I ordered some products from meesho and was delivered by ECom Express delivery person. He charged an extra amount of Rs.100 from the total bill amount.(The bill amount is 797, but he charged amount of Rs.897).
Please check and rectify and kindly get me the amount.

Cancel my order no [protected], It was a mistake order....

Ecom express daily messeges me about an order which i not ordered, its fully harassing and disturbing me. i complaint 4 times about it to your customer care but they say now messege will not come...but messeges arrives😤😥... totally sad...help me...

I have order Medicine through Apollo 24/7 on 8th Dec 2021, Apollo has dispatched medicine through Ecom Express and I used receive on 12th Dec. But till now I haven't received any call from Ecom. There is no call center for Apollo, when I called to Ecom they simply saying next 24 hours you will receive your order. Ecom tacking still showing 16th Dec you will receive your order.

Please do the needful I am totally frustrated with...

I didn't get my parcel even after my expected delivery date, customer care just say that it's an ofd lock but after contacting the company who have send me the parcel they say that it's the problem of delivery agency (Ecom Express), kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible...

I had ordered in shopee app. The status is out of delivery. Then it become undelivered. Like this it happened for 4 days. Then the status become the customer refused to accept the parcel but they won't came to delivery. I ordered one more time same like that only it happened in this order also . They won't deliver....

i have made order from comicsadda.com, my order was picked on 10th jan by your office. it supposed to be deliery on 15th jan . because of some issue, your employee called on 16th jan, till this it was ok. but he request to pay the money to him rs 1600.00 which was the shippement included price of the consignment. the money was paid to my vender when ordered was initiated.should i have to pay again to your employee?br...

By mistake I entered wrong delivery pincode number-221312 for my
ORDER ID[protected]., And
Order No :[protected].

Kindly update my pincode number to 231312.

So my delivery address is - mujehara, mujehara, mirzapur, 231312....

Called delivery boy 50 times. didn't pick up. it shows out for delivery everyday, but is not delivered, and the boy gives a new reason everyday...

The issues started when he was asked to deliver the product at the door, he wanted me to collect the product from the road. I called and requested to give at my house as I was not at home, but he didn't call or deliver that day but the product showed delivered so I raised a Complaint with Flipkart and There was another product to be delivered, he called me to come up to the road I refused and asked told him if he won't deliver at my house...

The delivery man vishnu gujjar and the supervisor of behror ecom express sunil gujjar kept my product and returning to me and abused me...

Dear Sir

I was to receive parcel from Naaptol send via Ecom Express courier number [protected] dated 4.1.2022.

This parcel is showing Out from delivery on 8.1.2022 but till date(14.1.2022), My parcel has not been delivered by the courier. No body at Ludhiana Ecom express bothered to contact me or deliver my Parcel.

What a unprofessional service from the Ecom Express courier

I have placed a order from Meesho & its showing the delivery on 14th Jan'22 but yesterday I didn't get any call from delivery person and suddenly I get a message i.e. "Your ONLINE order AWB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. I have ordered from Amazon and product reached until Namakkal city ( Tamilnadu ) but since from there not delivered to my address and no one called me or message about to deliver this product . In the morning i received the message that my order is out for delivery but after waiting for 2 or 3 hours i didn't received any call from delivery agent and after some times i received the message that my order is delivered. Please help the delivery boy is doing fraud with me. He keeps my order for their personal use.
