AWB NO - [protected] I have not recieved the product, no delivery attempted to me still its showing product delivered. The main office of ecom express did fraud with me. Help me to get my product !!!
Date of incident - 13/02/2022...

E. com express is not delivering my two orders from Shopee.in even though the sellers there have shipped the two orders to my city Kolkata (ORDER ID. 220203GKV2MVJF - AWB [protected] and ORDER ID. 220203GKV2MVJE - AWB [protected]) sending false messages to my phone saying they will deliver them, calling me up saying they will deliver my orders but not showing up / coming to my place / home to deliver it and then showing on my accounts purchase...

My delivery date is 9 feb and I cant receive it till today 13 feb delivery executive is not doing work correctly...

My Order is coming from Ecom. On 10 Feb, Delivery boy call me and Asked me for entry in society. I was allowed. But after 30-40min he called again me on phone and told that he forgot to carry my parcel so he will deliver next day. But till today I will not get that.

Point of Complaint :

1. Security:
If Delivery boy not have my parcel then why he take permission for entry. Is Our security joke?

I have been waiting for my order to get delivered from ajio since 8th february since the order is not getting delivered i have tried about 10 times contacting customer care but they only say wait for some time your order is misroute i have checked tracking of my order it basically in a loop it comes near to my address then goes somewhere else
please look into my issue
and get it delivered

i am sonu ahmed. I ordered 21 items. And some of my products are reach the destination . And out for delivery but the courier partner didn't call me or trying to contact me and undelivered my product.
Now the problem is, its not for the first time to going through this, they always do the same .
I never get any parcel through ecom express .
I am helpless .I need my products . All are very important...

Awb no is [protected].My order shipped on 28.1.2022 from Shopee. It was a prepaid order. Ecom didn't deliver it to me. No one came to my place n no call I missed but ecom updated wro g status that customer refusee to accept. I hv conplained so many times but always getting wrong information from ecom that ofd lock applied from Shopee but Shopee told that they unlocked. So much harrassment from ecom. I have online order with TATA Clique ane my shipment no is [protected]. My parcel arrived at Ahmedabad on[protected] at 7PM at my commercial office I have received call from delivery boy so I informed him that I left office so my parcel deposit with watchmen at my commercial office building but delivery boy pass msg that my address is untraceble and return my parcel I once àgain approach Ecom Express web site and inform that my parcel re deliver...

I order the product, the product is showing delivered but we didn't get the product, my AwB is [protected]...

I have ordered on 6th feb and was suppose to receive it on 10th. then received a message stating that the delivery boy couldnt contact me and the adress is wrong. but i havent received any call or atempts made for the delivery. i re requested the delivery. now again was suppose to get it on 11th which i havet received it. it says OFD lock applied. i want my delivery as soon as possible.

It's a very bad experience of your worst service... If you are not ready to ship to the required location please do not take your service and make customers unhappy...If you are not able to reach out the customers then please stop your service and we will find other shipment services...This problem is found from many years and still you are not able to resolve it...You are not eligible to provide services to required locations then don't...

I have ordered an mi phone from the mi website on February 20.The item was shipped on 25th February. The expected delivery date shown by the Ecom express was 2nd February. The order has not been delivered yet. When i raised complaint i have been told, the pandemic situation. Its been two weeks since the shipment date. Other companies like bluedart, amazon are still delivering orders in much better time. Should i have to wait for a month to...

This is regarding awb [protected]. We shipped a product to our customer on 28th Jan, it reached the destination hub on 01st Feb but no delivery attempts have been made. Today is 11th Feb and still there is no update. We called Ecom Customer service and was promised delivery in 24-48hrs but that doesn't happen either. The customer is unhappy as she thinks that we have delayed the product. Kindly arrange urgent delivery of the same....

I am e-commerce vendor send goods to customers. my location is Chengalpattu When I schedule a order no one comes to pickup and I call them to pickup the orders. The manager says there is no one in the office all resigned from the office and I working alone. After repeated follow up they come after 3 to 4 days and pickup the order. Due to delayed service most of the order get cancelled. Even after repeated complaint there is no resolution....

My consignment is not delivered to me. But the delivery person has updated delivery note by himself. There is no response when I call to customer complaint number of Ecom express. AWB [protected]....
