I ordered an item from vista print and meesho. Both the items reached same delivery center and meesho order has been delivered, vista print order got automatically cancelled stating the address is wrong.

I ordered from vistaprint again and it reached the same delivery center. I started following up and Ecom express guys informed it is in the wrong delivery center and send it to another delivery center. It's been there for a while and not yet delivered. Then I have some more meesho orders which is also stuck now in the same delivery center.

Please consider this as highly important and resolve it. I have made so many complaints and no one in Ecom express is really care about customer satisfaction.

        I was stopping myself to write this but at last you've @ecomexpress proven that people are right about the service of e com express. Literally pathetic and disappointing! The call doesn't connect, you can't reach out to the delivery agent, delivery is late, gets undelivered many times, delivery agent says they can't locate you, no replies to complaints, no mails nothing and etc

Now as it's delivered I'm not able to contact the courier boy. ( ECOM EXPRESS). I've complaint it to mi india and Ecom express. But no action has been taken. AWD ([protected]).

            I have ordered a machine from meesho website and package has to come through e com express. In meesho arriving date is 16th july but on 9 th july i got a message about arriving on 9 th july. At 3 pm i got a call from delivery boy and ask for route. We have waited until 6:30 and late i called him, first he didn't respond then took and didn't understand anything. Then on ecom express site status shows undelivered, but i am here in my given address .i have paid cash through online. He didn't even call to say anything

                    This is my AWB no [protected], It’s been a week regularly I’m receiving out for delivery notifications for my order, but the delivery boy never called me . When I called the delivery boy he told me that he didn’t have my package . I also complained about it multiple times in the customer care, they always told me that package will deliver today but still no update regarding this .

                      Yet to receive the delivery within the commited delivery date i.e 5th July 2022. I have raised a complaint on 6th July 2022 around 9am they said it will get resolved within 24 to 48 hours but still I didn't received the product. They are again saying 24 hrs and when we ask about the status they are unaware. The product is a perishable item, it contains plants but still they are not concerned..

                      I didn't get any call from the delivery agent and let me know how many times I need to share my alternate number.. Everytime i call you guys u ask for alternate number but no update on the delivery.. pls stop playing games, i[censored] are unable to deliver then mention it. Worst service ever. Till now no update on the delivery. Today when I called you guys in the morning they said it will be delivered today but seller got an update that it will be delivered tomorrow, you guys are yourself not clear what's to be done.
