    I ordered an item through flipkart, courier service is Ecom express, AWB number:[protected], delivery is not trying to approach me for the delivery, when I call him, every time he says "I will deliver tomorrow", at the end of the status became undelivered with reason as "address not locatable", I ordered many online items which were delivered by other courier services. This is poor service by ecom express

      Dear Sir/Ma’am,
      I, hereby Jobin Thomas I had ordered a Arm band for a fracture patient, the Order was placed on 11th July 2022, it was told it will be delivered on 15th July 2022, it’s now 5 days the Ecom Express services have kept in hold to deliver the product, since it is a medicine, I had called and informed them regarding it please provide it at the earliest and still they haven’t done it.

      Requesting you to please take an action on it, if the arm band doesn’t get the person arm bone can be dislocated.

      Please do the needful as soon as possible.

              I placed my order on h&m on 10th july 2022, I received a message that product is out for delivery on 17th july 2022 from ecom express, a few hours later i get another message that my product has been delivered and since then it has been more than 24 hours and no sign of delivery, neither the delivery agent called me at any time nor he arrived. The customer support is of no help.

                I ordered from H&m on 10th july 2022 and got an update through ecom express that my product is out for delivery on 17th july 2022 but after some hours i got a message that product is delivered but I didn’t actually get the delivery nor the agent called me. It’s been more than 24 hours and the customer support is not providing any help.

                  One guy call me and said your product from shopsy Flipkart has arrived courier from ecom express .. he said he can't proceed if i don't pay money first... I ask why would I pay? He said it's different courier...

                    Your service is so bad because firstly my parcel has reached on 28 June in Delhi and the delivery boy has also come to us for delivery but he forgot our parcel and the very next day he called us, I was not able to take that call but just in a minute I tried to call back him but I was unable to call back because that no. has only receiving option not calling, after that time the delivery boy has not reached to us even though he knew my address, and now after 2 weeks they showed me that they failed to deliver my parcel... This was really disheartening and waste of time

                          For AWB [protected] which was supposed to be delivered to me on 28th of June 2022 has been reflecting as delivered on 25th of the same month which was supposedly not. Complaints were raised. Couple of times to customer care. But till date they keep on asking me wait and inform that this will be resolved ASAP which is not happening from their end. Need quick resolution on this and want my shipment to be delivered quickly asap

                            Order not delivered and shows unable to connect

                            I have two orders coming through Ecom Express on Nykaa. Both the orders are in Mumbai and show ‘unable to connect’ in tracking. One of the orders is stuck since the last four days. I stay near Mumbai and the order should have been delivered by now. It just shows that the order will be delivered today since the last four days but the order is not delivered. It has nit even reached destination. There is no update or explanation as to why...

                            Had ordered a cloud handbag from online shop Fit Hit from Meesho through Ecom Delivery. The product delivery date was frequently changed from 11th to 14th, from 14th to 17th, from 19th July. The product was supposed to be a gift for today 16th July. Really disappointed by the inconvenience caused. Kindly look into it.

                                    Hi I had a reverse pickup from redtape it was scheduled on 27 June and got cancelled on 2 July but no one came to pickup the order and I have rescheduled pickup many times but no one cares.very poor service.

                                      My order was supposed to be delivered on 9th July 2022. Today is 14th July 2022 and I have not received it. I have called them up everyday and everyday they give me a new excuse as to why it wasnt delivered. Today I called them and was told that we are short on man power and that it will not be resolved till 19th July 2022 and we cant deliver any package in Gurgaon before that.. They are the worst company I have come across and highly rude and inefficient staff.
