      I ordered products from nykaa and they handed over to Ecom express and delhivery on 19th January. I received other products through delhivery but it's almost 15 days Ecom express has not delivered my products. It's very sad that they have pathetic service and brand like nykaa trust them for delivery. I want my product asap.

            I have ordered a product 24-Jan-2022 (Delivery partner: ECOM Express, AWB- [protected]). The product came to my city Jamshedpur on 26th Jan. Then I received a sms that the product is 'Out for Delivery' on 27th Jan and after few hours received one automated call from +[protected]Date:[protected], time 15:57hrs; Date:[protected], time: 16:03 hrs; Date:[protected], time: 18:38hrs) and followed by sms that the product could not be delivered as the 'customer was not available'. This whole incident happned repeatedly three time on three consecutive days: on 27, 28 and 29th Jan 2022. The product status is now showing as 'OFD lock placed' on 2:18 hrs on[protected].

            I wish to state that--
            1) I was available at my residence on 27, 28 and 29th Jan 2022. The delivery boy never came or never called me.
            2) When I called back ([protected] followed by PIN number received through sms), the delivery person never ever picked up my call.
            3) Then I called the Ecom Express customer care[protected],[protected]:10hrs) and got the address of their office in Sakchi, Jamshedpur. I visited the place and found that the office was closed long ago. They provided me a wrong address.

            Ecom express is very unethical and unprofessional in customer service. They never called me or never visited my residence and still marked that the product could not be delivered as the customer is not available even though I was fully available at my residence on those days (27, 28, 29 Jan). Please deliver my product.

            Ecom express delivery person never came to my residence and marked undelivered. Very sad and unprofessional service. Lastly, I visited their stocking place on 4th Feb 2022 in Jamshedpur and collected the parcel.

                      Some of my parcels([protected], [protected], [protected])were supposed to delivered by ecom express courier but every time it gets undelivered or though I don't get any call This is the 3rd consecutive time since I have been facing this issue with Ecom Express. The last time also shipments had reached the delivery hub in Jagatpura(302017) on 24 and 25 Jan but they didn't even bother to call me and hence I was told that the shipment had been lost by the courier. This time too while tracking, I get the update that "Delivery was Attempted", but in real no phone calls were made to me. I even raised this issue by mailing them and sending them message in their Twitter handle and also made complaints, I don't even get a reply from the company Very disgusting I have asked for help in everyway I couldn't get any satisfaction response...from your side... I am very disappointed to get such experience from ecom express ... I am warning you for the last time, if my order is not delivered by tomorrow, then I will take action against you in court.. It's has been 6 days from expected delivery date but still my orders not delivered. Please let me know within day when my order delivered Looking forward from hearing you...

                          I have returned the Samsung m12 phone which I purchased in Amazon on 1st week of jan..they informed us that a delivery person from ecom express will pick up the product..bt till now no one has come for pick up..it’s almost 3 weeks ..

                            Its been more than 5 days and the company neither responding to my mails nor taking things seriously.
                            They are telling they have send me an otp on my number. But i haven't recieved any otp. I have explained and tried to talk with the courier boy several times but he says its policy.

                            Then they say the number must be wrongly updated in the Ecomm express system and ask me for my phone number to update in their system and resend the delivery next day. But no one updates that and comes next day.

                            I have complaint about and mailed it to them but haven't recieved any further replies from them. I tried to contact to customer care service but they haven't been helping in any ways.

                            There are 6-7 orders which are stuck with them.

                            Please help me out so that i can get my order as soon as possible. Its urgent.

                                        My name is Aditya Raghav
                                        I used ecom express as my delivery channel my two products has been lost from 10 days no update from ecom express

                                        I am a ecommerce seller my 2 rto parcel has been lost. Here are the details :

                                        Parcel 1 AWB = [protected]
                                        Parcel 2 AWB = [protected]

                                        Please solve this issue as soon as possible or refund the money to seller for there loss.
