My location is rural area, PIN 670593, In every time all the courier service team is showing service is available for this location, But we are not receiving services for us, Other courier services will call us and we are collecting from their office, But Ecom Express team will not call for us, and they returning our couriers, If we are booking few production via online shopping, they returning and if we paid via online our cash will loose, 3 times i face the same issue, Online shops not retuning the money on time its getting delay they have few procedures, But Ecom Express not follow up us,

    As per delivery boy there is no attached number with the parcel, while this is not the reality you can see it in screenshot also.As per him he is unable to generate the otp hence can't deliver the item.The same issue was last month also where my 3 urgent parcels got returned back.
    The issue arises when my Shopee site shipment is shipped with ecom as per e com it is shopping portal issue.Would it be shopping site issue then it should occur with shipment from DELHIVERY also it is getting all the otp and updates as usually

      I orderd a prepaid product on Amazon which shipped woth your ecom express Ltd.
      Your ecom express executive dont call me to deleiver my shipment he is just outscanning the product and took back to the office i just got message 2 times that (Dear Customer, your AMAZON "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM EXPRESS executive Ph: [protected] PIN :****)
      But i didn't recive any call from your executive after out for delivery. Sunday before i got out for delivery message i got a call from the executive and he behave rudely with me

                My Awb No:[protected]. My Expected delivery date was 9 Feb 2022 and it reached at delivery centre on 7 Feb 2022. The parcel is delayed almost 6 days. As I spoke to customer care they are saying to wait for 24hrs and 48hrs which already did. They are not even giving me any contact details for the ecom express where my parcel is being hold for so long nor they are giving me reason of delay. Kindly Please help me. They are just playing me and not helping me with answer or proper reason.

                        E. com express is not delivering my two orders from Shopee.in even though the sellers there have shipped the two orders to my city Kolkata (ORDER ID. 220203GKV2MVJF - AWB [protected] and ORDER ID. 220203GKV2MVJE - AWB [protected]) sending false messages to my phone saying they will deliver them, calling me up saying they will deliver my orders but not showing up / coming to my place / home to deliver it and then showing on my accounts purchase on Shopee.in page 'delivery unsuccessful' which is not true... I am 24 x 7 at home but no one comes or came to deliver my orders... When I call back their number no one answers my calls and each time I call the call is directed to an answering machine with no response!!... PLEASE HELP!!!

                        Thank you for responding... There were two orders which were not being delivered but after I lodged a written complaint here one of them has been delivered the very next day... but the other one is still pending... On my Shopee.in purchase page the status of that order changed right after I posted a comment here from 'RTO to Parcel arrived at station' but on the e.com express tracking page it is showing 'Order cancelled'... Neither the Shopee seller did that (he told me that in a message) nor did, I cancel it... then who cancelled it ?? Here's a screenshot of it I'm attaching below... Please take a look at it...

                            My Order is coming from Ecom. On 10 Feb, Delivery boy call me and Asked me for entry in society. I was allowed. But after 30-40min he called again me on phone and told that he forgot to carry my parcel so he will deliver next day. But till today I will not get that.

                            Point of Complaint :

                            1. Security:
                            If Delivery boy not have my parcel then why he take permission for entry. Is Our security joke?

                            2. Delivery boy mark I am not at address:
                            If I am not at address then why i allowed him for entry. And I was available at that whole day.

                            3. I am in loss:
                            I booked to send order to someone else on 12th feb. But till 12th feb evening i not got product so i will be in loss of ₹2500. Is Ecom filled my loss?

                            4. Delivery boy is greedy:
                            Delivery boy know what is in product and like greedy told me he want to take this product. But each and every time i denied. Is Ecom have any policy that delivery boy can take product of customer?

                            Due to all above points, I am unsafe, product is unsafe and always be in loss if partnership with ecom.

                            If Ecom Unable to take action against these, I leave to use Ecom express as well as take legal action against Ecom by filling the complaint in Court.

                            Shipment is not delivered fully. Some products are lost.
                            I think your delivery boy cheated me.

                            In order, there was 1 jug and 6 glasses. I only recieved jug not glasses.

                            I attached you pic. Also seller denied to take back the product.

                            I am in loss and cheated by you.

                            Now i am going file complaint against Ecom Express. To stop fraudism

                                i am sonu ahmed. I ordered 21 items. And some of my products are reach the destination . And out for delivery but the courier partner didn't call me or trying to contact me and undelivered my product.
                                Now the problem is, its not for the first time to going through this, they always do the same .

                                  Awb no is [protected].My order shipped on 28.1.2022 from Shopee. It was a prepaid order. Ecom didn't deliver it to me. No one came to my place n no call I missed but ecom updated wro g status that customer refusee to accept. I hv conplained so many times but always getting wrong information from ecom that ofd lock applied from Shopee but Shopee told that they unlocked. So much harrassment from ecom. Now after I cancelled my order on 2.2.2022.its 12 th now but ecom didn't even return my product to seller coz of that my prepaid amt is blocked with Shopee. Worst services. Kindly assist n order a huge fine to ecom so that customers r not harrassed so much. Plz help.

                                        I have ordered on 6th feb and was suppose to receive it on 10th. then received a message stating that the delivery boy couldnt contact me and the adress is wrong. but i havent received any call or atempts made for the delivery. i re requested the delivery. now again was suppose to get it on 11th which i havet received it. it says OFD lock applied. i want my delivery as soon as possible.
