The item with AWB [protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 29th Jan has not yet delivered by ECom. Even after repeated follow ups and requests the item still remains undelivered. The return date is also overdue now.
The customer care always says that it will be delivered today whenever we call them but useless nor they are providing the local office number.

I was supposed to get my package yesterday and received a message regarding it. The delivery agent called me at 4 and asked for my address. Around 5 i got message that my package is delivered. I had ordered an item from Myntra worth Rs. 1159/-. Due to some issue I placed a return request on January 31, 2022.
