I was urgently waiting for a delivery for past 3 days with cash, today got a message that shipment delivered . Later then shipment undelivered . No phone call received . it was urgent, customer care says 48hrs to check .

Kindly do the needful. mail also no reply.

      I am surabi from Chennai. My customer received a parcel delivered via e-com express with Awb number [protected]
      There was nobody available in customer house. Still the delivery person called customer and asked for otp. Immediately he cut the call. Since nobody at home he simply opened the parcel and robbed the content and later put a wet mop inside the parcel. Dumped it to the shoe rack and left the place. My customer was shocked to find parcel open and old rag wet mop inside the parcel as she returned home. It is obvious that the delivery person have robbed it and kept garbage inside purposely. I request u to take action against the particular branch and employee and return the robbed product to my customer at the earliest.

        Ecom Express can't deliver BAJAAO order AWB [protected]
        Ecom Express says undelivered as the address was unlocatable.

        However, the address is complete and easy to understand.

        The delivery date was 29/06/2022 but it was already 30/06/2022
        and no one contacted me regarding delivery.

        It was out for delivery but not delivered yet.

        Kindly delivered it tomorrow and tell delivery boy to call me if he can't find my address.

          I have a delivery through Reliance Digital, which was supposed to be delivered on 24th june but still it shows status as in Transit. There has been no update on order since 25th June and my order is stuck.

          I got to know from escalation desk of customer support, that they have lost the packet . I am sure its stolen and even then they are asking to wait for few more days. Its a completely fraud company.

            One of my shipments that should have been delivered hasn't happened yet and they don't have any updates on it.Along with very poor service, their customer care service is also poor.Shipments that show delivery in 2 days take weeks.And when asked there is no answer or solution either.

                I have ordered a small and simple package from ecom express. Its been 15 days since i am continuously trying to contact the company for collecting some info. Everytime i call them i get to know that my product has been "misrouted". Not once, not twice, but **thrice**... Enough is enough...I have been raising complaints but no one is attending, and i live in a metropolitan city but still the order is not reaching my nearest delivery centre. Enough is enough...
                I just want my order anyhow. I cant wait anymore.

                        My product from reliance.in awb- [protected] has been out for delivery since 19th June 2022.
                        On 20th June I received an sms regarding the shipment being out for delivery but the delivery agent just gave me a missed call and never showed up at my place. The number given for the agent was of the local office and that person said he was not assigned the delivery.

                        On 21st June 2022 I received an sms again regarding the shipment being out for delivery, this time the delivery agent called at 1600 and told me he doesn’t have time to deliver and will deliver the product the next day. He instead left a comment on the shipment saying I asked for a future delivery. What a liar.
                        Immediately, I called ecom express HELPLINE and complained but nothing happened, I did not get the shipment. Sorry and a fake promise that the shipment will get delivered that day itself is all i got.

                        On 22nd June 2022 again the third time I received an sms regarding the shipment being out for delivery. Waited till 1930 and then called the HELPLINE bcz even the agent’s number given on the sms was wrong even the pin was wrong. The HELPLINE CC promised the delivery by 20.00 but again there was no delivery instead a missed call at 19.43. Tried calling back but the pin given was wrong as per the IVR.
                        Called the HELPLINE and was told that the delivery agent said that my address was unserviceable.

                        It took three days for the delivery agent to give this ### explanation that my address is unserviceable whereas the truth is I have been getting couriers from Bluedart, XpressBee and Delhivery on a daily basis. How come to them its serviceable and not for ecom. My housing apartment is 2 minutes from the Salugara Main Road. Impossible that its not serviceable as the main road is a Highway as well as a busy market area.
                        These delivery agents in Siliguri take money for shipments and not deliver the products bcz they feel the address is a bit far for them from their office. They just give lame excuses but take money for delivery as they’ve picked up the item from the Office. The roam around delivering nearby shipments and then go back to the office giving lame excuses but take that day’s delivery payment.

                        My housing apartment’s neighbours have this exact same thing to say about ECOM in SILIGURI.

                        Liars and cheater are recruited in ECOM Siliguri.

                        I ended up cancelling my product because I was harassed for three consecutive days.
                        The agent didn’t even have to call bcz my address is so easy to find all the details about my flat number was mentioned on the address. My address is on Google as well.

                        Yes I ended up cancelling the order after being harassed for so many days by the ECOM delivery agent in SILIGURI. My frequent complaints to the Customer service dept were of no use. Instead of waiting forever I went ahead and cancelled the product. Good riddance! Here on if ever any of my order is being shipped through Ecom to Siliguri I will immediately cancel the order. Had enough of you guys.
                        Yes I ended up cancelling the order after being harassed for so many by ECOM delivery agent. My frequent complaints to the Customer service dept were of no use. Instead of waiting forever I went ahead and cancelled the product. Good riddance!

                          The worst delivery center ever. Not ethics. No etiquette. I Ordered a mobile via reliance digital on 14.06.2022(it was meant to be Father's day surprise for my dad) . On their app it was notified the product reached the final delivery centre (thalassery) on 16.06.2022. I contacted the ecom customer support on 18.06.2022 since no delivery attempt was made. Their response was that the delivery would be attempted in 24 hours. No action or Update post that. I Called them(ecom express customer support) again O. 20th..they said it 24-48 hours for attempting delivery after complaint, and 6 hours is remaining for 48 hours so I need to wait. I called the ecom support team again on 22.06.2022 and response is there is a delay we are trying we will deliver as soon as possible.. No concrete update or solution. My parents went the delivery centre and asked them to hand over the item. Forget handing over, they even refused to show the item stating that the item came in damaged and hence is being sent back and thus it's against their policy to show it to the owner of the item(it was a prepaid order-high value item)! The idiocy is that they did not call and inform me that the shipment arrived damaged. Not once in the three calls(I have call recordings too) I made to them did they tell the item arrived damaged and hence is being sent back.

                            I order few items from maker 99 online shopping on 4th June, on 11 of June the package got delivered in the Hyderabad shipment house.                                       Sir, this is to inform that another negligence made by Ecom express delivery partner for Abe:[protected].My address is totally within the delivery area of Ecom express.The can deliver pre-paid order in this same address but could not deliver COD order.All this are selly excuses made by Ecom express executive if you could not deliver COD product better not to accept any COD order shipment.You are accepting COD shipment and not delivering.Last time also you did same with my another order Abw:[protected] and made me lose Rs. 500 because I made partial payment for the same.I contacted the seller at your request but they didn't sent the product back nor do they refund.I don't know what rivalry you have with me.

                                        I have paid the amount of product twice because delivery man said that amount has not been credited in ecomexpress portal in online so i have paid in cash. But after visiting i had been credited to them. I paid twice. I need my money back.
