Hello Sir,
I placed my order from Shopee application Which I was about to get yesterday but I was not receiving the OTP on my registered mobile no. due to which the delivery boy did not give my courier to me. Even I called customer service I didn't get any response.

      Hi I have ordered the parcel from shopee.Got msg in morning from ecom that your order is deliverd but I havent received my parcel .Called cutimer care of ecom spoke with akanksha and she was just saying am sorry we cannot help contact shopee, so why is customer care for?. Request you to please look into it.

        No one came here to pickup the product which I arranged a pickup on 27/01/2022. Today 1st February still now no one came here to pickup the product. I contacted EcomExpress customercare through mail and call but not get resolution for this. EcomExpress always do like this not only for this. I think they not fear their head officials. Too much time I contacted EcomExpress customercare to get a solution but they told me wait 24 hours or 48 hours they will pickup the product. But still now no one came here to pickup. I know they not come here, I sure about that. Because they always do like this.

              I have ordered a product from GoMechanic and the shipment has been started on 24th January 2022 via Ecom Express (AWB [protected]).
              The Guaranteed delivery date was 29th January 2022.

              Till today (31st January 2022), I haven't received the product. When I call the customer care executives, they say that they don't know the reason for not being delivered and claim that the product is somewhere in transit.

                The delivery agent tries calling me but doesn’t reply or talk and disconnects the call after a while and updates the status as product has been undelivered as I wasn’t available. This has been happening for the past 3 days and is so frustrating.

                    I wanted to complain about your door step delivery service. This is not the first time I have had problems with this concerning this company . They charge customer with fauls promise and lie about thier service. They have zero work ethic, rude employees that go to the extent of shouting at a customer. Thave always given me a hard time asking me to come to a certain location and NOT Delivering, which is very inconvenient for me because I cannot leave the house cause

                    1. Work from home
                    2. There are small kids in the house I can't leave alone.
                    3. I don't have a transport that can take me to the location your courier guys call me to.

                    We pay for delivery service for the reason that it get delivered to our home. If their service is not willing to do that, does this not mean they are frauding us?

                    Please note that I have taken time out of my personal free time to make this complaint because I am so fustrated with this company and thier false advertising.

I received other products through delhivery but it's almost 15 days Ecom express has not delivered my products.                                     I have ordered a product 24-Jan-2022 (Delivery partner: ECOM Express, AWB- [protected]). The product came to my city Jamshedpur on 26th Jan. Then I received a sms that the product is 'Out for Delivery' on 27th Jan and after few hours received one automated call from +[protected]Date:[protected], time 15:57hrs; Date:[protected], time: 16:03 hrs; Date:[protected], time: 18:38hrs) and followed by sms that the product could not be delivered as the 'customer was not available'. This whole incident happned repeatedly three time on three consecutive days: on 27, 28 and 29th Jan 2022. The product status is now showing as 'OFD lock placed' on 2:18 hrs on[protected].

                                    I wish to state that--
                                    1) I was available at my residence on 27, 28 and 29th Jan 2022. The delivery boy never came or never called me.
                                    2) When I called back ([protected] followed by PIN number received through sms), the delivery person never ever picked up my call.
                                    3) Then I called the Ecom Express customer care[protected],[protected]:10hrs) and got the address of their office in Sakchi, Jamshedpur. I visited the place and found that the office was closed long ago. They provided me a wrong address.

                                    Ecom express is very unethical and unprofessional in customer service. They never called me or never visited my residence and still marked that the product could not be delivered as the customer is not available even though I was fully available at my residence on those days (27, 28, 29 Jan). Please deliver my product.
