I have ordered MRF Tyre through Amazon when the delivery time one of your boy call me and he asked me how can I deliver this is not possible to deliver he wantedly not delivered my product and mentioned delivery was attempted

      Some of my parcels([protected], [protected], [protected])were supposed to delivered by ecom express courier but every time it gets undelivered or though I don't get any call This is the 3rd consecutive time since I have been facing this issue with Ecom Express. The last time also shipments had reached the delivery hub in Jagatpura(302017) on 24 and 25 Jan but they didn't even bother to call me and hence I was told that the shipment had been lost by the courier. This time too while tracking, I get the update that "Delivery was Attempted", but in real no phone calls were made to me. I even raised this issue by mailing them and sending them message in their Twitter handle and also made complaints, I don't even get a reply from the company Very disgusting I have asked for help in everyway I couldn't get any satisfaction response...from your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from ecom express ... I am warning you for the last time, if my order is not delivered by tomorrow, then I will take action against you in court.. It's has been 6 days from expected delivery date but still my orders not delivered. Please let me know within day when my order delivered Looking forward from hearing you...

          I have returned the Samsung m12 phone which I purchased in Amazon on 1st week of jan..they informed us that a delivery person from ecom express will pick up the product..bt till now no one has come for pick up..it’s almost 3 weeks ..
          We have raised complaint more than 3 times..we wil buy new phone only after returning of this phone..I just want to know the answer why no is coming whether they wil come or not

            Its been more than 5 days and the company neither responding to my mails nor taking things seriously.
            They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i haven't recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy.

            Then they say the number must be wrongly updated in the Ecomm express system and ask me for my phone number to update in their system and resend the delivery next day. But no one updates that and comes next day.

            I have complaint about and mailed it to them but haven't recieved any further replies from them. I tried to contact to customer care service but they haven't been helping in any ways.

            There are 6-7 orders which are stuck with them.

            Please help me out so that i can get my order as soon as possible. Its urgent.

              You are not able to deliver it for past 8 days now. Your courier service is all lies lies and lies and nothing else. You never attempted to deliver my product, your delivery ajent refused to come to my address which is valid address . After fake attempts my order goes cancel. I called ecom executive they are not helpful. I'm Very frustrating about it. If possible solve it i want my package

                            This how you treat your customers. I ordered this product 3 weeks ago and it came to my nearest courier facility 2 week ago(kottayam ecom express) and i haven't received it yet.the estimated arriving date was 19 January and now it says you can request refund. What kind of manners is this.I called the customer care and what they said was it will come on 19 or before that. Now its 28 th of January and i haven't received the product yet . I am going to cancel the product .Anyway thanks for the miserable service.

                                I have ordered a kurti from meesho app on 11th January and that order is assigned to ecom express courier. The parcel is reached hyd 10days back only, but till now its not delivered. And the courier partner is changing the delivery date everytime. What is the problem why it is not delivered till now.
