I have order Medicine through Apollo 24/7 on 8th Dec 2021, Apollo has dispatched medicine through Ecom Express and I used receive on 12th Dec. But till now I haven't received any call from Ecom. There is no call center for Apollo, when I called to Ecom they simply saying next 24 hours you will receive your order. Ecom tacking still showing 16th Dec you will receive your order.

Please do the needful I am totally frustrated with these to companies.

    I didn't get my parcel even after my expected delivery date, customer care just say that it's an ofd lock but after contacting the company who have send me the parcel they say that it's the problem of delivery agency (Ecom Express), kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible

      I had ordered in shopee app. The status is out of delivery. Then it become undelivered. Like this it happened for 4 days. Then the status become the customer refused to accept the parcel but they won't came to delivery. I ordered one more time same like that only it happened in this order also . They won't deliver.

        Hello madam/sir
        i have made order from comicsadda.com, my order was picked on 10th jan by your office. it supposed to be deliery on 15th jan . because of some issue, your employee called on 16th jan, till this it was ok. but he request to pay the money to him rs 1600.00 which was the shippement included price of the consignment. the money was paid to my vender when ordered was initiated.should i have to pay again to your employee?

              The issues started when he was asked to deliver the product at the door, he wanted me to collect the product from the road. I called and requested to give at my house as I was not at home, but he didn't call or deliver that day but the product showed delivered so I raised a Complaint with Flipkart and There was another product to be delivered, he called me to come up to the road I refused and asked told him if he won't deliver at my house then he can take it away, later he came down to our house, threw the package at our door shouted and threatened that not even one product will ever be delivered here again you should pick it up yourself. I have already raised a Complaint with Flipkart.

                    This parcel is showing Out from delivery on 8.1.2022 but till date(14.1.2022), My parcel has not been delivered by the courier. No body at Ludhiana Ecom express bothered to contact me or deliver my Parcel.

                          I have placed a order from Meesho & its showing the delivery on 14th Jan'22 but yesterday I didn't get any call from delivery person and suddenly I get a message i.e. "Your ONLINE order AWB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable.                             I have ordered from Amazon and product reached until Namakkal city ( Tamilnadu ) but since from there not delivered to my address and no one called me or message about to deliver this product . First time they sent product back to seller saying bar code damaged but this time not at all tried to deliver. I have been reported this to Ecom express customer care 3 times already but getting an answer every time will be delivered within 24 h to 48 h rs but not yet delivered . Initially ( same product ordered first time ) courier deliver asked me to come and collect the product at namakkal as product is very big and can not delivered by one person but i did not accept as almost 50kms far away from my place . Since then they are they are not ready to deliver . Question is if they not ready to deliver then why should accept from seller .

                                In the morning i received the message that my order is out for delivery but after waiting for 2 or 3 hours i didn't received any call from delivery agent and after some times i received the message that my order is delivered.                                     I bought a watch from titan website and they had shipped the product with the tracking id. But when i track the product the product it is showing as invalid tracking id. When i went to the local ecom express courier office they told me that the software has not been updated and hence they cannot be of any use to this issue. This is pathetic service where a simple tracking id is cannot be trusted from this courier service. When i call the customer service they are telling me that i am having an invalid tracking id and they are arguing with me. This is one of the worst delivery service in India.
