    I have placed 7 orders from Myntra. The orders were shipped through ecom express. The parcel reached the delivery center between April 8 and April 9 . Now it is more than 6 days since they held the package. I've contacted the ecom express customer care. The replay always apologizes for the parcel being late. The parcel is on OFD lock please contact Myntra Customer care.No one is helping me with the issue.
    Ecom Express doesn't have a proper delivery center in my area. The delivery boys are always rude and behave badly. The worst parcel company ever.

      This is not first time for me. I already experienced more than 5 times Flipkart and Amazon consignments sent back to seller because it was a big parcel. Most of them baby products such as diapers. 2 times they deliberately dragged to deliver the consignment because they said they dont have four wheeler. And also make me pick-up the product by my own vehicle and also made a threat that they will send it back if i didn't pick-up. This time i ordered mobile in Flipkart using EMI Facility. The seller also processed on same day and as a courier partner ecom express picked it from seller. Until it arrives to nearby delivery agent it was ok. On the day of arrival it was shown as item left the center at 10am something and it came back to center at few minutes later. NOTE: THIS BACKLOG RECORD WAS MODIFIED. First i thought they will deliver on next day. But the next day early morning it was left out from the center 4.53am. Now i feel suspicious and contact the delivery office incharge and he said they mistakenly send it back to madurai hub and he assured the phone will be delivered by Saturday. But today the package was sent to wrong delivery center. Again contact the thiruvarur office incharge and he said he will pick it up from wrong delivery agent and ask me to pick-up from them.

      Now my question is what are they doing without a proper facilities such as four wheeler or manpower in thiruvarur? Even they cant handle small package?

          I had ordered medicines from Netmeds and Ecom was the courier partner. The delivery boy came to my doorstep but refused to hand over the order as I was not able to get an OTP SMS due to a network coverage issue.
          I had valid ID proofs but that was not accepted.

            Hello,
            I have ajio return pick up schedul and ajio doesn't share AWB or tracking no. The delivery agent collected the parcel and he didn't update the status and the item didn't reached ajio. Soy refund didn't processed. This is the second time in facing the similar issue. Previously I faced issue with Myntra pickup where i ended up paying from My account and delivery guy updated Myntra saying they didn't collect the parcel. For acknowledgement both the time they said the.process changed and now they are not giving acknowledgement. This time his picture and mobile no captured by apartment entry application but the no given is wrong no. Seems like Ecom express delivery agents stealing the return pickup items and i see there are many complaints. Now to whom I have to contact

              It's been more than twelve days I didn't receive my order from Flipcart previously I used to receive bby product within four to five days but this time due to ecom courier express I didn't received on proper address and in time.Totally dissapointed with the kind of customer service they provide to us.Everytime they denied to delievered my order in my proper address.third class customer service.

                  I have been calling the delivery executive to deliver the consignment. He is very rude and clearly said that he will not deliver the item as it's far for him. It has been showing as 'Out for delivery' since 10th April 2022. He has also updated the system saying that customer is not available to receive the product.

                  This is not at all acceptable and should be dealt very seriously. Note that the consignment contains school books. Because of your delivery circus, student is getting impacted.

                    Today I was in a meeting, that call diverted to my husband. He also called to me. He informed to delivery boy that I was in a meeting he waited for 10min. Again he called and told to my husband I will come tomorrow. I got message at 2230 pm item has been returned.My order returned. One hr before he should call and confirm but he didnt do that. This is how Ecom express people treat.

                          Actually I placed my order at shopee on 28th march 2022, the delivery date shown by ecom express is 5th April tho it was shown out for delivery I didn't receive my product, I contacted ecom express for the update they told to call shopee to unlock the product, when I contacted shopee I conveyed them the same thing but they said it will be delivered in 2 days, I was contacting both ecom express and shopee none of them understanding one other and keeping my product delayed. It's been more than 4 days I am contacting them everyday, ecom express is not sending my product pls do something

                              I am waiting for this shipment [protected] since 25th March. Almost 15 days, I made several calls to call centre, they say that due to some internal problem at Hyd location, delivery was failed. I will receive in 24 to 48 hrs but 15 days gone but committed 24 to 48 hrs not arrived yet. Call centre cannot even provide reference number for my interaction with them. Worst courier service I ever seen. Delivery is too delayed. I believe atleast now some one look forward and deliver my shipment by tomorrow.

                                The product was supposed to be delivered by 2 april. Everyday they send a message that it is supposed to be delivered today and end up not delivering it. They further say that they tried contacting but were unable to but I don't get any calls. When i try to contact the delivery person, it asks for the pin, having provided that it says that I'm not calling from RMN even though i am. The customer service has been highly unhelpful as they don't provide any contact with the delivery executive. Highly disappointed.

                                  The shipment for the above parcel number is yet to be delivered, i have raised complaints also two days back they said that it will be delivered to you in another 24-48hrs but it is not delivered to me in the speculated time and today i have spoken to your executive manshika and the call escalated to the person ruby and she said that we will highlight your delay in parcel to the respective ecom express delivery locations. but not confirming when it will be delivered to me.

                                  I want to know who is responsible for this and where my parcel is kept. and when it will be delivered to me.

                                    I have order a product form shopee website and it was shipped via ecom express.

                                    The shopee tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't recieved the same,

                                    The package never came to my place or even i didn't get any call from the delivery executive about the same at the date of delivery

                                    I cross check with neighbor also but they are not received and one more thing without my id or signature how the delivery completed and the shipment date[protected] i am in home only so when shipment is delivered i am totally confused do need full
