    Feb 21st received call from delivery agent saying he is near the delivery address and will come in few minutes to deliver the package..
    No one come home and package not delivered.
    Feb 21st called Econ Express customer care number and complaint registered. Executive promised package will be delivered by 22nd 5 PM.
    No call and no delivery.
    Feb 22nd . No call and no delivery of product.
    Feb 23rd. received SMS delivery today. in the morning.
    Feb 23rd received one more SMS @ 2PM we were unable to deliver your package. delivery will be done next day... why ???????????? NO way to track and No way to check with anyone.
    I called EcomExpress and requested I will go and pickup the product myself from delivery center. I visited the address personally provided by customer care executive.. There is no delivery center there.. Its a fake address... who took time to visit to delivery center and wasted his time.. Its customer.
    I called from the given address and compained again that I am standing at given address but there is no ECOM office or delivery center on that given address.
    Customer care executive simply told, go and relax - we will deliver you product in 48 hours...
    What is this non sense to do delivery of a product. and even customer care does not have a way to track the delivery or the delivery agent.. nonsense...

          Had ordered Micheal kors bag from AJIO LUXE app on 9th Feb 2022. As per the information received earlier, i was supposed to receive the product on 16th Feb 2022. Even after calling customer care executive after 16th of Feb 2022, i was informed that my product would be delivered within 24hrs. It's been seven days post scheduled date of delivery and I have still not received the product and it's still in the status "SHIPMENT AT DELIVERY CENTRE". Kindly help to sort the issue at the earliest before taking a serious action, since it is a luxury bag which has high price.

            I placed an order at Clovia, which was expected to be delivered by 17th February. Until 18th February, the parcel was in transit. The parcel reached the destination delivery centre at Medak, Hyderabad on 21st February, i.e., 2 days ago. After repeated attempts to get the parcel delivered at my address, nothing substantial has happened. I need to go out of station today and the same has been brought into notice of the party. However, their accountability is only restricted to giving assurances and reassurances, which can not satisfy the mental harassment I am going through because of the non-delivery and subsequent attempts from my end. A similar incident has happened earlier, and it is no surprise that no accountability has been taken. I have had to place order twice for the same reason. The only recourse that is being made available to me is self collection. As a student from the NALSAR University of Law, situated in Shameerpet, traveling in a pandemic situation to a place at about 74 kms away for collection of my parcel seems the most illogical idea. For the above reasons and failure of accountability, I want to file a complaint against the said party.

                  Delivery boys also called me from their personal number to take my aadhaar card photo but I haven't given him.

                        Very Worst service. The consignment booked in Bangalore, which is 300 KM from my place, on 13/02/2022. So far it is not delivered. On tracking the consignment reached Chennai which is just 50 KM from my place. It is first sent to Maraimalainagar, again sent to Chennai and again sent to Chengalpattu. It reached Chengalpattu on 20/02/22 morning 11.20. I got a message on 21/2/22 that the consignment is out for delivery. To my surprise when it was not delivered till 7.50 PM. So I tracked again, there it is mentioned that the consignment was delivered on my request

                            Order No.IN01-203-R[protected] / AWB No.[protected] shipment is lying at Delivery Centre, Warangal since 15.02.2022 at 05:23 hrs.

                            The shipment has to be delivered at Vishnupuri, Kazipet. The distance of Kazipet (delivery address) from the Delivery Centre is 10-11 km.

                            Have been following up with Ecom Express customer care representatives since 16.02.2022 and alternate days till 19.02.2022.

                            Every time they assure me of getting it delivered the next day. On 19.02.2022 after insistence for reasons of delay they have connected me to their escalation division and the person who spoke had assured me that the shipment will be done by Sunday evening without fail.

                            Till today they have not delivered the shipment as promised.

                            Approaching this forum for early resolution.

                                    In my recent delivery, i want to pay the money through online and i tried to pay the payment and its shows processing ..it was taking long time to get paid i dont know what the problem is something server down has happened but it was showing processing but i paid the delivery agent cash directly but after some times later. A message was initiated by bank that amount for that parcel which was processing is deducted from my bank and i want full refund for my money

                                        I have placed an order on 08 Feb 2022 of Al Masnoon Qustal Hindi Capsule/Indian Costus root (60 capsules of 500mg) with quantity 2 packs.

                                        As I need these medicines on urgent basis I pay Rs. 61 extra for Express delivery. The delivery date given me is 12 Feb 2022 by Al masnoon company and in Ecom Express site 15 Feb 2022.

                                        On 16, 17 and 18 customer executive of Ecom Express spoke that they will deliver my parcel within 24 hours. Same sentence repeated several times daily whenever I call.

                                        The Order no. is[protected] and AWB no. [protected] still not received. For this order I already took no. of follow ups via call to Ecom Express office and Al Masnoon office also.

                                        I wish to state that--
                                        1) I was available at my office on 18-Feb-2022. The delivery boy never came or never called me.
                                        2) When I called followed by PIN number received through sms), the delivery person never ever picked up my call.
                                        3) Then I called the Ecom Express customer care, they always say simply one line in next 24 hours we deliver your parcel.

                                        Ecom express is very unethical and unprofessional in customer service. They never called me or never visited my residence and still marked that the product could not be delivered as the customer is not available even though I was fully available at my address.
                                        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
