    I have ordered two Packages from Amazon which was shipped with Ecom Express.
    Upon arrival of first package, I recieved a Call from Ecom Express and they told me to pick Up my package or else will be Returned.
    When the second package arrived, I recieved a call and ask to pickup package once again. This time after asking them to deliver the package, they ask for an Extra delivery fee of Rs.100.
    Very Bad service, Un-professional and impolite workers at the office also.

      Meesho delivery not yet received though it reached in my district on Monday..it's been 1 week over...i contacted ecom customer care, they said it will be delivered 2days back..till now no delivery..kindly take necessary steps to get my parcel...

          Sir i had opened an account in niyox bank online for which kyc was taken by 14/01/2022 but no delivery boy of ecome express came i was told that your kyc will be tomorrow but no one for kyc even on the second day came sir today it is 18/01/2022 but no delivery boy came for kyc just call me and say your kyc will be tomorrow but till now ecom express people have not come tomorrow because of them my work is getting lost please sir do something

            I ordered some products from meesho and was delivered by ECom Express delivery person. He charged an extra amount of Rs.100 from the total bill amount.(The bill amount is 797, but he charged amount of Rs.897).
            Please check and rectify and kindly get me the amount.

                  I have order Medicine through Apollo 24/7 on 8th Dec 2021, Apollo has dispatched medicine through Ecom Express and I used receive on 12th Dec. But till now I haven't received any call from Ecom. There is no call center for Apollo, when I called to Ecom they simply saying next 24 hours you will receive your order. Ecom tacking still showing 16th Dec you will receive your order.

                  Please do the needful I am totally frustrated with these to companies.

                      I had ordered in shopee app. The status is out of delivery. Then it become undelivered. Like this it happened for 4 days. Then the status become the customer refused to accept the parcel but they won't came to delivery. I ordered one more time same like that only it happened in this order also . They won't deliver.

                        Hello madam/sir
                        i have made order from comicsadda.com, my order was picked on 10th jan by your office. it supposed to be deliery on 15th jan . because of some issue, your employee called on 16th jan, till this it was ok. but he request to pay the money to him rs 1600.00 which was the shippement included price of the consignment. the money was paid to my vender when ordered was initiated.should i have to pay again to your employee?

                              The issues started when he was asked to deliver the product at the door, he wanted me to collect the product from the road. I called and requested to give at my house as I was not at home, but he didn't call or deliver that day but the product showed delivered so I raised a Complaint with Flipkart and There was another product to be delivered, he called me to come up to the road I refused and asked told him if he won't deliver at my house then he can take it away, later he came down to our house, threw the package at our door shouted and threatened that not even one product will ever be delivered here again you should pick it up yourself. I have already raised a Complaint with Flipkart.

                                    This parcel is showing Out from delivery on 8.1.2022 but till date(14.1.2022), My parcel has not been delivered by the courier. No body at Ludhiana Ecom express bothered to contact me or deliver my Parcel.
