It's a very bad experience of your worst service... If you are not ready to ship to the required location please do not take your service and make customers unhappy...If you are not able to reach out the customers then please stop your service and we will find other shipment services...This problem is found from many years and still you are not able to resolve it...You are not eligible to provide services to required locations then don't take any order...I hate Ecom express

      I have ordered an mi phone from the mi website on February 20.The item was shipped on 25th February. The expected delivery date shown by the Ecom express was 2nd February. The order has not been delivered yet. When i raised complaint i have been told, the pandemic situation. Its been two weeks since the shipment date. Other companies like bluedart, amazon are still delivering orders in much better time. Should i have to wait for a month to get the delivery done for a shipment from banglore to kochi. That is pathetic. Order status has never been updated. Really disappointed😞.

          This is regarding awb [protected]. We shipped a product to our customer on 28th Jan, it reached the destination hub on 01st Feb but no delivery attempts have been made. Today is 11th Feb and still there is no update. We called Ecom Customer service and was promised delivery in 24-48hrs but that doesn't happen either. The customer is unhappy as she thinks that we have delayed the product. Kindly arrange urgent delivery of the same.

              I am e-commerce vendor send goods to customers. my location is Chengalpattu When I schedule a order no one comes to pickup and I call them to pickup the orders. The manager says there is no one in the office all resigned from the office and I working alone. After repeated follow up they come after 3 to 4 days and pickup the order. Due to delayed service most of the order get cancelled. Even after repeated complaint there is no resolution. First Flipkart stop giving order to ecom express then Paytm now shopee. Worst logistics ever seen. If you see any order shipping through Ecom express then definitely you can confirm it won't deliver or deliver in time. I don't know when this will get resolved.

                    Address: The item has reached Nagasandra ECom office 560073-

                    The item with AWB [protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 29th Jan has not yet delivered by ECom. Even after repeated follow ups and requests the item still remains undelivered. The return date is also overdue now.
                    The customer care always says that it will be delivered today whenever we call them but useless nor they are providing the local office number.
                    Request you to take up this matter and help in delivery of the item or at least give us the refund so that we can go with a honest reputed delivery company
                    henceforth.

                      I was supposed to get my package yesterday and received a message regarding it. The delivery agent called me at 4 and asked for my address. Around 5 i got message that my package is delivered. I did not receive it, nor any of my family members. I also tried calling that number but it asked for a pin and when i entered it, it said that its incorrect and can't connect me to the delivery agent. AWB is [protected]. I lodged a complaint via customer care, i asked to be connected to that person so I can ask him what he did with my package but even that was not possible. I am leaving on Saturday and haven't received any updates regarding it. It just says delivered.

                      Im getting a product from eCom-Express but I didn't do any order from any of the websites but a delivery boy was came from eCom-Express at my door steps and deliver the product and asking for money, Finally he take the charges of the product.                           I have ordered some medicines from netmeds, the have provided this package to Ecom Express courier service, the medicines was ordered on 4th Feb 2022 while that time it was shown that the delivery will be within 7th Feb 2022, but still it has not happened, still it is in transit mode at Waleyar Hub, i still don't know why it was transferred to Waleyar Hub ?? the package was coming from Cochin to Calicut, no responsible person for contact also.. no proper office address.. while i tried through google maps where the place is showing there Calicut office is still not there.. kindly look into this matter

                              Param dairy limited, sell their products online. Ecom express and Delihvery courier partners pick our product and deliver it to customers. But from last many days we are facing problems in retun orders.

                              1. Many times we get used and tampered products.
                              2. Many times original products was missing from the package and we received purse, water bottle or soil and many thing.

                              Delivery boy told us that it is customer return or it is courier return. But in both case it is totally their faults.

                              if it is customer return, then they were not checking the orders during pick up of return.
                              and if it is courier return, then how is it possible that product were/will change automatically from sealed package.
                              Infact the packaging condition, box also changed.

                              Please have a look in this matter strictly, otherwise I will have to take a strict action.

                                I have brought an item from Moglix but due to some issue I requested to exchange, which they approved. Today I received a call and sms from ecom xpress courier partner, the screenshot short of which is attached. When I visited to the courier boy he refused to pickup and uses rude language, even he called me make complaint wherever you can. After waiting for more than 2 hours i get back to home. Unfortunately first he called me to bring your product then refused. This courier boy namely Aamir Nazir has used very rude language. Take some action I will also file a complaint in Hobble Court as he misbehaved me and was telling give me 500 INR., Which I refused. Thanks

                                    My delivery with AWB no. [protected] is updated as delivered but the package is not received. Tried calling customer service but they are only telling to wait for 72 hrs. It's already been 72hrs yet no resolution nor have I received the package. Customer service is really worst, it seems like they are least concerned. I have lost all faith in receiving the parcel. Really worst service!

Last 2 order delivere by one Agent Name Nilesh spoken so Rudly bDly with lady customer I don't know how these ppl get job now my further order associated with ecom Awb [protected] Today mor i got message my Prepajd, order undelivered thiz company Run ny there unprofessional Employeees no manner nothing always, putting wrong entry I request don't give any service to ecom xpress as they nor liable to treat customee well it's like wo himper ehsan kar rahe hai Refund mt money back othervise o will raise my complainin consumer cell I reported to ecom also for this instance but there not did anything
