I have some returns but still no one picked up those its keep on rescheduling i tried to reach customer care they were telling we will pickup like that 2 weeks gone and my return policy also getting over ..i raised a complaint also couple of times but still its not resolved.Please try to help me out in it...AWB numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]

        I am scheduled for niyox KYC verification and it should be doorstep verification but your agent called me and he is calling me another place which is far from my home still agent didn't come in my home rather he went.please look into this and please do some strict action against him.

            I have ordered few items in jio mart . That was delivered by Ecom express. Though it’s a prepaid order the delivery boy got 750 Rs saying that its COD when i was not there in the house. I’m really disappointed with Ecom express. I need my money back. 750 is not a small amount.

                My name is Ram. I live in Hyderabad. My order id: WA[protected]. I have ordered dress from Aurelia for my wife birthday. I am supposed to receive order by 5th Jan. Till now I didnt get it. When I tried asking CUSTOMER service who live in Pune, they dont have their hyderabad representatives CONTACT number. I have been calling them daily to enquire about my product but it is of no use. They are utter nonsense cheaters. They dont have commonsense. Covid is not where linked to them.. Its just an excuse.. Product reached hyderabad a week ago. But they are not even trying to deliver it to me.. I recommend everyone in public to avoid this stupid service. They will make you cry. I am highly disappointed as my wife's birthday is over now.. I would like to sue these ###..

                    Without delivering the product they just simply sent back my product saying some lame reason which is not true. We are waiting for the product and contacted them for the same, they said we will deliver today tomorrow. But the actual truth is they didn't try to deliver anything. Need to warn them will add AWB number( [protected] )and do the needful. Don't take public opinions as granted. This complaint is against Ecom Express, Karaikal.

                          The Shipment with AWB [protected] is not delivering to the consignee as it is showing order already cancelled. But we didnt cancel the order. What kind of service is this, its been more than a week Our customer is shoutiing on us for this service. Please Unlock OFD and deliver our shipment to the consignee.

                            वे स्वयं मुझे देने आए, लेकिन इतनी तेज आवाज में बात की जिससे मेने कहा थोड़ा शांति से।
                            लेकिन मेरे शांति से कहने से भड़क गए और मेरी टेबल पर रखा प्रोडक्ट उठा कर बहुत कुछ बोलकर जाने लगे।
                            ओर बोले कि प्रोडक्ट लेना हो तो मेरे ऑफिस आ तू।
                            बताना चाहूंगा कि पहले भी मेरे दो प्रोडक्ट की डिलिवरी दूसरी जगह दे दी इन्होंने।
                            जिसकी मेने फ्लिप कार्ट में कंप्लेन भी की थी।
                            उसके बाद भी ये देने नही आये।
                            वो तो जिनके यहाँ डिलेवर हुआ था वो मेरे दोस्त निकले, उनसे चर्चा हुई तो वो दो प्रोडक्ट मेरे पास उनके द्वारा आये।
                            लेकिन आपकी फर्म का कोई भी बंदा मेरे पास नही आया।

                            में समझता हूं कि ऐसे व्यवहार यदि ये करेंगे कस्टमर के साथ तो क्या ठीक रहेगा।

                            मेरी टेबल पर से प्रोडक्ट लेकर गए है
                            जो कि बहुत गलत बात है।
                            मुझे तो प्रोडक्ट चाहिए था।

                            मुझे बोल कर गए कि ऑफिस आकर लेना, तो क्या आपके यहाँ ऑफिस आना पड़ता है।

                                        Excepted delivery date was[protected], but still, now it is not delivered. The status showing on their website is out for delivery, but not delivered. I also made a complaint to them via call, they told me within 2 days they will deliver but dint they, and I again made a call to them but they said that I requested for future delivery date, But in reality, they didn't make any calls and send SMS or anything regarding delivery.

                                        Kindly take action against this and make my parcel delivered.

                                        Yes, but the return parcel also not returned by you to the sender.
                                        I think you lost my parcel and not making delivery to the customer or not returning to the sender. After the cancellation of order also you guy's didn't returned the parcel to the sender. The order cancellation date was 08.01/2022 but still now sender didn't get the parcel back. The parcel was in same warehouse by you for 1month this shows that you guys lost the parcel and manipulating by saying some reason.
