Without delivering the product they just simply sent back my product saying some lame reason which is not true. We are waiting for the product and contacted them for the same, they said we will deliver today tomorrow. But the actual truth is they didn't try to deliver anything. Need to warn them will add AWB number( [protected] )and do the needful. Don't take public opinions as granted. This complaint is against Ecom Express, Karaikal....

I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities toward the my problem about product delivery statement. The product has been delivered but it does not show it . I have my letter act as an awakening call for concerned authority and find a solution of my problem

The Shipment with AWB [protected] is not delivering to the consignee as it is showing order already cancelled. But we didnt cancel the order. What kind of service is this, its been more than a week Our customer is shoutiing on us for this service. Please Unlock OFD and deliver our shipment to the consignee.

Hi, I have raised a return request on Amazon, A guy from Ecom Express has return picked up the order on 4Jan around 7Pm, it's been 5 days, I haven't got the update that product has been picked up, I have raised a complaint 48 hrs back, when I called customer service they said it is in progress not sure when they gonna update,
