Item still not delivered even after 10 days of deadline

Address:The item has reached Nagasandra ECom office 560073-

The item with AWB [protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 29th Jan has not yet delivered by ECom. Even after repeated follow ups and requests the item still remains undelivered. The return date is also overdue now.
The customer care always says that it will be delivered today whenever we call them but useless nor they are providing the local office number.

I did not receive my package but got message that its Delivered

I was supposed to get my package yesterday and received a message regarding it. The delivery agent called me at 4 and asked for my address. Around 5 i got message that my package is delivered. I did not receive it, nor any of my family members. Delay in resolving the issue.

I have ordered some medicines from netmeds, the have provided this package to Ecom Express courier service, the medicines was ordered on 4th Feb 2022 while that time it was shown that the delivery will be within 7th Feb 2022, but still it has not happened, still it is in transit mode at Waleyar Hub, i still don't know why it was transferred to Waleyar Hub ?? the package was coming from Cochin to Calicut, no responsible person for contact...

Used, Tampered or wrong product received in return continuously

Param dairy limited, sell their products online. Ecom express and Delihvery courier partners pick our product and deliver it to customers. But from last many days we are facing problems in retun orders.

1. Many times we get used and tampered products.
2. Many times original products was missing from the package and we received purse, water bottle or soil and many thing.

I have brought an item from Moglix but due to some issue I requested to exchange, which they approved. Track shows delivered, but not received

My delivery with AWB no. [protected] is updated as delivered but the package is not received. Tried calling customer service but they are only telling to wait for 72 hrs. It's already been 72hrs yet no resolution nor have I received the package. Customer service is really worst, it seems like they are least concerned. I have lost all faith in receiving the parcel. Product is out for delivery before 3days but not delivering the product

My order with order number [protected] is out for delivery before 3days, daily I’ll get a call and when i pick the call they’ll not say any word and they’ll cut the call before saying anything. I also tried to call them but they are not answering or sometimes they decline my call. Atlast one guy picked the call and he said they dont have staffs to deliver my product also while answering my call his attitude was very bad....

RTO lock removed and delivered my item

Dear sir,
I ordered 2 parcal and item 23 Jan and 2022, and 24 Jan 2022 parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 29th Jan and 5 th Feb 2022. feb 1th to 5th 2022 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
Then now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.

Haven't received any OTP and refuse pin and no agent or ecom express executive haven't contact me to delivery package.

On 24th January a ordered an item on shopee. item was out for delivery on 1st February. That day neither i hadn't received any call from ecom express executive nor PIN from ecom express through message. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th February same this happened. Item goes out for delivery but it shows delivery attempt unsuccessful. These days no agent called me. How do i can pickup my product until an agent of ecom express call me. I need a solution...
