    The delivery person calls and says that they will deliver the package, but they clearly do not listen to the directions to address. Even when I insisted and clearly instructed, in next 2 mins they update the status as the delivery address is not proper. When we call back, it does not connect and the delivery executive number shared via SMS does not even work. I have never experienced such a pathetic delivery. The delivery address is very correctly written in Amazon and expect these service providers, never faced any issue from the other. Ecom express, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh branch is the worst. This has occurred 3 times, the shipment has reached their delivery hub 10 days ago, but never reached to my address. Very disappointed.

    Please find the status as updated on the Amazon page. The Tracking ID: [protected]. The delivery is expected to be 2nd March, and this delay is happening from last 10 days. The delivery person calls and then updates the status as no correct address, but they never followup or call to get the directions if they are so confused.

        I am from electronic city phase 1 ananta nagara bangalore, I have ordered a product from meshoo and without contancting for delivery the delivery boy added statement that customer refused to receive productand when we complained regaeding to the customer care the product came next day and when we asked him regarding without having basic manners of behaving he was arguing that "its not his mistake and we shiuld go to office and ask" and he was telling he is not bother about the bad reviews also.
        Even they know delivery calls are recorded they are dare to argue instead apologizing for their mistakes

          The pickup is done. But the pickup is done when the ecom express executive came here to deliver a product. I begged him to pickup. Ecom Express is a worst service always. They continuously do this. Why Ecom Express customercare not take any action against them ? I raised too many complaint against that Alappuzha Office. But no action taken against them still now. Please give me a clarification about this pickup issue. Why they not come here to pickup the product. I need a clarification from that concerned office (Alappuzha Office).
          We lost too many orders due to this. I need clarification. Please do it.

            Worst delivery agents, Always they update the fake response. Many times my orders are cancelled by delivery agents by updating the fake remarks. No help from customer care also. These people are unfit to do business.

            I do not understand how these people became the Amazon delivery partners.

            They call to your cell phone and they do not speak anything. They wait for you to cut the call. When you cut the call, they update the delivery status as 'Delivery attempted, but customer not available. Rescheduling delivery'. Then you call the Amazon Customer center and explain them what happened! Amazon guy ask you to calm down and wait for next two days. The very next day you will get call from Ecom and the its the same story again. But now the delivery Status changed to 'Delivery attempted, but customer refused to take delivery'.

                    Very bad and pathetic service, not at all happy with this service, my package is not delivered yet with AWB no: [protected], which I have ordered on 10th of Feb, day by day they are just extending the dates of delivery. I have never seen such a worst customer service till date.

                    I was stopping myself to write this but at last you've @ecomexpress proven that people are right about the service of e com express. Literally pathetic and disappointing! The call doesn't connect, you can't reach out to the delivery agent, delivery is late, gets undelivered many times, delivery agent says they can't locate you, no replies to complaints, no mails nothing and etc

                      I Ordered slide On 1st feb 2022. Received a damaged product. So requested for exchange. Product picked up. So far didn't receive a new slide. Registered complaints many times and Cash paid ₹1211/- for product.

                      I was waiting for more than one month. Repeatedly making calls to Ecomexpress and meesho customer care. No step was taken. Please redress.

                          AWB: [protected]. Sent a parcel from Madurai on 20-Jan-2022 to Chennai. Parcel received at delivery center on 24-Jan-2022. Today 28-Feb-2022 still they didn't deliver. Got out for deliver message on 24-Feb and after 1 hour it updated as undelivered status.

                          Contacted customer care for pickup at delivery center and they share address in next street where I was living and there is no delivery center running at the location and it was a house address.

                          They refused to share any contact details for the center also.

                          Even raised issue on portal and multiple calls they told within 24 hours they'll deliver and its almost 35 days gone.

                          Nobody contacted for delivery even contacted the mobile number with PIN received with out for delivery message and they never pickup.

                          What ever worst courier they will deliver within 2 days between Madurai to Chennai two major cities in Tamilnadu, this one not acceptable.

                            Here I have observed that few delivery agents from Ecom express are doing scam with COD products, they returning the products themself with innocent customer's mobile also by asking them otp .they are delivering products and receiving the money and then they are returning the products even after the delivery and won't return the product which causes loss to the sold companies and also this leading to get blocked our mobile numbers in Flipkart and cannot login

                                My AWB no is [protected]. The tracking is showing that package was delivered on 19 Feb 2022 but I haven’t received any package till today. I complaint to customer care but helpless. Finally I got delivery guy number I called him on 25 feb. He asked me all the details. And then again I called him for the parcel today and he asked me to come to pic at his place and I refused it and ask him to deliver the product at my home then he said I can’t come to your home. I did not accept to pic the product at his place. Finally started talking some unparliamentary language and said do what ur want and I give the u your package. The truth is he took product to his personal use and thought no one can complaint about that. His name is Manohar. Worst experience for Ecom Express.

Delivery agent called me up at 9 : 43 PM (so late in the evening) and told me that he is coming over to my place to deliver my order... but as I was going down the stairs from my second floor residence to the ground floor to receive it before I reached the last landing a message came in at 9 : 45 PM that "my order AWB No [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable" ...!!! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON ???? Just today afternoon I received two packages from E.com' s same New Alipore's office at my doorstep!! Then why this kind of deliberate harassment is being caused by E.Com... I want my order to be delivered tomorrow ASAP!!! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY!!!
