Every time I call there executives answer only 24-48 hrs to deliver
I Hav raised 8complaints ders no response

      Today, As I was busy I can't attend the call of delivery person. He asked me to share delivery otp to deliver the product at my neighbourhood, I gave him my neighbours phone number but he didn't contacted them. And after few minutes, I received message of order delivered, but I dint received it.

        My parcel having tracking id[protected] was ordered on amazon and was supposed to be delivered by ecom express. once the parcel had arrived the shipping address after which the parcel is being tagged with OUT FOR DELIVERY LOCK by amazon. 24th march i have called amazon and they have removed this lock. to reassure i have contacted ecom express on the same date and being informed that the parcel will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. today i.e. 31st march i enquired again about my parcel with ecom and they informed me again to call amazon to remove the out for delivery lock. how many times do they expect me to do the same. to save time i has ordered online and here they have been wasting my because i have to call both sides again and again.
        this is a completely dissapointing since there is no co-ordination among amazon and ecom express teams.

            Dear Dealer,
            I am Jainesh Rana from Vaghai, Dang, Gujarat. I palce my order on /myntra on dated 27/03/2022 and my courier shipped on Monday 28/03/2022. I am facing problem to track my courier after it shipped. When ever i track my courier with tracking id, website shows me not a single update on my courier about where it reached or expexcted delivery date.

                But today tracking my status showing unsuccessful pickup.. So iam calling for customer care ecomexpress ..they are is a taking me your product is unsuccessful.. So but Not received any message and any call from delivery partner for Ecomexpress . Why will do this delivery partner any time.. So i have cancelled my Return /refund tomorrow and again Return /refunds process tomorrow on 29/03/22.                       Have 5 correspondences with the customer service team with no help.

                      The order refund should have been initiated but nothing has been done to return the order as it is OFD Locked.

                      All attempts to get in touch with customer service have failed, agents pick up calls and disconnect or just plainly disconnect calls without even answering. I spent an hour today, trying to get a hold of someone but could not.

                      This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.

                      I have documented all the instances of my calls being disconnected and emails not being responded to.

                      I am in talks with a lawyer to file a complaint in consumer court and also with a social media agent to start a campaign to expose this blatant misuse of people's trust and money.

                      Please unlock OFD Lock at the earliest and attempt delivery again or return item to the seller.

                              I ordered 4 products (pre-paid) from AJIO, 2 products went to XPRESSBEES and another 2 went to ECOMEXPRESS (ALL ARE SAME ADDRESS). In this 4 orders I received 2 products from XPRESSBEES (perfect) and 1 product from ECOMEXPRESS (AWB no. [protected]) . The remaining 1 product via ECOMEXPRESS (AWB no. [protected]) should reach by 23 march 2022. On that day evening delivery person called and asked me about the address, I gave many hints and that person don't know even the area and he only knows the native language (no English & Hindi). after that he told to wait for 15-30 mins he's on the way. After that I got message marked as undelivered and he's not at all attempting to deliver.
                              26th march 4:31pm I received a message that it's out for delivery, I tried to call that service number with the product PIN but it didn't connect, I checked with AWB number on their website and there it's showing 4:36pm that again marked as undelivered. When I'm complaining their remarks is area PIN code not matching and I gave the delivered product AWB number, so they understand that the delivery person entering wrong remarks and they're telling me to wait for 24hrs 48hrs.NO RESPONSE. again I called same things REPEAT. again today I called REPEAT.

                              I've many other works to do and they're wasting my time a lot.
                              I don't know about the compensations and all when the delay in delivering a product.

                                    i refused to accept the order of mobile nokia 5.4 on march 13 2022 from ecom express because of few product and package issues from nokia . the nokia 5.4 was still not delivered to nokia ware house delhi by ecom express and my refund process is on hold for this reason.

                                        Sir,

                                        One of the ecom express delivery boy namely Junaid (doing delivery job in ecom express at Anantnag (Jammu & Kashmir) had delivered many couriers to me like AwB No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] has been delivered by the same delivery boy, but since couple of days he is doing mischievious acts by updating in app that the "Courier was undelivered as the address was unlocated" for this AwB No.[protected] as this courier is also on the same address as for above AwB numbers. The ordered items are very urgent as it was supposed to be delivered on 24th March, 2022 but the delivery boy is not delivering it intentionally. Even the delivery boy has been called back by me several times on his personal number [protected], but he is not attending my call. I am going to complaint against ecom express in consumer court here.
