I have ordered 3 products all 3 products was going to deliver today but when delivery boy came at my address he gave me only 2 products and said 3 product he will use and also using very abusing language to me
My humble request to ecom xpress please take strict action against that delivery boy his name is nagnath bodake
My awb number [protected] this product i have not received and taken by delivery boy and website is showing delivered please deliver my parcel

              I am not receiving my package from ecomexpress, i am daily getting out for delivery message afternoon and then evening 6 pm i will get undelivered message this is happening since many days, i called customer care but no support from them

                  Dear sir .Its been already a week a massage came to my phone saying my parcel will be delivered on that day but till today its not yet delivered. Everyday they send a message saying my product will be delivered but they dnt deliver. Also they didn't call me. Sir they are trying to scam me . Please deliver my order as soon as possible.Also after i track i came to know that it is ofd locked.

                      I'm from Ettumanoor, Kottayam. I ordered two products through Meesho and it was couriered through Ecom Express. (AWB: [protected]). According to the tracking details, it was received at Kottayam on 3rd January and was out for delivery. But I haven't been contacted by any delivery agent & i didn't receive the product. Today, (4th January), it shows out for delivery again. I tried searching for their contact number. But it is an automated voice mail system. will I receive my product or not?

                                I ordered huge pack of diaper from Flipkart. Expected delivery date was 26th December 2021. The product is to be delivered by Ecom Express. Even after 7 days of expected delivery date the product is not delivered. When I tracked the order I found that the product reached a hub nearby my place on the expected delivery date itself. There is no response from courier service. Flipkart has raised complaint many times against the issue. The issue remains still unresolved. I am unable to contact Ecom Express since they have only the customer care number.

                                    Order some product's from iffco online shop. Ecom Express courier service Lakhisarai not deliver products my door step. Delivery person asking bribe for deliver the item

                                    Complain Ecom Express customer care 28/12/2021, nothing happen.

                                    Now decide to collect my parcel and give Ecome express beggar some amount, At starting deliver person inform me if you interested complain nothing going on, you should give bribe then only we give your parcel.

                                    So Congratulations ecom express hope you begging 2022 Also. keep it up.

                                    No, shipment not delivered at my registered address. collect my product's from your lakhisarai warehouse also pay 1000 rupees. You people cheating the client & and taking bribes. At least accept it.

                                    Regarding this issue complain ecom express pvt ltb help line [protected], on
                                    28/12/2021, 29/12/2021, 30/12/2021, 31/12/2021, 1/1/2022, 2/2/2022, 3/2/2022,
                                    every time customer care executives assure me your product's delivered 24 hours, no need to pay extra money. almost every day but nothing happened.

                                    So on 3/2/2022 pay 1000 rs and collect my fertilizer product's from ecom express lakhisarai warehouse.

                                    Purchase these products for my wheat farming so i've no option other than pay 1000 and collect my product's. Ecom Express Pvt ltd, Lakhisarai, on 27/12/2021 tell me you pay 500 rupees and collect your product's from our warehouse because the company does not pay us or provide 4 wheelers for delivering products. because i complained so on 3/2/2022 they double amount and charge 1000 rupees.
