This has the reference to your above mentioned AWB number, for which the delivery is still pending. Kindly not that as per the tracking status provided on your website, two attempts were made to deliver the consignment and every time it was returned back stating delivery failed. When, I enquired about the status from on your customer care number, we were informed that there was no one to take the delivery and next time informed that the deliver was delayed due to rains.
I want to bring into your notice that no delivery attempt was made by your delivery boy and he has mentioned an incorrect status of delivery. We did not received a single call from your delivery boy so that he can be guided on the delivery location.
We request you to look into the matter and arrange for the delivery of the consignment in next 48 hours, else legal action will be taken.
