I ordered a product from shopee application which were shipped with Ecom Express but in the application it is showing the product has been delivered but actually it is not delivered to me so far. I didn't get the product
And in the application it is showing product delivered and payment done.

Product tracking number is [protected].

Please solve my problem I want my product as soon as possible.

    I have placed a exchange request in meesho app on[protected] and on[protected] ecom express delivery boy has collected the same at 12:50pm (Tracking ID:[protected]) and haven't received any receipt/message from your side.
    I have contacted ecom express and the executive have rasied a complaint against it.
    But the complaint was still in process from more than a month.
    So I unable to receive either exchanged product nor my money.
    Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      With reference to AWB nos. [protected], [protected] & [protected], I wish to bring to your notice that shipments from Ecom Express have not yet been delivered to me in spite of repeated follow-ups.

      These shipments have been lying at their Delivery Centre for nearly 3 weeks. I contacted their customer care 6-7 times. Everytime, I got a reply that there was some internal issue and they assured me that the shipments would be delivered within 24-48 hours which did not happen at all. This clearly shows negligence in handling customer issues.

      Now when I called their customer care, I got reply that the shipments are being returned to the seller. I need compensation from them for their negligence and false commitments.

      I am not in a position to accept this negligence and false commitments.

      As I said earlier, I have followed up a lot with your customer care for delivery. I expected that shipments would be delivered to me. Instead, you are sending back to the seller. Why are the shipments being returned to the seller ?
      I have waited for almost a month. Arrange for delivery or else I need monetary compensation.

      If I do not find satisfactory action from your end, I will have no other way but to serve legal notice to you.

          My order "Acarpet Brown Acrylic Carpet" (ordered on Jan 19, 2022) was supposed to be delivered by Jan 29, 2022. It been 5 days and no progress has been made till date.

          Order ID - OD[protected]
          Tracking ID - [protected]

          The customer care executives don't seem to corporate either. They first told me (on Jan 29, 2022) that order will be delivered within 24-48hrs. Then Ecom Express rescheduled my delivery date and told me that issue will be resolved in 5 days till Feb 3, 2022. Now, they again want me wait for 5 more days without giving any logical explanation.

          Tracking ID shows that Product has arrived at the nearest Courier Facility by Jan 25, 2022 itself. It's been 10 days and still no delivery attempts have been made since then. Tracking bar has been stuck at "Out for Delivery" since last 5 days (since Jan 29, 2022).

          I just want to cancel my order and get my refund. Earlier the Platform used to show Cancel option. Today when I told customer care executive that I don't want any further delays and just want to cancel the order, since then "Cancel" button has been replaced by "Return" button. Forgery isn't it?

          "How can a product be returned if delivery hasn't been made till date?"

          Everything seems suspicious here. Customer Care Executives keeps on providing either incomplete or manipulated information. Ecom is delaying the delivery date day by day. No refund no cancellation either.

          Ecom Express seems to trick customer by delaying the delivery date and then tamper with Tracking Status so that customer can't even take back their refund for the online payment already been made.

                    On 17 Jan I bought product from pepper fry which shipped on 19 Jan and delivery date was 29 Jan.
                    Pepper fry delivery partner ecom express every day sends message that " product will be delivered today" but they don't and later, end of the day send message as delivery failed,
                    When we try to contact on their given no. they don't receive it. I haven't seen such a pathetic and frustrating courier service ever. They are not providing accurate status update even.
                    I am leaving city on 5Feb and yet it's not delivered neither I get any cancellation option in pepper fry. Such a harrasment to customers .

                            A lot of calls have been made to customer care @ [protected] from last 60hours but the item is not delivered yet.

                            They do not have any process to address these kind of issues. They do not even know the updates.

                            If you will talk to the escalation team, they will just update the time for out of delivery but nothing happens.

                            For eg : When I talked to escalation team around 10:40AM, they updated the status to out of delivery time as 10:50AM and when I again talked to them in the night around 7:50pm they modified the out of delivery time to 8:14pm.

                            The point of laugh is the out for delivery time mentioned is 8:14pm when I had just completed talking to the escalation team and ecom express delivery timings are from 8AM to 8PM.

                            How can out for delivery time be after 8pm?

                              I ordered goods from Shopee.in where Ecom Express was their logistics partner along with Delhivery too...I ordered through both of them, I never had any such delivery delaying issue from Delhivery but here Ecom Express delivery boy giving false information like wrong address etc. without even calling the recipient to intentionally delaying the Order...check below screenshot for more information.

                                Kindly send the reverse pick up slip for order no.[protected].It was returned to the delivery executive on 10th January [protected]@3.15pm.It was updated by them as return pick up cancelled. It was a blue saree cost Rs.694 .I have made complaint many times.But there is no responses from e.com express .E.com express not caring the customer s.Because of E.com express.I lost money worth Rs.694

                                E.com express kindly resolve the problem and provide with pick up slip.In the previous mail You have mentioned Parcel has been delivered. Complaint is not regarding Complaint of the பார்சல்.Complaint is about reverse order has been picked up. Without providing pick up slip and was updated that reverse pickup order has பீன் cancelled. E.com express is very lithogic. E.com express is Not even going through the Complaint . Better shut down your customer care.

                                  E.com express customer care is a waste.They don't resolve complaint.The delivery executive appointed are frauds . They take away the product and They will update as return pick up cancelled. The customers will not be able to track those cheats.This is because E.com express does not have control over them.E.com express is irresponsible.kindly don't opt E.com express.They don't care the customers.

                                    I have returned the product to delivery agent, after that he asked for a otp regarding it, then he didn't provide me a pickup slip also, he said your refeund will be done in few days, but after he went the status was shown as return cancelled. then i raised a complaint to the company where i have orderd the product. they said you should have the pick up slip then only we can provide a refund. the delivery agent has fooled me by this. i want my refund by you or give me the pickup slip.
