I got a mail from Harman Team stating that the product received from Ecom express team is different and not a JBL product.

After the security check only the courier team has picked up the product, today I contacted Ecom express customer care and complained about this issue. They said the wrong product once they receive back they will take further action and now they have raised a complaint also. Hence request you to kindly connect with Ecom courier team and do the needful

The shipment has been delivered at the registered address, but I gave JBL Earbuds(7000rs) and in the seller side receive a 10rs worth of specs product, After the security check the delivery boy collected the parcel. This means the delivery boy changed the product or from your Hub the product has been replaced. Kindly check the CCTV footage and solve this issue.

    On 25.05.2022 a delivery person from ecom express executive [protected] with order id [protected] came to my house with my parcel.I paid the amount by scanning the QR code available on the receipt pasted on the NYKAA parcel.The delivery agent disagreed about my payment.I however got the sucessful paynent message(details attached).The delivery agent snatched my parcel saying he has not recieved the payment, however i kept on showing my payment confirmation detail.I hereby request you to kindly help me get my payment details updated in your system/portal and help me get my parel on an urgent basis.I am attaching all the relevant details for your kind perusal.I have also complained two times and customer care executive just consoles by saying that amount will bevrefunded soon.Kindly refund my amount soon

      Since 26th May, the parcel from Maccaron has been at their delivery centre in Gurgaon. Same pin code as delivery address.
      On 26th Out for delivery message came but no attempt. At 4PM, they updated on the site “Undelivered” citing Consignee asked for reschedule, even without giving me a single call. No reattempt next day. No Out for Delivery message whatsoever. Raised a complaint on 27th. Customer service said it would be delivered in 24~48 hours. Today on 28th at 11AM, out for delivery message came and as expected no calls and finally at 4PM, “Undelivered” status saying consignee asked for reschedule. Tried to call delivery person with the generated pin on message, pin INVALID!! When asked, customer service said “wait for another 24 hours as your 48 hours isn’t completed yet”. Wow! Then why the false attempt?! When asked to connect with delivery center, said they don’t have their contact details. How pathetic is the service!! Fraud company, inefficient customer service.

        I received my order today which was totally torn and damaged. I was not at home so the lady at home (my sister in law) who received the product refused to take it and returned it back to the delivery guy.
        Now I am unable to request for exchange or return as I dont have the parcel with me which the delivery agent took away and is not traceable. I am unable to contact the delivery guy or anyone from Ecom express and now my parcel is also not with me and shows delivered.
        What kind of service is this Ecom, really pathetic and disgusting.

                      I ordered from Birkenstock site 8th of may I waited for 1 week and then on 15th of may I raised my complaint with ecom express for which they said it will be delivered by 20th of may and when I called 20th may they said server problem at delivery centre so you will get your order by 24th. So they are giving me silly reasons for the delay and I am facing lot of trouble.

                            I have ordered one product on Meesho by paying online and the product was supposed to be delivered by 10th May. Since 9th May I have been getting msgs that your product will be delivered today and again get a msg as product undelivered whereas no one has came for delivery. This is been going on since 9th May. On 13th I raised a complaint on this issue and was informed that my issues will get resolved within 48 hours. But till date have not got any revert. Today morning I again called and asked, on which they confirmed that product will get delivered today. Again as usual Ecom Express failed and when I called customer service team now asking for status on my complaint, they are saying that they have some internal issues and product will get delivered only after 21st May. They don't have a process to inform update on complaint raised to customer. Further, have asked Senior management escalation desk contact details for raising complaint which they have not provided. Customer care executive name was Abhishek Jaiswal and they are of no help to the customers and not providing any information to the customers.

                              I had ordered a product on nykaa with ecom express awb - [protected] on 3rd may, 2022
                              I got a message on 5th may evening that shipment could not be delivered as I was not available when in reality, there was no delivery attempt on address nor I received any call for the same. I rescheduled the delivery for next day but then again no delivery attempt was made. Till 13th may, the parcel was showing as delivery to be attempted but on 15th may, it was showing that my parcel is in gurugram. I called the ecom express customer care on 17th may, where the representative said that there was an internal issue which was resolved on 15th may and you'll get your parcel in next 24-48 hours. But today, 19 may, I called again to know the status and another rep said that there is an internal issue which would be resolved by 23rd may and after that sometime, you'll receive your parcel and urgent delivery would be done. i am not sure how its an urgent delivery as its already been 15 days and after 23rd would be 20 days. I want to receive my parcel asap now and already fed up with all the excuses.

                                Here I am a meesho supplier and raising complaint against Ecom Express Pickup Agent. False delay is done by the pickuo agent of Ecom Express. I have raised multiple complaints on Ecom Express helpline but no action is taken regarding my issue.

                                  I have ordered an item on 4th May. The delivery date set as 16th May. I didn't received the item till 18th may.

                                  Item was out for delivery on 15th May and delivery not happen with adding note as heavy rain. On the perticular date there was no rain at my area.

                                  Even though after 15th there is no update on the item. Called customer support and updated the above on 17th May. They said that item will be delivered by 24 hours. I think thier watch is not working it seems so they are waiting to complete 24hr in their watch. Disgusting delivery support ever I seen.

                                      My Shipment was Supposed to deliver on the 13th of May, but till the 18th I wait the E.com team confirmed it was twice misplaced. And now they are taking complaints to resolve these issues and need 120:00HR to resolve They keep saying they are escalating but nothing happened. And It’s a surprise to me this shipment was not delivered at the given time but they have not taken any proper action after 7 days also; until I have given the complaint. Even I requested to deliver within 24:00hr but they directly denied to me. Even those these kinds of major issues they do not share any proper updates/ information with customers until customers complain.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordered medicines on 13th May 2022 from Nedmeds. I got a message from delivery partner Ecom express that your order will be delivered on 17th May yet received no call and the same happened on 18th (today0. Finally when I called at 6 PM they were clueless and said will call back. They called back and asked us to come to a location 2 kilometres away to pickup.

                                        This is absolutely ridiculous when it is clearly written in package that its is “URGENT”. These are kidney transplant medicines are are very important and needs to be delivered on time. It has happened with ECOM before while ordering medicine from NEDMEDS as had to go to their office after no deliver was made post 3 days receiving the package at their office.

                                        It is really unacceptable that they should treat packages marked as "Medicine and URGENT" so carelessly.
