    Ecom express is denying to deliver my order the issue that my pincode differ slightly from what they have in the last second digit.Despite the order being in the same city they didn't even tried to contact me and when asked they said they will not deliver my order till the pin code is changed.I have informed them that I am unable to do so even though my address is correct they are not delivering me my order.My AWB no.           I didn’t get my order till now.In the last Friday and Saturday I got two messages from Ecom express regarding the arrival of my Product and giving the PIN number.They called me for entering the pin.Whenever I enter the pin they always saying that the PIN number is incorrect.It was an computer call and I didn’t get any call from my delivery boy.What should I do?I want my order as early as possible

            I ordered from nokia site on 26th april and the expected date of delivery by ecom was 6th may... It's 7th today i don't get my order till... I visit to the centre they said ofd code is applied.. my order is very urgent they didn't resolving the problem and I'm still waiting...

              I called Ecom Express Customer Service department thrice today to know about the location of the shipment.

              Call 1 assured me that it has reached my location.
              Call 2 told me that it is still in Bhiwandi.
              Call 3 told me they don't know the location of the shipment and transferred to their senior department and after all these rigmaroles they told me that the shipment is still at Bhiwandi. ( the tracking on the website shows that it is still at Chennai)

                They give me delivery date of 1st may. But its 5th of may .but they dont deliver my product yet. And they didnt does my help also

                  We ordered 3 items items from AJIO, but we get 2 wrong items and didn't received 1 item ...then also in my AJIO order summary it's showing 3 items successfully delivered..

                      My product has not been delivered for more than 5 days now. As per ecom's website, the product has reached delivery center on 23rd. I received "out for delivery" messages for three days continuously but the product was not delivered. The delivery boy contacted me on 24th and said he will deliver it the next day without stating any reason. But he has updated the status as "customer not available" for all 3 days that the delivery was supposedly attempted. When I try contacting using the number and pin given in the "out for delivery" messages, nobody answers. When I contacted customer service, they accepted their mistake and said it will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours but nothing has happened so far.

                              My order with teestory is out for delivery tracking number [protected] (by Ecom express) since last Saturday i.e the 17th April. On that day it was undelivered because I wasn't reachable. Hence i requested to teestory to update it with my husband's phone number. But there were no other attempts made till 23rd April where it was undelivered again this time with no reason. 25th April it's out for delivery again. Teestory doesn't have a customer care number (?!) and I'm getting bot-like replies from their email (attached some of them) Ecom express customer care is equally useless. They keep saying they are escalating but nothing happened

                              Finally i got the item delivered yesterday. I asked the courier person who came to deliver what was the reason for the delay, but he didn't respond. The "internal issue" which they quoted as a reason for delay is still unknown.

                                I had ordered a product via PG Shop. The product was suppose to be delivered on 14th of April 2022. The product is lying at their delivery centre from the 18th of April 2022. And their office address is false. And when contacted the customer support they don't have an address to pick up the product. Irresponsible service. The product is worth over Rs 5000. Request immediate action

                                    It has been 5 days since my parcel reached my hometown. It contains medicine from Netmeds. But The necessary parcel like medicine is delayed by ecom. They always promise and say we will deliver tomorrow. When I reached the Ecom office they said me that kal subeh 10 baje tak pakka deliver ho jayega aaj mil nahi rha . But till now I haven’t received my medicine. Its very urgent for me . Disappointing

                                      Everyday will receive a message that the ordered item will be delivering today.but at the end of the day recieving another message that the item is undelivered. None from Ecom express came for the delivery.
