From last two days I am receiving message in the morning that today your product will be delivered today and suddenly in the evening received message that product was undelivered as you were not available.

Why this type of rubbish/wrong message I am receiving???

I am available and no delivery boy contacted me, kindly deliver my product as soon as possible as I am going to out of...

My shipment would be delivered on 19/05/22 but due to my unavailability i requested ecom executive to deliver the product on next day, but till now no call or any information regarding my product is given by Ecom office ....

I ordered from Birkenstock site 8th of may I waited for 1 week and then on 15th of may I raised my complaint with ecom express for which they said it will be delivered by 20th of may and when I called 20th may they said server problem at delivery centre so you will get your order by 24th. So they are giving me silly reasons for the delay and I am facing lot of trouble....

I ordered a product through Flipkart and the order is assigned to ecom express for delivery and AWB no is[protected] the delivery date of product is 16/05/2022 but not delivered yet and when my order got out for delivery then delivery boy call me and told him that collect product from office which is 10km far from my home when I told him to deliver my product at home the refused to deliver at home and he abused me and use bad words please...

There was no customer care from the product we ordered.. the product was returned with no reason.. the address was deliverables.. other couriers have delivered to us.. the product id V[protected] .. send the product back.
please solve this issue urgently...

I have ordered one product on Meesho by paying online and the product was supposed to be delivered by 10th May. Since 9th May I have been getting msgs that your product will be delivered today and again get a msg as product undelivered whereas no one has came for delivery. This is been going on since 9th May. Here I am a meesho supplier and raising complaint against Ecom Express Pickup Agent. False delay is done by the pickuo agent of Ecom Express. I have raised multiple complaints on Ecom Express helpline but no action is taken regarding my issue....

I ordered medicines on 13th May 2022 from Nedmeds. I got a message from delivery partner Ecom express that your order will be delivered on 17th May yet received no call and the same happened on 18th (today0. Finally when I called at 6 PM they were clueless and said will call back. They called back and asked us to come to a location 2 kilometres away to pickup.

This is absolutely ridiculous when it is clearly...

I've ordered a MI phone charger worth of 1000, it has been dispatched on May 9th but still I haven't received any message or phone call from them.i think this company doing fraud, it is nearly a month I ordered still I haven't received my parcel....

I have ordered my product on 8th May 2022 and the product was out for delivery on 11th may but the courier boy never called me but he's updating the delivery status as wrong address even though I provided the complete and correct address. When I tried to reach them they didn't responded, when i tracked the product it's showing we'll deliver the product tomorrow everyday but no one is coming to deliver the product.
