I have ordered two products from shopee application but none of them arrived yet.
I want my products as soon as possible.

The tracking number of my two ordered product are 9064197682 and 9061548072.

Please solve my problem and deliver both of my products as soon as possible.

    AWB[protected]
    A lot of calls have been made to customer care @ [protected] from last 60hours but the item is not delivered yet.

    They do not have any process to address these kind of issues. They do not even know the updates.

    If you will talk to the escalation team, they will just update the time for out of delivery but nothing happens.

    For eg : When I talked to escalation team around 10:40AM, they updated the status to out of delivery time as 10:50AM and when I again talked to them in the night around 7:50pm they modified the out of delivery time to 8:14pm.

    The point of laugh is the out for delivery time mentioned is 8:14pm when I had just completed talking to the escalation team and ecom express delivery timings are from 8AM to 8PM.

    How can out for delivery time be after 8pm?

      I ordered goods from Shopee.in where Ecom Express was their logistics partner along with Delhivery too...I ordered through both of them, I never had any such delivery delaying issue from Delhivery but here Ecom Express delivery boy giving false information like wrong address etc. without even calling the recipient to intentionally delaying the Order...check below screenshot for more information.

        Kindly send the reverse pick up slip for order no.[protected].It was returned to the delivery executive on 10th January [protected]@3.15pm.It was updated by them as return pick up cancelled. It was a blue saree cost Rs.694 .I have made complaint many times.But there is no responses from e.com express .E.com express not caring the customer s.Because of E.com express.I lost money worth Rs.694

        E.com express kindly resolve the problem and provide with pick up slip.In the previous mail You have mentioned Parcel has been delivered. Complaint is not regarding Complaint of the பார்சல்.Complaint is about reverse order has been picked up. Without providing pick up slip and was updated that reverse pickup order has பீன் cancelled. E.com express is very lithogic. E.com express is Not even going through the Complaint . Better shut down your customer care.
        Kindly resolve the issue.E.Com express.

          E.com express customer care is a waste.They don't resolve complaint.The delivery executive appointed are frauds . They take away the product and They will update as return pick up cancelled. The customers will not be able to track those cheats.This is because E.com express does not have control over them.E.com express is irresponsible.kindly don't opt E.com express.They don't care the customers.

            I have returned the product to delivery agent, after that he asked for a otp regarding it, then he didn't provide me a pickup slip also, he said your refeund will be done in few days, but after he went the status was shown as return cancelled. then i raised a complaint to the company where i have orderd the product. they said you should have the pick up slip then only we can provide a refund. the delivery agent has fooled me by this. i want my refund by you or give me the pickup slip.

                I have ordered from shopee and received msg that the parcel is delivered but I have not received the parcel. Called ecom customer care spoke with akanksha she said she cannot help and check with shopee, so why is customer care for if it cant help?.Please check into this .

                      Hi I have ordered the parcel from shopee.Got msg in morning from ecom that your order is deliverd but I havent received my parcel .Called cutimer care of ecom spoke with akanksha and she was just saying am sorry we cannot help contact shopee, so why is customer care for?.                         No one came here to pickup the product which I arranged a pickup on 27/01/2022. Today 1st February still now no one came here to pickup the product. I contacted EcomExpress customercare through mail and call but not get resolution for this. EcomExpress always do like this not only for this. I think they not fear their head officials. Too much time I contacted EcomExpress customercare to get a solution but they told me wait 24 hours or 48 hours they will pickup the product. But still now no one came here to pickup. I know they not come here, I sure about that. Because they always do like this.

                              I have ordered a product from GoMechanic and the shipment has been started on 24th January 2022 via Ecom Express (AWB [protected]).
                              The Guaranteed delivery date was 29th January 2022.

                              Till today (31st January 2022), I haven't received the product. When I call the customer care executives, they say that they don't know the reason for not being delivered and claim that the product is somewhere in transit.

                                The delivery agent tries calling me but doesn’t reply or talk and disconnects the call after a while and updates the status as product has been undelivered as I wasn’t available. This has been happening for the past 3 days and is so frustrating.

                                    I wanted to complain about your door step delivery service. This is not the first time I have had problems with this concerning this company . They charge customer with fauls promise and lie about thier service. They have zero work ethic, rude employees that go to the extent of shouting at a customer. Thave always given me a hard time asking me to come to a certain location and NOT Delivering, which is very inconvenient for me because I cannot leave the house cause

                                    1. Work from home
                                    2. There are small kids in the house I can't leave alone.
                                    3. I don't have a transport that can take me to the location your courier guys call me to.

                                    We pay for delivery service for the reason that it get delivered to our home. If their service is not willing to do that, does this not mean they are frauding us?

                                    Please note that I have taken time out of my personal free time to make this complaint because I am so fustrated with this company and thier false advertising.

                                        I have ordered my airpods from boat and it has to be delivered through Ecom express. I got the message that it will be delivered on 28th Jan. Then I got the message that it was delivered. But it didn't received any package yet.
