Dear sir,
AWB:[protected]
I have ordered a shoe in campus website on 14th august 2022, courier service is Ecom express. The expected date of delivery is 24th august 2022.But still now I haven't received the product. I have called the customer care for the several times but they are giving the false statement (within 72 hours your product will be delivered).
Today again I tried to call the customer care but its saying that my number is not registered. This is the worst experience I have faced in my life. If you are not able to deliver a product within the expected date. Kindly tell us the exact date of delivery. Please help me through this or refund my money.

    I gave my shipping delivery adress number wrong mistakenly so that I can't receive the
    OTP at the delivery time of the package, so I had contacted the website I ordered and asked them to update the correct number to the delivery partner, they did the same but still there isn't any changes made from the courier side and I'm unable to get the package still.

      I have placed this order [protected]on 25 August has been stuck in Bangalore since 26th Aug then and shows ‘unable to connect’. I live in Bangaloreand I don’t understand how it is still not delivered.

He has been telling me for 2 days that i will deliver you tomorrow, but he does not come to deliver me and also, after the day he told me that if you want your order then come and take it where i say, and if you can't come then cancel the order. I am taking it very politely but now it is too much for me to handle because he was talking so rudely. I need this delivery very badly because i have my spects in it without it i can't read write. my exams are also near. i am hopeless that is why i am here. Please solve the problem.

          Hi I purchased a product from Wforwoman on 11th aug and paid money online.

          They dispatched the product on same day thru Ecom Express.

          Product reached delivery centre on 19th aug and till now I didn't receive it.

          Multiple calls i made but no use

          I feel cheated.

            The products I have ordered
            (AWB Number [protected]) have been in transit in my location for almost 5 days now and though I’ve received messages of the items about to be delivered the same day, no delivery attempt has been made, no calls from them apart from one where I had to reschedule the delivery because they said the delivery attempt was unsuccessful although no attempts were made. And I kept tracking my orders and looking for a way to contact them but now an OFD lock has been applied on my order.

              I have placed my urbanic order having order ID[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by Ecom Express as they already sent the order for delivery.
              I have placed my order on 16 August, 2022 but it’s still not delivered to me it was shown that OFD lock is applied and nobody is responding from the customer care

                      Very Bad Service provide by them everyday they made fool to customer fake dates fake information.

                        I ordered an important package that I need as soon as possible. Ecom misrouted the package two times. ecom expresses tracking system is also doesn't show enough details. This service is not trustworthy at all. The tracking shows that the package arrived at a place near you - arriving soon in the last three days but yet no sign of out for delivery or any call to collect the package. It's the worst service that asks for money first but isn't trustworthy at all. And I searched for any policy for late delivery that take ecom its delivery seriously but found nothing. I am not sure My package will come or not.

                            The Courier is lying with ecom hub, ahmedabad since 9th August, 2022. Today its 20th Aug, 2022 and it is still not delivered. Why should i suffer because of your internal issues. You should have delivered it in time but nor you are listening or understanding my issue or delivering.                               This in Regard with AWB # [protected] which was shipped on 12th Aug from Chennai and delivery date as committed earlier was 15th Aug. and its been almost 5 days over with no trace of my package. I have made several calls with no use, Even register a complaint with the customer executive with again no use. I would like that this not a professional service provided by a highly competitive courier provider. Please treat this on high priority and deliver the package.

                              After so many days no confirm delivery date just fooling the customer. Really pathetic service.

                                        Ecom express is the worst courier service, my package was to be delivered on 06th Aug, had ordered an saree for my sister for Rakshabandhan. First it got delayed, they said will be delivered on 10th still did not receive, when asked customer service, they said it is under government investigation. I could not understand what is government investigation? Then the representative on call tell all lies like one told your order has not been shipped yet, but i was able to see it is in bhiwandi. When asked for supervisor spoke rudely. He told it will be delivered by 17th, I called in 17th manager, spoke to a lady named Laxmi, she was on her Facebook and chit-chat with her colleagues. When asked she said it will be delivered soon, but didn't gave an exact date. Today is 18th I'm yet to receive order. Tracking number([protected]).

                                        Also when called on 19th, the customer care agent abused me. His name was Jatin Yadav, he told me I will not receive my parcel now and was trying to disconnect my call. Also when asked for supervisor he did not connect the call and disconnected the call.
