Since 26th May, the parcel from Maccaron has been at their delivery centre in Gurgaon. Same pin code as delivery address.
On 26th Out for delivery message came but no attempt. At 4PM, they updated on the site “Undelivered” citing Consignee asked for reschedule, even without giving me a single call. No reattempt next day. No Out for Delivery message whatsoever. Raised a complaint on 27th. Customer service said it would be delivered in 24~48 hours. Today on 28th at 11AM, out for delivery message came and as expected no calls and finally at 4PM, “Undelivered” status saying consignee asked for reschedule. Tried to call delivery person with the generated pin on message, pin INVALID!! When asked, customer service said “wait for another 24 hours as your 48 hours isn’t completed yet”. Wow! Then why the false attempt?! When asked to connect with delivery center, said they don’t have their contact details. How pathetic is the service!! Fraud company, inefficient customer service.
