My shipment [protected] reached the delivery center on 27th July 2022.Since then I have called the customer care service 6 times and no proper answer or solution was give. It is 2 weeks and Ecom service doesn't have the courtesy to tell what the actual problem is. Everyday they are giving the same reply that your package will be delivered within 24 hours. It is sad that you can't even contact your delivery center. What kind of service are you running and why is there an customer service i[censored] can't even help your customer. I asked for the self pickup of the order and customer service was not able to give a proper address of the delivery center. Worst service ever.

        Dear Sir,

        This has the reference to your above mentioned AWB number, for which the delivery is still pending. Kindly not that as per the tracking status provided on your website, two attempts were made to deliver the consignment and every time it was returned back stating delivery failed. When, I enquired about the status from on your customer care number, we were informed that there was no one to take the delivery and next time informed that the deliver was delayed due to rains.

        I want to bring into your notice that no delivery attempt was made by your delivery boy and he has mentioned an incorrect status of delivery. We did not received a single call from your delivery boy so that he can be guided on the delivery location.

        We request you to look into the matter and arrange for the delivery of the consignment in next 48 hours, else legal action will be taken.

                      I think delivery boy don't know how to r speak with customers. Even the manager is supporting him. Worst experience. Rating -100/10.

                      The Case is:
                      The delivery boy told me to take the order from warehouse. He said that the package(which is packed with 3 shampoo bottles) is not fit into the bike & also he said that phonepe the package money and get your package from office.
                      So I went to office and I spoke with the manager he's not responding to my complaint & he said to delivery boy that some people came to our office & given complaint on him.
                      And evng he(the delivery boy) called me & used alot of vulgar words which I can't type here. So much rude behaviour & he also brought some 5 to 6 people to beat me. Because of that complaint.

                        Your service of delivery is very bad and I am facing problem in everytime while I received product in Ecom Express. Particularly in Villupuram branch

                        Compared to other couriers, this Ecom Express service is too bad. I never recommend anyone to use Ecom Express for shipping.

                                  On 28th july 2022, a delivey agent named pooja (gurgaon) behaved rudely and refused to deliver the package just because she couldnt find the exact location. Also, she blocked me when i tried to contact and give current location.
                                  If the agent does know the place please dont take them as your delivery agent and dont make a negative reputation towards the customer.
                                  Really a bad experience.

                                    both courier are coming from Ecom express, when i called them 0n 27.07.22 and place my complain they said your courier is misrouted in jaipur ( place of living)due to wrong pin cade i told they i have mention correct pin code while placing my both order and the both product arrived in jaipur on 22.07.22 just no one call me as i can check tracing ststus every day it is moving from one DC to another DC in jaipur itself from 22.07.22 they said it is misrouted due to wrong pin code so i need to wait( verbal communication) then I called them next day 28.07.22 again the same thing need to wait while day courier not receive, today I check my phone no delivery initiated massage yet, it is almost 3 days passed the courier in my city i am calling they but on one doing it still courier not deliver just roaming into city. i have all detail with me i call mesho & nayka costumer support many time they are also just doing nothing no out out come, from last 7 days my product are just in my city but not delivered all product are prepaid . kindly help i suffer mental frustration and anxiety .
