I have placed a order from Meesho & its showing the delivery on 14th Jan'22 but yesterday I didn't get any call from delivery person and suddenly I get a message i.e. "Your ONLINE order AWB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected] - ECOM EXPRESS."
Kindly do the needful.

    I have ordered from Amazon and product reached until Namakkal city ( Tamilnadu ) but since from there not delivered to my address and no one called me or message about to deliver this product . First time they sent product back to seller saying bar code damaged but this time not at all tried to deliver. I have been reported this to Ecom express customer care 3 times already but getting an answer every time will be delivered within 24 h to 48 h rs but not yet delivered . Initially ( same product ordered first time ) courier deliver asked me to come and collect the product at namakkal as product is very big and can not delivered by one person but i did not accept as almost 50kms far away from my place . Since then they are they are not ready to deliver . Question is if they not ready to deliver then why should accept from seller .

        In the morning i received the message that my order is out for delivery but after waiting for 2 or 3 hours i didn't received any call from delivery agent and after some times i received the message that my order is delivered. Please help the delivery boy is doing fraud with me. He keeps my order for their personal use.

            I bought a watch from titan website and they had shipped the product with the tracking id. But when i track the product the product it is showing as invalid tracking id. When i went to the local ecom express courier office they told me that the software has not been updated and hence they cannot be of any use to this issue. This is pathetic service where a simple tracking id is cannot be trusted from this courier service. When i call the customer service they are telling me that i am having an invalid tracking id and they are arguing with me. This is one of the worst delivery service in India.

                        I am scheduled for niyox KYC verification and it should be doorstep verification but your agent called me and he is calling me another place which is far from my home still agent didn't come in my home rather he went.please look into this and please do some strict action against him.

                            I have ordered few items in jio mart . That was delivered by Ecom express. Though it’s a prepaid order the delivery boy got 750 Rs saying that its COD when i was not there in the house. I’m really disappointed with Ecom express. I need my money back. 750 is not a small amount.

                                My name is Ram. I live in Hyderabad. My order id: WA[protected]. I have ordered dress from Aurelia for my wife birthday. I am supposed to receive order by 5th Jan. Till now I didnt get it. When I tried asking CUSTOMER service who live in Pune, they dont have their hyderabad representatives CONTACT number. I have been calling them daily to enquire about my product but it is of no use. They are utter nonsense cheaters. They dont have commonsense. Covid is not where linked to them.. Its just an excuse.. Product reached hyderabad a week ago. But they are not even trying to deliver it to me.. I recommend everyone in public to avoid this stupid service. They will make you cry. I am highly disappointed as my wife's birthday is over now.. I would like to sue these ###..

                                    Without delivering the product they just simply sent back my product saying some lame reason which is not true. We are waiting for the product and contacted them for the same, they said we will deliver today tomorrow. But the actual truth is they didn't try to deliver anything. Need to warn them will add AWB number( [protected] )and do the needful. Don't take public opinions as granted. This complaint is against Ecom Express, Karaikal.
