    I've ordered a MI phone charger worth of 1000, it has been dispatched on May 9th but still I haven't received any message or phone call from them.i think this company doing fraud, it is nearly a month I ordered still I haven't received my parcel.

          I have ordered my product on 8th May 2022 and the product was out for delivery on 11th may but the courier boy never called me but he's updating the delivery status as wrong address even though I provided the complete and correct address. When I tried to reach them they didn't responded, when i tracked the product it's showing we'll deliver the product tomorrow everyday but no one is coming to deliver the product. Today it's showing OFD locked. My order#NYK[protected] and my AWB#[protected]. Kindly resolve my issue and deliver my product ASAP.

            I ordered medicines from tata 1mg. They send the medicine through Ecom express. I'm not available on 1st day when the delivery boy bring the order. My mobile also switched off at that time. Next day I got a message from Ecom express. I contacted the delivery boy regarding the delivery. But he told me to come and collect at courier office. From then he never called me. But I'm getting messages like the delivery was attempted. But I'm not available.
            What is the use of this type of delivery boy?

                I ordered a high amount product and the courier service selected was ecom express. This product was in transit on 9th May had to be delivered on 10 May but they said incorrect pincode. I have not changed my address nor pincode from last 5 yrs but still they dint deliver the product. The Ajio services has bad customer support and the ECOM EXPRESS DISGUSTING. I HAD MADE PAYMENT HENCE THEY WERE NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT IF I WOUKD HAVE NOT PAID MAY BE BEFORE THE DELIVERING DATE THEY WOULD HAVE DELIVERED. DISGUSTING AND WAST SERVICE PROVIDED BY ECOM EXPRESS.

                  I have ordered books and it's is coming from Ecom express but didn't reaches to me till date and it's is very important book. even calling Ecom express they said they are apologize of the above mentioned concern. The actual date of delivery is 10 of May on 13 Of May The Product is Out for delivery but not delivered to me till date after calling the team they said that the product must delivered to you between 6-8 pm but not delivered to me and also said that we have accelerated your concerns but till date I didn't get my order. The sent a message of Arriving today with a phone number and a pin after calling that number it said that you are calling from unregistered number even I am calling from a registered number.. My order didn't reaches to me till today.

                    I am niharika I ordered a product from becoming ias website and has shipped through ship rocket and should be delivered by ecom express by delivery agent but delivery agent didn't given ordered product to home and sent message of ordered product were delivered on 13 may 2022 but still I didn't got my product at home I am worrying I was prepaid but no product reached to home please help me out through sending back my ordered product back to home from delivery agent bobbali vijayendhar I mention name because I got feedback message also this is not fair

                            I have booked my books from physics wallah website. It has been more than 15 days but still I haven't received my parcel. The delivery boy updates the status as per his wish, doesn't call me either and gives false reasons for parcel not being delivered. I call customer care daily but they have mugged up only one answer that is just to wait for 48 hours.

                                  The estimated delivery date of my order was 6th May and today it's 12th of May. It's showing that I've given wrong pincode but that's definitely not right. I've given the right pincode of my area. Now it's showing OFD lock applied while it's in my state and even district. Please get it delivered as soon as possible. It's a very important package.

                                      I ordered the product from adidas online store, and their preferred delivery partner is Ecom express, my delivery date was 4th may 2022 and today is 11th may, till now i am not able to get my shipment due to misconduct by Ecom delivery person . He called me every time and put the call either on hold or not utter a word while on phone simultaneously i can hear the background noise and just after this he put remark that customer not available and wrong address.

                                      I tried to complaint about this to escalation team but they didn’t do anything, this is causing my precious time and waste of energy in such little thing. These kind of activity lead to mental disturbances. I have all the recordings regarding this incident please let me know how to provide these evidence to you

                                        I order a jeans from myntra, and i want to return it, so a ecom delivery boy come and pick up return after that cencel return and call me and say get your order back from service center, i say it's your duty, he cut the call, its about 2 weeks i didn't get my order back. I lost 700 rupees because of delivery boy and team, i call ecom team but they did nothing
