I booked courier through GMS courier service on June 11th 2022 bearing consignment no.[protected], they missed my consignment &. No response from them.It is for claim my insurance amount rs.50000, the consignment contain original Medical bills and medical investigation reports which is v important.Kindly help me & take action.They are not responding....

From last 4 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.
