I have ordered something in Amazon and that product is supposed to be delivered thru Ecom express. Tracking ID is [protected], when I track the shiy, this product was shipped from somewhere nearby Delhi to my village 604403 Tamilnadu which is coming under Cheyyar, TN region. Actually the product was delivered to Cheyyar from Delhi. But the delivery guy from Cheyyar to my village did not deliver as the package is big( only 2 kgs), they simply update the status as delivery attempt was failed without contacting me. Later i called that Cheyyar courier centre manager Sivakumar, and said that I will come to ur center and collect my order, he simply said the product is locked by the seller as the attempt was failed 3 times. Here my question, why you guys are playing very smart that without contacting me to deliver the product and returning the product by simply saying the attempt was failed?
The courier guy said that the package was such a big one, could not bring it in bike,
Actually how come the product was shipped from Delhi to Cheyyar, and how come it was not able to be delivered within 20kms limit?
One of the worst experience had with Ecom express, only the lazy men are working in Cheyyar center.
