I was stopping myself to write this but at last you've @ecomexpress proven that people are right about the service of e com express. Literally pathetic and disappointing! The call doesn't connect, you can't reach out to the delivery agent, delivery is late, gets undelivered many times, delivery agent says they can't locate you, no replies to complaints, no mails nothing and etc...

Good afternoon. This is Suman Saurav Das. I've ordered a product from mi store app. And this morning i got message for out for delivery. And then after few hours he marked it as delivered. Now as it's delivered I'm not able to contact the courier boy. ( ECOM EXPRESS). I've complaint it to mi india and Ecom express. But no action has been taken. AWD ([protected]).

I have ordered a machine from meesho website and package has to come through e com express. In meesho arriving date is 16th july but on 9 th july i got a message about arriving on 9 th july. At 3 pm i got a call from delivery boy and ask for route. We have waited until 6:30 and late i called him, first he didn't respond then took and didn't understand anything. Then on ecom express site status shows undelivered, but i am here in my given...

I had placed an order on max fashion india on 23rd June 2022 ...and today is 9th July 2022 order still not received ...expected date of delivery was 1st July 2022 ...and there are no updates from 30th June 2022 ...I will appreciate it if order is delivered asap ...thankyou...

I booked paytm kyc, on the booked date a person called me from e com and he said he will come that day afternoon I waited for him till night but no one came.And last I got a message that saying we tried but couldn't complete the process.After that I rescheduled the appointment and the same was happened... now what to do...

This is my AWB no [protected], It’s been a week regularly I’m receiving out for delivery notifications for my order, but the delivery boy never called me . When I called the delivery boy he told me that he didn’t have my package . I also complained about it multiple times in the customer care, they always told me that package will deliver today but still no update regarding this .

Yet to receive the delivery within the commited delivery date i.e 5th July 2022. I have raised a complaint on 6th July 2022 around 9am they said it will get resolved within 24 to 48 hours but still I didn't received the product. They are again saying 24 hrs and when we ask about the status they are unaware. The product is a perishable item, it contains plants but still they are not concerned.....

My shipment is not getting delivered from very long time it was supposed to be delivered by 20th july then i called once i was been told to wait for 72 hours but nothing happened then i again called after 3 days i was again told to wait. I have been calling them for many times instead my problem is not resolved it 18 days now... Please help me with this issue 🙏...

I started delivery job in Ecom express in December in 18 April my employe code O291485 i am suffering from fever i admit in hospital so i lost my job but my 23 days salary in my account i wait 2.5 month please give my salary as soon as possible

I have ordered 2 products from decathlon and it was expected to deliver on 5/7/2022.
It's 7th now and still haven't got the product.
The order status says delivery attempt failed even though i didn't get any call from courier partner.
I want my product today atleast.
Why so careless.
I have customer care so many times .
And they say it will be delivered within 48 hrs .
What is this careless...

My order is cancelling by their side. They are not doing any phone or msg. I have also called help service, but no suitable answer was received. My tracking ID is [protected]. Need this delivery on urgent basis....

My order shows package undelivered or package delivery failed when I check my order status.Even Your delivery agent does calls me and inform me about my package delivery. I wants my package to be deliver on urgent basis as soon as possible. Otherwise strict action will taken by me....

I placed an order on 23 June 2022 and it was couriered by Ecom express vide Awb no. [protected]. and the item was not delivered to me till today. I checked the status of my item in Ecom Express web site it is showing that the item was delivered to my address on 01 July 2022.

Please help me to solve my problem.
