No, shipment not delivered at my registered address. collect my product's from your lakhisarai warehouse also pay 1000 rupees. You people cheating the client & and taking bribes. At least accept it.
Regarding this issue complain ecom express pvt ltb help line [protected], on
28/12/2021, 29/12/2021, 30/12/2021, 31/12/2021, 1/1/2022, 2/2/2022, 3/2/2022,
every time customer care executives assure me your product's delivered 24 hours, no need to pay extra money. almost every day but nothing happened.
So on 3/2/2022 pay 1000 rs and collect my fertilizer product's from ecom express lakhisarai warehouse.
Purchase these products for my wheat farming so i've no option other than pay 1000 and collect my product's. Ecom Express Pvt ltd, Lakhisarai, on 27/12/2021 tell me you pay 500 rupees and collect your product's from our warehouse because the company does not pay us or provide 4 wheelers for delivering products. because i complained so on 3/2/2022 they double amount and charge 1000 rupees.
