My order with teestory is out for delivery tracking number [protected] (by Ecom express) since last Saturday i.e the 17th April. On that day it was undelivered because I wasn't reachable. Hence i requested to teestory to update it with my husband's phone number. But there were no other attempts made till 23rd April where it was undelivered again this time with no reason. 25th April it's out for delivery again. Teestory doesn't have a customer care number (?!) and I'm getting bot-like replies from their email (attached some of them) Ecom express customer care is equally useless. They keep saying they are escalating but nothing happened

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally i got the item delivered yesterday. I asked the courier person who came to deliver what was the reason for the delay, but he didn't respond. The "internal issue" which they quoted as a reason for delay is still unknown.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
