Hi, I have raised a return request on Amazon, A guy from Ecom Express has return picked up the order on 4Jan around 7Pm, it's been 5 days, I haven't got the update that product has been picked up, I have raised a complaint 48 hrs back, when I called customer service they said it is in progress not sure when they gonna update,
