27.07.2022 last date to delivery of bellow product products

both courier are coming from Ecom express, when i called them 0n 27.07.22 and place my complain they said your courier is misrouted in jaipur ( place of living)due to wrong pin cade i told they i have mention correct pin code while placing my both order and the both product arrived in jaipur on 22.07.22 just no one call me as i can check tracing ststus every day it is moving from one DC to another DC in jaipur itself from 22.07.22 they said it is misrouted due to wrong pin code so i need to wait( verbal communication) then I called them next day 28.07.22 again the same thing need to wait while day courier not receive, today I check my phone no delivery initiated massage yet, it is almost 3 days passed the courier in my city i am calling they but on one doing it still courier not deliver just roaming into city. i have all detail with me i call mesho & nayka costumer support many time they are also just doing nothing no out out come, from last 7 days my product are just in my city but not delivered all product are prepaid . kindly help i suffer mental frustration and anxiety .
