I have ajio return pick up schedul and ajio doesn't share AWB or tracking no. The delivery agent collected the parcel and he didn't update the status and the item didn't reached ajio. Soy refund didn't processed. This is the second time in facing the similar issue. It's been more than twelve days I didn't receive my order from Flipcart previously I used to receive bby product within four to five days but this time due to ecom courier express I didn't received on proper address and in time.Totally dissapointed with the kind of customer service they provide to us.Everytime they denied to delievered my order in my proper address.third class customer service....

I have been calling the delivery executive to deliver the consignment. He is very rude and clearly said that he will not deliver the item as it's far for him. It has been showing as 'Out for delivery' since 10th April 2022. He has also updated the system saying that customer is not available to receive the product.

This is not at all acceptable and should be dealt very seriously. Note...

Actually I placed my order at shopee on 28th march 2022, the delivery date shown by ecom express is 5th April tho it was shown out for delivery I didn't receive my product, I contacted ecom express for the update they told to call shopee to unlock the product, when I contacted shopee I conveyed them the same thing but they said it will be delivered in 2 days, I was contacting both ecom express and shopee none of them understanding one other...

I'm ordered to meesho and delivered by Ecom express but I didn't receive order .. Delivery boy comes at my near location and said come and pick your parcel except He delivered at door step.. And The near location is 10 minutes walking distance and He wasn't wait .. And I want my parcel at doorstep...

I am waiting for this shipment [protected] since 25th March. Almost 15 days, I made several calls to call centre, they say that due to some internal problem at Hyd location, delivery was failed. I will receive in 24 to 48 hrs but 15 days gone but committed 24 to 48 hrs not arrived yet. Call centre cannot even provide reference number for my interaction with them. I have order a product form shopee website and it was shipped via ecom express.

The shopee tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

The package never came to my place or even i didn't get any call from the delivery executive about the same at the date of delivery

I cross check with neighbor also...

Amazon sent our ordered pack on apr1 to madakasira till now we have not recieved the
Product.Today when we went to office he is not ready to give and saying that it is strucked in the load, he will deliver later and he talked
so negligently and rudelessly.Why companies are entrusted such a bad delivery company we dont know.please resolve the issue.This is yhe 2nd time we are facing problem with this guys....

Today, As I was busy I can't attend the call of delivery person. He asked me to share delivery otp to deliver the product at my neighbourhood, I gave him my neighbours phone number but he didn't contacted them. And after few minutes, I received message of order delivered, but I dint received it....

My parcel having tracking id[protected] was ordered on amazon and was supposed to be delivered by ecom express. once the parcel had arrived the shipping address after which the parcel is being tagged with OUT FOR DELIVERY LOCK by amazon. 24th march i have called amazon and they have removed this lock. to reassure i have contacted ecom express on the same date and being informed that the parcel will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. today i.e....
