    Ecom express is the worst courier service, my package was to be delivered on 06th Aug, had ordered an saree for my sister for Rakshabandhan. First it got delayed, they said will be delivered on 10th still did not receive, when asked customer service, they said it is under government investigation. I could not understand what is government investigation? Then the representative on call tell all lies like one told your order has not been shipped yet, but i was able to see it is in bhiwandi. When asked for supervisor spoke rudely. He told it will be delivered by 17th, I called in 17th manager, spoke to a lady named Laxmi, she was on her Facebook and chit-chat with her colleagues. When asked she said it will be delivered soon, but didn't gave an exact date. Today is 18th I'm yet to receive order. Tracking number([protected])

    The company has not taken any step to resolve, i called them today. The customer care agent was rude, tried to abuse me. When asked for supervisor, he did not connect rather was in a hurry to disconnect the call. They told me your parcel has been returned back.to meesho and you will not receive the parcel now.

      The order was dispatched on Aug 1st expecting it to be delivered on or before Aug 19th to Madikeri- There were no messages regarding the tracking of the order was sent. When I tracked the same, it showed it had reached Madikeri on 7th Aug and I was not contacted at all. Now the status shows Undelivered on 15th Aug, and it is returned. The Courier team says that it was assigned to a guy who is no more working there, and they are not aware of it. They said that the package was there for 3 days, and they were just scanning it without taking any action. How can someone be so irresponsible. I need an answer. This is not acceptable, please get my parcel back. HOW CAN WE TRUST THE SERVICE ?????

        I have ordered the product on 5th Aug 2022 and expected delivery date was 13th Aug 2022.

        However, I have received the product on 13th Aug 2022 because if was in transit since 9th Aug 2022.

        I have called Ecom Express and raise the complaint to delivery the product as soon as possible. As per them, Product was in the delivery location hub which is Ahmedabad.

        They asked me to wait for 72 hours to resolve the complaint.

        Today is 18th Aug 2022, still I have not received the product.

        This is the worst ever service I have received from ecom express. I called them everyday for the update but they don't have any update from their side. Just one update when I called them for update that is the concern team is working on the same and will resolve the complaint.

        Please don't play with the patient of the customer. And do work properly.

        Hello ECom Express,

        I am not sure if you're able to deliver the product or not. Because I have seen the worst service from ECom Express. To deliver the product which is in the ahmedabad to ahmedabad address literally took 3 weeks and still continues because the product is not yet delivered.

        Do not play with the patience of the customer. I need product to be delivered by tomorrow which is 23rd August 2022.

                  Since a week local pick-up guy is making fool And not coming for order pick-up however office staff or his senior also not showing interest to fix the issue

                  Still we have 15 pkts which are waiting for pick-up but no one is coming to pickup

                  Very bad unprofessional and pathetic service from Ecom

                  Getting business loss due to this as well

                    The delivery delayed already two days and still we are not recived it. Also the delivery executive nit attaending the call and didnt call backnus for a single time. We provided two numbers as well. The product is already paid and we are waiting for long to get it. Take action against this please

                          I buy some stuff from decathlon and the delivery date was 10 august 2022. The delivery guy came from Ecom Express and ask for otp which is from ecom express. But Ecom Express didn't send me any otp, the delivery boy tried multiple attempts but i didn't receive any. They check my phone but nothis is helping. The only otp i get is from decathlon itself, but they say this otp doesn't fit our ecom express one.
                          I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible

                                  My shipment [protected] reached the delivery center on 27th July 2022.Since then I have called the customer care service 6 times and no proper answer or solution was give. It is 2 weeks and Ecom service doesn't have the courtesy to tell what the actual problem is. Everyday they are giving the same reply that your package will be delivered within 24 hours. It is sad that you can't even contact your delivery center. What kind of service are you running and why is there an customer service i[censored] can't even help your customer. I asked for the self pickup of the order and customer service was not able to give a proper address of the delivery center. Worst service ever.

                                        This has the reference to your above mentioned AWB number, for which the delivery is still pending. Kindly not that as per the tracking status provided on your website, two attempts were made to deliver the consignment and every time it was returned back stating delivery failed. When, I enquired about the status from on your customer care number, we were informed that there was no one to take the delivery and next time informed that the deliver was delayed due to rains.

                                        I want to bring into your notice that no delivery attempt was made by your delivery boy and he has mentioned an incorrect status of delivery. We did not received a single call from your delivery boy so that he can be guided on the delivery location.

                                        We request you to look into the matter and arrange for the delivery of the consignment in next 48 hours, else legal action will be taken.
