    I am from Kottayam, Kerala, I have ordered one items with option online payment and it was shipped through delivery agent Ecom Express with tracking ID [protected]
    The consignment reached Kottayam thiruvalla area on 11 march 2022 area on[protected] and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet. the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment .

      Jeeves Consumer Services has given one parcel on my name on 26.02.2022 bearing docket no: [protected], but till now it is not delivered. If we call to Customer Care they are very rude and behaving irresponsibly and not giving proper response to my call. Whenever I call to customer care they are telling we will deliver the parcel kindly wait. Every time they are giving the same answer.

      It has been 20 days and still awaiting for my parcel.

      Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

        I received a parcel in 12 March, delivery boy demanded me to pay 20000 COD for opening and verifying the parcel . I paid him in phonepe and opened the parcel in front of cc cam only. Also I recorded a video in my mobile. I received a fake mobile, completely not working, I asked that delivery boy to give my money and take that parcel and return to them, but he not accepted. I lost my money please help me

          I booked some product on Meesho, dated 09/03/22. Delivery address was my office address. On Sunday 13/03/22, 11:13 am I got a message that Ecom Express Executive will deliver the package on that day. At 04.09 pm again got a message that my package was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. No phone call was made by the delivery boy. On 14/03/22, I made a request to reattempt delivery, but till now I did not get the package. I think the delivery boys of this company does not deliver courier, they just update status as address was unlocatable from their home or branch office. A Hyundai Car Showroom on National Highway is really unlocatable? Why doesn't they make a call to the customer?

            I ordered a cotton mattress from Shopee on 1st March, at Ecom office the delivery came
            on 5th March but they did not delivered my order, I was supposed to get my delivery on 7th March, 2022 but then as the days passes I got frustrated and contacted Ecom customer care and filed lots of complaints regarding my issues, then after few days local Ecom delivery service guy called me and said your order will be delivered my tomorrow and on the next day he did not call me and updated 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, on 11th March, he sent a message at 4.10pm stating your order is out for delivery and just after 9minutes at 4.19pm they updated that delivery attempt is unsuccessful, how could he even reach at my delivery place within 9 minutes, I don't live very near to Ecom office, if that would have been the case then i would my picked up my delivery without troubling Ecom customer care services. Then after 11th March they keep on updating wrong delivery remarks and today it's 15th March, and today when I called Ecom customer care service they told me that your order has now put on ofd lock and now you have to contact your shop provider from where you have ordered, I called there and they removed my ofd lock but still I don't think my order gonna delivered to me soon or i guess never. I request to please take his into your high consideration because I have been calling Ecom consumer care since 9th March, I even filed lots of cases but nothing is happening. So I request to please help me out. I really started hating Ecom express.

                Hi,

                I writing this after trying too much calling with Ecom customer support.

                In Oct-2021, i ordered one package from MISO and it was delivered by ECOM express.

                Due to product mismatch I placed return of the product and which was again picked up by ECOM agent. However he did not submit the same to the warehouse and did a fraud with me.

                I had call recordings with that conforming the same. I also checked with other ECOM staff and I got to know that agent did fraud with lots of people. That Agent is removed from Ramgarh, Alwar Rajasthan and placed to Deeg, Bharatpur region.

                I conveyed the same to ECOM customer care many times but there was no support. Although they know fraud happened but they don't want to accept. Finally decided to put my comments on consumer complaints.

                      I placed an order on 8th Feb 2022. They said it will be delivered within 20 days. But it hasn't been delivered yet. They tried to contact me on 22nd Feb and on 23rd Feb but I wasn't available at that time. They called and said on 24th that it will be delivered within the next 48 hrs. but they didn't. And after that, it is showing on 28th Feb that it is under OFD lock. Now on 14th Mar, it is under RTO lock. They haven't delivered the product but they took prepaid payment. I have been trying to contact them since then but they are not responding.

                        I ordered a blazer from the Van Heusen website, but they arranged a pickup for return because of size from Ecom express, first, they van Heusen arranged a return pick up from Ecom express they didn't call me and changed the status to address not found, one more time again file a compliant in van Heusen they arranged another return pickup, this time they called me asked about my address, actually this delivery team in Mankavu, Calicut, kerala delivered the blazer to me now they don't know my address, I told this delivery guy to call me if he doesn't find my address but he didn't call me and changed the status to address not found

                          I would like registered complain against my order with order number : [protected]. The courier boy who was suppose to deliver the order had not called me before delivering the order .
                          Just for sake of delivering the order he had dropped the packet at wrong place & marked as delivered. When i had checked with other wings people thereafter i was able to detect my packet. I called the customer care but they suggested that they will return charges . but i need that letter which is important to me.Request you to take some necessary action against irresponsible attitude.

                            This is to inform you that, I have ordered kurta from meesho which was to be delivered to me on 10th of March 2022.For which your concerned person has dispatched I have received a message with stating that the delivery boy is at your door step plz collect your parcel- I haven't received any call from delivery boy or from ur centre.In the evening I have received a text message which stated that they were unable to locate my address.sir if your concerned person has never reached my place how come they NSL me that they were unable to locate my place.
                            I have given feed back on 10 th of March that I have never received call from delivery boy and have scheduled my order on 11th of March.On the 11th of March at 3.04 pm I have received text message stating that my order will be delivered. But still I haven't received my parcel.
                            This is to bring to your knowledge that if your services are not able to meet the customers than why do you accept the shipments for those areas.
                            Please clear me where is my parcel if my parcel is in your DC than why is it not reaching me rather I m receiving message but not parcel.why is this lacking.
                            Plz ask your concerned person of DC Taloda not to add fake NSL

                              I have raised an return request of product on Myntra.

                              One of Ecom Express delivery agent picked my return order on 7th march.
                              And i did not get any acknowledgement regarding to pickup.

                              on the same day myntra has been cancelled my return due to not picking the return product.

                              I have raised complaint with ECOM Express also it's been four days since i have raised but there is no response from them

                                Ecom couriers were coming to my address till 27 feb 2022
                                but a parcel with awb number [protected] was delivered on 27 feb but delivery person Updated the status not delivered customer refused even i paid 500 rs for the parcel and he updated the status as undelivered.
                                i want to return the product but waiting for the status to be updated i called customer support 8 times.
                                and there more parcels they are misrouting each parcel for my address.
                                i contacted 8 times to ask them when the parcel will be delivered but they are rude and unprofessional always disconnect the call in between everyone is worst
                                i never faced this type of customer support executives.
                                i want to share awb numbers of the respective couriers [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]

                                  Courier has refused to do door step delivery. He inviting me to other location which is 2 km far from delivery address. and even i haven't my bike to go there and pick the parcel. I need my parcel urgently but courier didn't came at delivery address. Worst experience ever I have faced.

                                      I have ordered something in Amazon and that product is supposed to be delivered thru Ecom express. Tracking ID is [protected], when I track the shiy, this product was shipped from somewhere nearby Delhi to my village 604403 Tamilnadu which is coming under Cheyyar, TN region. Actually the product was delivered to Cheyyar from Delhi. But the delivery guy from Cheyyar to my village did not deliver as the package is big( only 2 kgs), they simply update the status as delivery attempt was failed without contacting me. Later i called that Cheyyar courier centre manager Sivakumar, and said that I will come to ur center and collect my order, he simply said the product is locked by the seller as the attempt was failed 3 times. Here my question, why you guys are playing very smart that without contacting me to deliver the product and returning the product by simply saying the attempt was failed?
                                      The courier guy said that the package was such a big one, could not bring it in bike,
                                      Actually how come the product was shipped from Delhi to Cheyyar, and how come it was not able to be delivered within 20kms limit?
                                      One of the worst experience had with Ecom express, only the lazy men are working in Cheyyar center.
