I placed an order at Clovia, which was expected to be delivered by 17th February. Until 18th February, the parcel was in transit. The parcel reached the destination delivery centre at Medak, Hyderabad on 21st February, i.e., 2 days ago. After repeated attempts to get the parcel delivered at my address, nothing substantial has happened. I need to go out of station today and the same has been brought into notice of the party. However, their accountability is only restricted to giving assurances and reassurances, which can not satisfy the mental harassment I am going through because of the non-delivery and subsequent attempts from my end. A similar incident has happened earlier, and it is no surprise that no accountability has been taken. I have had to place order twice for the same reason. The only recourse that is being made available to me is self collection. As a student from the NALSAR University of Law, situated in Shameerpet, traveling in a pandemic situation to a place at about 74 kms away for collection of my parcel seems the most illogical idea. For the above reasons and failure of accountability, I want to file a complaint against the said party.
