    My product has to be delivered by 4th june 2022 but till now it hasn't reached to me. It has reached one of the delivery center near to me but they haven't let me know about it just because they can't deliver it and they send it back to the main haub.I have given enough complaints and i didn't get any response from the company side rather than to wait.Finaly my product has reached the delivery center near to me and its getting 2days still now it isn't out for delivery.These irresponsible guys are not even given their adress or contact info in any network platform. I don't even have a way to contact or selfpickup my product. You really have to take this as a concern that every hub should have to give their adress and a contact number(not your fckng tolfree).

      I had a parcel delivered by ecom today,
      The delivery agent took my number from the parcel and is sending annoying msgs now.
      Asking for feedback msg and all.
      Being a girl I feel offended and harrased.
      How can the delivery agent take my number and contact me for no matter what after the delivery is done.

        I ordered medicine from netmeds.com on 31st may 2022 and courier service provider is ECOM EXPRESS.. It reached nearby destination on 3rd june22..But there is no attempt from courier service delivery agent since its arrival... On the site its showing failed delivery due to wrong address...

            I ordered an item on Flipcart (tracking id [protected]) your company is a delivery agent for that item Could not be delivered today. Already ordered once and refused to deliver it (may 20th onwards)When I contacted your office in Thiruvarur they told me to order again. Once again I ordered according to the above tracking ID. Ur office staff call me and said "The parcel is large so we can't delivery to u so u come and get it" (07.06.2022, 11.55 AM duration 2 min 8 sec) They have falsely updated that they are not able to deliver the order on their own claiming that the customer is not there because I refused. In what way is this fair? If the parcel is large will the customer not go home and make the delivery? If the customer is unable to come to your office and pick up the item will you update the false information that the customer is not at home? Customers make purchases online because they can not go outside. If your company's employees do this, why should the customer order online? My order has not yet reached my hands due to the actions of your company employee I am very upset.I humbly request your company employee to pay me due compensation for not receiving my order yet and to take disciplinary action against your company employee for speaking inappropriately to me. Thank u please be action. as soon as possible

              I have ordered a cycle final price Rs.1412.
              No shipping charges they mention in their website .
              From ecom express I got a message
              [E-com Express Executive [protected] PIN 79740 will deliver your ONLINE order [protected]. Pay Rs 502.0(CASH, UPI, Payment Link). Code to refuse is 849563]
              Why I have to pay Rs.502 ? That's my question...while ordering the product in meesho they didn't mention any extra charges .then why?

                The hub works for ecomexpress at adoor(691523) is such a sick.They don't provide a contact number.They sent back the product if they're not able to deliver it to customer without even informing the customer.They shown on the website like their hub is open till 5pm but the hub was closed when i get there.Finaly i had a word with them and their reply was with full of lies they were not accepting that they returned it.They said me like its in another hub near to my address but they had sent back it to Ernakulam hub without contacting me

                      I got my products from ECOM Express company delivery boy(Sonu Singh) and i payment COD Rs.1633/-, but he mention to company that he make three attempts to deliver the order to customer. But unfortunately, none of the attempts were successful because of Logistic issues. and After three failed delivery attempts, my product was marked as RTO. i am regularly talk to Ecom Express and Meesho Also But my issue is not resolved. meesho says talk to Ecom Express and Ecom Express says Talk to Meesho...now what can i do...i am very harass. please help me please. please Meesho and Ecom Coordinate where is the problem and resolved my issue...

This is my tracking number which has been provided by you, still now I cannot track my order yesterday it must be delivered to me but still now I didn't receive while checking in Flipkart the date has been extended. If this is the way you used to deliver the items means, then why should we people have to use ur courier.

                          My order from Nykaa with awb number [protected] has been misrouted to amethi.
                          It's been in transit since 1 June according to the tracking in the Nykaa app.
                          On the site there is no information after 1st June.
                          The products are really needed right now

                            Sir i have two id against one uan number[protected]. I want to merge my old id (dlcpm[protected] to new one(dlcpm[protected] . But in the kyc section an error is showing as " aadhaar available against the uan is not verified" while my in the same kyc section my aadhar, pan and bank account all are showing as verified in epfo member portal and some additional error in epfo passbook site. So, sir kindly solve my problem or suggest me that what should i have to do for this problem as soon as possible.

                              I tried calling the number provided by Ecom Express for my delivery, but whenever I call it says "unregistered number" however, my number is registered. How would a customer reach in case of late delivery? Please provide better contact service so that we can get our delivery by the date.

                                This inconveniece is caused by the carelessness of your delivery partner.Its not my mistake they should inform me if delivery is not possible.They could ask me to pick up from the delivery centre.Status still showing the shipment at the delivery centre.No updation in the portal.This totally a bad experience I have ever.

                                    I want to draw your attention to the fact about that a percel which was come through Ecom Express, was not deliver in my address. The main culprit is the delivery boy who did not call me but uploaded in the website that my location is not established. In the very first day I could not received the call for some reason but from the second day he called me and I received that but I could not get any voice from the other side and suddenly the call disconnected and i received the message that my location is not established. What a rubish delivery boy!!! From that day he did not call me a single time and continuously i take the same messages. Then I went to the Ecom express office and there I was known that my parcel is cancelled and it will return. For the delivery boy my parcel did not reach me and it was my valuable parcel. I am truly dissatisfied that reason and I shall suggest my all friends that Ecom express has not any responsibility and they give only fake promises.

                                        I bought my kid bicycle from firstcry which is shipped through ecom express as there are no door delivery to my village i personally went and collected the product from office in the city called pattikonda, kurnool, AP.But some of the parts were missing i requested for the replacement.On the day of pickup there is a double pickup so he didnt pickup the original pickup product which was supposed to pickup.Instead of that he told me that its a bicycle pickup and pickedup then sent it to the amazon instead of firstcry.when i came to know about everything i asked for the product or money but till now there is no response from the company.
