I ordered for a piece of 3 Anarkali Salwar-women through ecom express portal. I received the parcel on 7th march paid the cash 800Rs. I opened it, very shocking it was not what i ordered. Infact it is not worth for beggers, some cleaning cloth is delivered. Its a big fraud. I want to return the parcel and refund my money....

Hello there, I ordered a product in 23th February and the last date of delivery is 2th March. But still I don't get my. I reattempted the order so many times. The delivery boy is not calling me for the delivery. But still my order is undeliverable. I complained in customer care number. And they said please wait for 24 to 36 hours, your order will be delivered. But nothing I get. I'm very unsatisfied and frustrated. I'm very badly need this...

This DC supervisor Mr. Ankur kotoky and his team delivery boy behavior is very bad, and misbehaving to all customers, his team refused to percel doorstep delivery or ask to customer OTP to canceld the percel.

Hi.I had ordered a product through Samsung. The place of pickup and place of delivery are both the same. It's been 5 days but still the tracking page says the the product is lying in the same hub.The estimated delivery date was 1st March. That's why I ordered the product so that I get it soon. Worst delivery agents, Always they update the fake response. Many times my orders are cancelled by delivery agents by updating the fake remarks. No help from customer care also. These people are unfit to do business.
