Ecom express is the worst courier service, my package was to be delivered on 06th Aug, had ordered an saree for my sister for Rakshabandhan. First it got delayed, they said will be delivered on 10th still did not receive, when asked customer service, they said it is under government investigation. I could not understand what is government investigation? Then the representative on call tell all lies like one told your order has not been shipped yet, but i was able to see it is in bhiwandi. When asked for supervisor spoke rudely. He told it will be delivered by 17th, I called in 17th manager, spoke to a lady named Laxmi, she was on her Facebook and chit-chat with her colleagues. When asked she said it will be delivered soon, but didn't gave an exact date. Today is 18th I'm yet to receive order. Tracking number([protected])

Complaint marked as Resolved The company has not taken any step to resolve, i called them today. The customer care agent was rude, tried to abuse me. When asked for supervisor, he did not connect rather was in a hurry to disconnect the call. They told me your parcel has been returned back.to meesho and you will not receive the parcel now.
