM duration 2 min 8 sec) They have falsely updated that they are not able to deliver the order on their own claiming that the customer is not there because I refused. In what way is this fair? If the parcel is large will the customer not go home and make the delivery? If the customer is unable to come to your office and pick up the item will you update the false information that the customer is not at home? Customers make purchases online because they can not go outside. If your company's employees do this, why should the customer order online? My order has not yet reached my hands due to the actions of your company employee I am very upset.I humbly request your company employee to pay me due compensation for not receiving my order yet and to take disciplinary action against your company employee for speaking inappropriately to me. Thank u please be action. as soon as possible

                                      I have ordered a cycle final price Rs.1412.
                                      No shipping charges they mention in their website .
                                      From ecom express I got a message
                                      [E-com Express Executive [protected] PIN 79740 will deliver your ONLINE order [protected]. Pay Rs 502.0(CASH, UPI, Payment Link). Code to refuse is 849563]
                                      Why I have to pay Rs.502 ? That's my question...while ordering the product in meesho they didn't mention any extra charges .then why?

                                        The hub works for ecomexpress at adoor(691523) is such a sick.They don't provide a contact number.They sent back the product if they're not able to deliver it to customer without even informing the customer.They shown on the website like their hub is open till 5pm but the hub was closed when i get there.Finaly i had a word with them and their reply was with full of lies they were not accepting that they returned it.They said me like its in another hub near to my address but they had sent back it to Ernakulam hub without contacting me
