    Very bad and pathetic service, not at all happy with this service, my package is not delivered yet with AWB no: [protected], which I have ordered on 10th of Feb, day by day they are just extending the dates of delivery. I have never seen such a worst customer service till date.

    I was stopping myself to write this but at last you've @ecomexpress proven that people are right about the service of e com express. Literally pathetic and disappointing! The call doesn't connect, you can't reach out to the delivery agent, delivery is late, gets undelivered many times, delivery agent says they can't locate you, no replies to complaints, no mails nothing and etc

      I Ordered slide On 1st feb 2022. Received a damaged product. So requested for exchange. Product picked up. So far didn't receive a new slide. Registered complaints many times and Cash paid ₹1211/- for product.

      I was waiting for more than one month. Repeatedly making calls to Ecomexpress and meesho customer care. No step was taken. Please redress.

          AWB: [protected]. Sent a parcel from Madurai on 20-Jan-2022 to Chennai. Parcel received at delivery center on 24-Jan-2022. Today 28-Feb-2022 still they didn't deliver. Got out for deliver message on 24-Feb and after 1 hour it updated as undelivered status.

          Contacted customer care for pickup at delivery center and they share address in next street where I was living and there is no delivery center running at the location and it was a house address.

          They refused to share any contact details for the center also.

          Even raised issue on portal and multiple calls they told within 24 hours they'll deliver and its almost 35 days gone.

          Nobody contacted for delivery even contacted the mobile number with PIN received with out for delivery message and they never pickup.

          What ever worst courier they will deliver within 2 days between Madurai to Chennai two major cities in Tamilnadu, this one not acceptable.

            Here I have observed that few delivery agents from Ecom express are doing scam with COD products, they returning the products themself with innocent customer's mobile also by asking them otp .they are delivering products and receiving the money and then they are returning the products even after the delivery and won't return the product which causes loss to the sold companies and also this leading to get blocked our mobile numbers in Flipkart and cannot login

                My AWB no is [protected]. The tracking is showing that package was delivered on 19 Feb 2022 but I haven’t received any package till today. I complaint to customer care but helpless. Finally I got delivery guy number I called him on 25 feb. He asked me all the details. And then again I called him for the parcel today and he asked me to come to pic at his place and I refused it and ask him to deliver the product at my home then he said I can’t come to your home. I did not accept to pic the product at his place. Finally started talking some unparliamentary language and said do what ur want and I give the u your package. The truth is he took product to his personal use and thought no one can complaint about that. His name is Manohar. Worst experience for Ecom Express.

                  This is my AWB No [protected] ... and E.com is harassing me AGAIN !!! FROM THIS MOBILE NO[protected]E.Com express office New Alipore, Kolkata)... Delivery agent called me up at 9 : 43 PM (so late in the evening) and told me that he is coming over to my place to deliver my order... but as I was going down the stairs from my second floor residence to the ground floor to receive it before I reached the last landing a message came in at 9 : 45 PM that "my order AWB No [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable" ...!!! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON ???? Just today afternoon I received two packages from E.com' s same New Alipore's office at my doorstep!! Then why this kind of deliberate harassment is being caused by E.Com... I want my order to be delivered tomorrow ASAP!!! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY!!!

                      The delivery boy has no skill to talk . He talk very nonsense on call. Delivery boy's mobile number is [protected] and name is Harman. He called me from this number. Plz don't send this boy again for delivery.

                            In my recent delivery, i want to pay the money through online and i tried to pay the payment and its shows processing ..it was taking long time to get paid i dont know what the problem is something server down has happened but it was showing processing but i paid the delivery agent cash directly but after some times later. A message was initiated by bank that amount for that parcel which was processing is deducted from my bank and i want full refund for my money ... MY AWB NUMBER[protected] i want full refund of my money

                                My order was one whose number is [protected] by name Parminder Kaur from Ludhiana .. which I did not receive. I also gave the fully instructions of my address to your delivery man but he did not understand. When I asked him you do not use the map then he said No and Then I didn't receive any call from him on that day even i also sent him a inbox messege of my address and map details. Then the next two days he gave me missed calls for only 2-3 seconds and my order went back because of your delivery man I need an answer of this behaviour. Your delivery man do not work seriously. why? I ordered so much items from Shopee but i didnt find any issue from any delivery man but this one delivery man is so irresponsible.

                                      From last 3 days not delivering my shipment Abn no. [protected], from 22 april 2022 to till delivery was delayed and if tried to trace them on call i was been getting very negligent answer from ecom management and also delivery agent.
                                      On 22 delivery guy have hesitate to deliver for just 50mtrs of distance which was given in delivery address.
                                      He said it will be deliver on 23rd on 23rd another guy called me in morning and ask for address and he is not having knowledge of routes and he said he will call me once he reached to pm palem jn for route and i said ok he didn’t called me again, but all of sudden it i got a message from ajio as delivery attempt failed due to address not found in same day afternoon. Today also i got out for delivery message and when i reached to ecom delivery guy his manager spoke with me and again got an info as it will be deliver tomorrow, today it wont be done due to delivery already went on another route.

                                      I demand an cobmponciation and my delivery by today. Because of this unprofessional delivery team i rescheduled my appointment’s and got stress with this calls.
