      The delivery person called me to deliver my parcel. But refused to deliver it to my address present on the parcel and asked me to come to other place . I asked him to wait for 5 mins so that i could coordinate but he cut the call and didn’t attend my call again. Also very rudely talk to me . Plus for my area no proper ecom express office number is available. Could not talk to his authority also.
      Please help me before he return my order .

      He called but did not say a word. Cut the call and msged that package undelivered because I refuse to accept. That’s a wrong information he has put .

        I booked a courier with you under AWB [protected]. It was showing that this will be delivered on 5th Feb but on 5th Feb the date got changed to 12th and till now also this hasnt been delivered. Request if this can be looked into priority.

          I have placed an order on 08 Feb 2022 of Al Masnoon Qustal Hindi Capsule/Indian Costus root (60 capsules of 500mg) with quantity 2 packs.
          As I need these medicines on urgent basis I pay Rs. 61 extra for Express delivery. The delivery date given me is 12 Feb 2022 by Al masnoon company and in Ecom Express site 15 Feb 2022.
          The Order no. is[protected] and AWB no. [protected] still not received my order for that I already took no. of follow ups via call to your office and Al Masnoon office also.

                I was about to receive an ajio package today. An agent called me early in the morning today around 6:30 and asked for my address to deliver even though address will be present on the package, i told him the address and again after 9 in the morning I called him and asked when my package will be delivered, he said that he will deliver after 12 in the afternoon. Then I asked him why he called early in the morning if he is delivering my package in the afternoon. Then he used some bad words and told me to not tell him what he has to do in a high voice. Very rude and bad behaviour from him.

                          My location is rural area, PIN 670593, In every time all the courier service team is showing service is available for this location, But we are not receiving services for us, Other courier services will call us and we are collecting from their office, But Ecom Express team will not call for us, and they returning our couriers, If we are booking few production via online shopping, they returning and if we paid via online our cash will loose, 3 times i face the same issue, Online shops not retuning the money on time its getting delay they have few procedures, But Ecom Express not follow up us,

                            As per delivery boy there is no attached number with the parcel, while this is not the reality you can see it in screenshot also.As per him he is unable to generate the otp hence can't deliver the item.The same issue was last month also where my 3 urgent parcels got returned back.
                            The issue arises when my Shopee site shipment is shipped with ecom as per e com it is shopping portal issue.Would it be shopping site issue then it should occur with shipment from DELHIVERY also it is getting all the otp and updates as usually

                              Your ecom express executive dont call me to deleiver my shipment he is just outscanning the product and took back to the office i just got message 2 times that (Dear Customer, your AMAZON "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM EXPRESS executive Ph: [protected] PIN :****)
                              But i didn't recive any call from your executive after out for delivery. Sunday before i got out for delivery message i got a call from the executive and he behave rudely with me

                                        My Awb No:[protected]. My Expected delivery date was 9 Feb 2022 and it reached at delivery centre on 7 Feb 2022. The parcel is delayed almost 6 days. As I spoke to customer care they are saying to wait for 24hrs and 48hrs which already did. They are not even giving me any contact details for the ecom express where my parcel is being hold for so long nor they are giving me reason of delay. Kindly Please help me. They are just playing me and not helping me with answer or proper reason.
