    On 12th march i order this product awb no ( [protected]) from shopsy which is another branch of Flipkart.
    so on 20th march my product delivered in my city delivery boy called me for address he said ( i will come at evening) but he didn't came and even didn't call me back, till 22 march 3 attempts was held by delivery boy but he never call me for delivery concern, when i call to ecom express costomer care they said my now product have ofd lock, i searched for this i found nothing about it, and even Flipkart also refuse to say about this ofd lock they don't know about this .
    my product is in my city and they don't deliver it to me even they refused me to tell the location, contact no. of delivery centre and also said even if they provide me location they will not give me my product, they say now my product will not be deliver to me and cancel it by them .
    its a clear fraud by ecom express

      Shipment at Delivery Centre

      HYDERABAD-HYI | Date: 23 Mar, 2022 05:13 hrs,
      this is the message that shows up but I have not received the product . I call up the CC I get a reply plz wait we do not know when it would be delivered. We are raising a complain you will hear within 24 to 48 hrs ...Time passes & I follow the same cycle once again...

        Date of Order: 9th March 2022
        AWB Number: [protected]
        Expected Delivery Date: 17th March 2022
        Parcel arrived at local delivery centre: 11th March 2022 (from 11th March to 24th March, it was at the same place)

        Issue: No movement in the parcel status for so many days, then after so many complaints on call, email, social media. Every time I got the same commitment that your issue is escalated and wait for 72 hours, you'll receive your parcel.
        In last they say, your parcel will be not delivered because RTO lock is applied on your parcel, as it was sent on the wrong route by ECOM.

        First complaint raised: 19th March 2022 (Ecom Support: [protected])
        Out for Delivery: 24th March 2022
        Parcel not delivered because the parcel was sent on the wrong route by Ecom.
        RTO lock applied on 25th March 2022

        Solution: Revoke the RTO lock and request to deliver the parcel as soon as possible. I need my order.

        As, I already mentioned it was returned back to the shopping portal because the parcel is misrouted by ECOM. And, before that parcel was at Bhopal delivery centre from 13th March to 24th March (11 days at single place, not going to origin or destination)

        Why ECOM not delivered the parcel before 24th March?

        Shopping portal cancelled the order on 25th March when ECOM is not successful in delivering the parcel in 15 days. So, you can't say, this all happened because of Shopping portal.

              My package in RTO state reaches the origin city Mumbai but its stuck at the Delivery center since 20-3-22, today is the fifth day and its still there.

              I talked to them, they said they will resolve the issue, but nothing is done.

              My refund is awaiting because the package is not received by the seller.

                        I ordered a product from Beyoung.in
                        And they dispatched the item and further shipment was with ECOM EXPRESS
                        I got a message about today is your delivery and their executive call me the delivery boy, he just called me put call on mute and he started ignoring call so I did complaint it's now 5 days they are cheating me for next day next day delivery
                        And I collected info these ECOM EXPRESS delivery guys don't want to deliver on Door steps but want us to collect order from their hub what's use of home delivery then, and they also speak rudely and they have fake contact details it's a fraud company

                            I have been ordered some stuff from meesho.your company delivery person is not in good manners..how can he cancel my delivery aftr giving intimation through call.He called me on yesterday (18/03/2022)afternoon to get my order but he cancelled the order on (17/03/2022) itself...what is thr any joke you people are making such a irritating...and also ask him to learn some basic sense whn speak to others...without knowing the risk of this job who has asked to come to this work such a ridiculous and irritating...already one or two months befr itself he is the same person..for address guidance he is trying to blame myself like am telling wrong address bla bla bla...he is delivering a things from salem to attur...manners is must even u people are in some situation everyone is under some situation...those who are deserving a mannerism recruit them for this job pls...

                                Very very worst company and people to deal with. End to end, starting from the delivery boy to the customer service representatives and their so called higher officials, they are all a whole lot of disgraceful people who don't serve the customers but just simply annoy them with their bloody policies. They have a [censored] policy of attempting deliveries thrice even after the customer refuses to accept it in the first instance that too right at the door step. This is the umpteenth time I am facing this issue and totally fed up now. They just test patience and are a whole lot of [censored]s who come to office to simply warm up the chairs and leave the office without providing any resolution to the customer queries. They all have the same answers to different queries. It seems like they have a template in front of them from which they just read out stuff. They never really use their brain. Worst lot of disgraceful people. This company should shutdown its operations as quickly as possible coz it doesn't serve the purpose at all for which it was started or probably it was started to only irritate and annoy customers beyond limit.

                                    I have ordered a product from flipkart 1 week before. It was about to be delivered on 15th March. On that day I received a message stated that product is undelivered because customer refused to accept it. But the fact is, delivery boy not even called me once. Then after lot of customer calls to flipkart and ecom express, they confirmed me that the product will be delivered today. And I got a delivery message with pin number and even received a call from ecom delivery. But the call disconnected automatically in 5 seconds without any answer. Now I again received a message stated that the product is undelivered within 2 minutes after that call

                                    Don't know what the ECOM Express is thinking (or their's delivery boy). I tried to connect with ecom express with that pin number but that too failed. This is the worst ever delivery agent I faced (and most of the customer it seems).

                                    If you can't deliver the product then can't you inform the customer? I am raising this complaint only after I tried to contact the ecom express customer care multiple times but no response from them

                                      In our area, a delivery boy is deliberately not delivering the service, despite on phone I told him many times to come and drop the courier. During last two days at morning I receive a sms that your item will be delivered today however at evening the response comes that the delivery was not completed .
