The Ecom express Sullia have mentioned one contact number in the google..I tried to call that number..And that number belongs to someone else who isn't working in ecom express..and i searched the google for to get contact number of them..I couldn't find.How they can be so irresponsible....

My product is showing on bhopal station from yesterday .I want my product at time it was important for me pls deliver my product at time.my order id is [protected].

The order refund should have been initiated but nothing has been done to return the order as it is OFD Locked.

But today tracking my status showing unsuccessful pickup.. So iam calling for customer care ecomexpress ..they are is a taking me your product is unsuccessful.. So but Not received any message and any call from delivery partner for Ecomexpress . Why will do this delivery partner any time..

I ordered 4 products (pre-paid) from AJIO, 2 products went to XPRESSBEES and another 2 went to ECOMEXPRESS (ALL ARE SAME ADDRESS). In this 4 orders I received 2 products from XPRESSBEES (perfect) and 1 product from ECOMEXPRESS (AWB no. [protected]) . The remaining 1 product via ECOMEXPRESS (AWB no. my package containing nokia 5.4 in rto lock stage

i refused to accept the order of mobile nokia 5.4 on march 13 2022 from ecom express because of few product and package issues from nokia . the nokia 5.4 was still not delivered to nokia ware house...

One of the ecom express delivery boy namely Junaid (doing delivery job in ecom express at Anantnag (Jammu & Kashmir) had delivered many couriers to me like AwB No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] has been delivered by the same delivery boy, but since couple of days he is doing mischievious acts by updating in app that the "Courier was undelivered as the address was unlocated" for this AwB No.[protected]...

The delivery guy is taking rudely and not delivering my order continuously 2nd day and give wrong reason of not delivering order without doing a single call pls take strict action against him....

On 12th march i order this product awb no ( [protected]) from shopsy which is another branch of Flipkart.
so on 20th march my product delivered in my city delivery boy called me for address he said ( i will come at evening) but he didn't came and even didn't call me back, till 22 march 3 attempts was held by delivery boy but he never call me for delivery concern, when i call to ecom express costomer care they said my now product have...

Issue: No movement in the parcel status for so many days, then after so many complaints on call, email, social media. Every time I got the same commitment that your issue is escalated and wait for 72...

My order is not same the product which I actually ordered please refund it I don't like the product...

I ordered a product in amazon ana i wish to return it and return the product to ecom express staff and that is not update till now i return the product by18 feb. No response from the ecom express side. Make me helpful. Solve my problem or else I move by sue...

My package in RTO state reaches the origin city Mumbai but its stuck at the Delivery center since 20-3-22, today is the fifth day and its still there.

I talked to them, they said they will resolve the issue, but nothing is done.
