My parcel is stuck in Bengaluru Transit since August 21 2022 and have not yet delivered to my home. When contacted customer care last week, they said that mistake is from their end and they will deliver soon, but its been a week and no one has contacted or delivered my product yet. Now when I'm again trying to contact them (+91-[protected]) the automated IVR is breaking in between and I'm unable to reach out to customer care

Still waiting for the response it's been more than 2 weeks and my parcel is not delivered nor there is any response. Kindly reply when can I expect my product to be delivered?

        I had ordered 2 kurtas from Meesho on 25th August 2022 which is being delivered by Ecom express vide tracking ID: [protected] and [protected].

        One of the order was supposed to be delivered today, 03rd Sept, 2022 and the other on 5th sept, 2022.

        I have been checking the tracking link, but there's no update since 30th august, 2022 after reaching Mangalore for both the products.

        I tried calling Ecom express on the number provided on their site, but the number is switched off !

        Plus i have already paid for the product and have raised complaint on Meesho.

        Please look into this and provide a resolution. Have never had such a bad experience ever with online shopping

          I had order a few items from pharmeasy and it is being shipped by ecom express. After a few days, the delivery person came to hand over the parcel and asked for the OTP he sent but i didn't receive any OTP, He retried sending OTP a few more times but I received none, I checked my network connection every thing else, all of it was working well. So in the end he returned with the order, What is a customer supposed to do in such situation? Even their customer care no. they provide does not responds.

            I am extremely dissatisfied and harrassed by Ecom Express. My AWB - [protected] is being undelivered from 2 days, also the expected delivery date has crossed. This is ridiculous. No reply from your end as well the executive. They do not contact at all and mark undelivered. The shipment contain liquid sanitizer which is an essential commodity but your company is not serious at all about the deliveries.
            Hope that you will take some action ASAP for this cheap and poor behaviour .Please deliver my product as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,

              I have ordered a shoe in campus website on 14th august 2022, courier service is Ecom express. The expected date of delivery is 24th august 2022.But still now I haven't received the product. I have called the customer care for the several times but they are giving the false statement (within 72 hours your product will be delivered).
              Today again I tried to call the customer care but its saying that my number is not registered. This is the worst experience I have faced in my life. If you are not able to deliver a product within the expected date. Kindly tell us the exact date of delivery. Please help me through this or refund my money.

                I gave my shipping delivery adress number wrong mistakenly so that I can't receive the
                OTP at the delivery time of the package, so I had contacted the website I ordered and asked them to update the correct number to the delivery partner, they did the same but still there isn't any changes made from the courier side and I'm unable to get the package still.

                      Hi I purchased a product from Wforwoman on 11th aug and paid money online.

                      They dispatched the product on same day thru Ecom Express.

                      Product reached delivery centre on 19th aug and till now I didn't receive it.

                      Multiple calls i made but no use

                      I feel cheated.

                        The products I have ordered
                        (AWB Number [protected]) have been in transit in my location for almost 5 days now and though I’ve received messages of the items about to be delivered the same day, no delivery attempt has been made, no calls from them apart from one where I had to reschedule the delivery because they said the delivery attempt was unsuccessful although no attempts were made. And I kept tracking my orders and looking for a way to contact them but now an OFD lock has been applied on my order.

                          I have placed my urbanic order having order ID[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by Ecom Express as they already sent the order for delivery.
                          I have placed my order on 16 August, 2022 but it’s still not delivered to me it was shown that OFD lock is applied and nobody is responding from the customer care

                              My order was scheduled to be delivered on 22nd Aug. The shipment was out for delivery and the delivery executive's name was Ranjan Kumar.
                              He without delivering the product, showed it as missing and now the customer care executive says that the missing shipment is under investigation and it will take more than 6 days to get your product delivered.

                                  Very Bad Service provide by them everyday they made fool to customer fake dates fake information.
                                  I ordered on 8th of August and till date I Couldn't receive it from last one week everyday I contact customer number and they give me foolish reason like Misroute of Shipment, Network Issue, Etc.

                                    I ordered an important package that I need as soon as possible. Ecom misrouted the package two times. ecom expresses tracking system is also doesn't show enough details. This service is not trustworthy at all. The tracking shows that the package arrived at a place near you - arriving soon in the last three days but yet no sign of out for delivery or any call to collect the package. It's the worst service that asks for money first but isn't trustworthy at all. And I searched for any policy for late delivery that take ecom its delivery seriously but found nothing. I am not sure My package will come or not.

                                        The Courier is lying with ecom hub, ahmedabad since 9th August, 2022. Today its 20th Aug, 2022 and it is still not delivered. Why should i suffer because of your internal issues. You should have delivered it in time but nor you are listening or understanding my issue or delivering. Kindly send the courier at delivery location or return it back to source.
